Today I took my 92 year old mother and 99year old dad for their appointments here. I was very impressed with all. The compassion and caring they showed to both was awesome. The thoroughness of the exam was an exemplary example of true professionalism. Thank you to all personnel.

I was nervous to go to Dr. Dyke, as Dr. Schmidt was doctor for my whole life. She was wonderful! She was kind, down to earth and thorough in her examination. She answered all of my questions and gave me helpful suggestions. I will definitely be recommending Dr. Dyke!

I went in for an eye exam and was treated very well and the doctor showed genuine care about my eye site and the fact that I would need cataract surgery. I also have very droopy eye lids that can be corrected also as they disrupt my peripheral vision when looking up.

It has been a few months since my visit, but I had a good experience. I felt like Dr Schauer took extra time with me to actually listen. They also did way more testing than I have ever had at eye exams before. They were very complete. they also had a lot of glasses to choose from so that was good too. Overall, I was happy with my visit and I do plan to be back when I am due.

Wow, Ive been going to the eye doctor for a long time since I have had glasses since I was a kid, and I was just blow away! This was the absolute best eye exam I have ever gotten. The doctor explained things to me that I had never been told before, and you could tell that all the staff loved their jobs. I am so happy I took a chance on a new place!

Firstly the actual optometrist (Dr. Brittany Becker) and technician (Roxie) were outstanding. They are really great with children. They are really informative and helpful. Without them I would have hated the place. The front staff lacked interpersonal skills. They seemed very unhappy to be there. They made me want to take my family and get away fast. It seemed like they were just ready to go home. I felt rushed and I received little help. So if you can bare daunting and drab front desk personnel, you will enjoy the smile and pep of the medical professionals.

Best Vision Exam I ever had and I have had a few. They were booked when I called to make an appointment but the receptionist said if anyone cancelled she would call me. Well as luck would have it somebody cancelled and I got the appointment the next morning. Dr. Little is very nice and he didnt rush me through the exam, which I really appreciated. I will return for all my Vision needs in the near future. I should have went to Vision Source from the beginning! I cant recommend them enough. They are very professional.

Poorly trained staff members who lack knowledge and skills of good customer service. Called to change the time of my appointment a week in advance and since they didn’t have the time frame that worked for me they just decided to cancel my appointment without even asking.

The frames for my glasses broke on Friday afternoon at 5:15 PM. I knew that Vision Source was open until 6 PM so I went down to the office. The lady that assisted me stopped what she was doing and took charge immediately. She asked me how I had done this and then verified that there was another frame in stock that was exactly like what I currently had. She then took my broken pair and put the lenses in the new pair. This took all of 20 minutes. Could I have done without my glasses for the weekend, of course, but assistance like this is why I have been a customer for many years. Thank you one and all.

I came here in December 2015 for an eye exam for glasses and contacts. I still had a few pairs of my old contacts left though so I didnt end up buying the new prescription they gave me until May 2016. My right contact was not right, it kept getting blurry when Id blink. Luckily I had one more pair of my old prescription I could wear so I could drive to work. I made an appointment with Vision Source for a contact evaluation. Dr Schauer told me that the prescription was off and that she would write me a new one. When I asked about them reimbursing me for the open box of contact lenses she said that if I had bought them through them then yes, but as I had bought them through my eye insurance company, they would not reimburse me for anything. I told her that as they had written me a wrong prescription and I had bought hundreds of dollars of contacts with that wrong prescription they should reimburse me, but she said no. The price of my contacts may not be alot of money to this lady or her practice, but it is to me. I had used up my insurance allowance for the year on these contacts I cannot wear. I dont understand how she thinks Im going to be able to see. I cannot afford to buy any more. This did not seem to concern her, she really didnt seem to care. I have wasted my time and money at this place. I will be going to another eye doctor next year. In the mean time I am going to continue to wear my old contact until I can sell enough blood and plasma to afford to replace the bad contacts.

I went there and saw doctor schauer and she was nice about everything she help me out in a big way when I needed I would recommend her to anyone I just wont go back to see her cause of a staff member cause she runs her mouth to every one else about you I heard things about what she said since I been there l will go back and see doctor schauer again when I know that staff member anit there any more
