Nice quiet place, Nancy was wonderful at showing houses and answered every question. Some layouts of homes are strange but they were nice homes.

Community in its infancy-infrastructure and such. The actual houses (structures) are visually appealing. Thats all I know. We shall see down the road how its community (people) assimilate. 😎😁🤔😎

Very adorable and picturesque retirement community. We visited with several residents out walking their dogs and they were lovely.

Great people live here. Everyone is nice and its a real quiet place to live.

Very poor quality of construction in their homes. No clear schedule of their plan.

This place is just a waste of resources. What I mean is why was it even built? There was no need for a place like this in Mandan.

Wonderful living area for the retired and nearly retired couple.
