Brian was great to work with. He stained our door to match our honey oak sample perfectly. They delivered our door on time, after a snow storm. We will continue to use them as we flip homes in the future. It is always nice to find companies who value excellent customer service.

Fettig Millwork and Windows put up a barn wood wall in our home. It looks spectacular, and we are very happy with the work completed. It was beyond what we imagined. We also had a railing put on the outside from the house to the driveway. Here again, we are so happy, not only with how it looks, but the way in which it was completed. The installer did an awesome job on both projects and was professional as was the owner - Brian Fettig. It was done in a timely manner. We will definitely use Fettig Millwork again and highly recommend them.

We recently had Brian and his crew install new windows and a front door on our house. They did a great job! They were all very professional and polite, Jason even gave me some tips on how to install the new siding and it was a big help. We couldnt be more satisfied with the products and the way everything turned out. They kept our house very clean though out the entire project. Brian stopped by to inspect the progress and craftsmanship several times during the installation, he always took the time to explain what they would be doing next, and made himself easily accessible if we had any questions. I wouldnt hesitate for a minute to call if we need anymore work in the future.

Brian came to give us an estimate in a timely manner. He listened and responded to the needs we had as pertains to windows. Brian supplied us with an estimate quickly and stayed within its peramiters throughout the job. The timeline of the work was within the time Brian had said it would be, so the job was finished in a timely manner. His crew was knowledgeable and courteous and let us know when they would be coming and going. The windows look and work as we had requested, so we are enjoying their decorative quality and their functionality. He offered us Infinity Marvin windows, we had long viewed Marvin windows as quality so that also effected our choice of Fettig Millwork and Windows.

Brian and his crew replaced 5 windows in my home with 4 windows and patio doors approximately 4 years ago. I havent had any major issues with the patio doors and 2 of the windows. 2 Windows leak badly when we get a strong rain from the west. One of these windows is over my hardwood floors. Brian was made aware of the issues but made no effort to remedy the problem.Brian did contact me just prior to the ND State Fair after hed seen this review and asked if he could come out to take a look at the windows that leak after the fair was over. I told him that he could definitely do that. Havent seen him yet and it is 12:28 a.m., raining with wind out of the west and rain streaming in from the windows he installed on the West side of the house. Nice!

The Fettig Millwork crew did an awesome and thorough job on installing two brand new exterior doors. Brian even came by half-way through the process to inspect and make sure I was satisfied. He then followed up the next day to make sure I was satisfied. I will have more work for them in the future. I talked to several other local door contractors. Two did not respond, one was a few days later, and one was a week later. Brian stopped by to measure the same day I contacted him!

This is the second time I have used Brians crew, and I couldnt be more pleased. They do quality, professional, work even in the face of unforeseen issues. I would not hesitate to use the again or to recommend them.
