Caught in rain with no chaps, from out of town with a miserable 4 hour ride ahead of me. Made one call and ten minutes later a pretty blonde is helping me try on a new pair and Im back on the road.

I had several things going on with my bike- starting with a leak I couldnt trace. Initially, I took it to another place that works on Harleys. I gave them money and on the next ride the bike still leaked (it actually leaked worse). I brought it to Scooter Shak, they fixed the leak(s), plus detected a few other problems, which they fixed. By the way, it cost substantially less here than the other place... and I am back on the road.

Out of all the places these people are amazing very helpful friendly and do amazing work even tho I have a sports bike they still super helpful when it comes to something I need done Im gonna be a repeat customer anytime I need something done thank you guys for being the best place around me to help and very good on price compared to Honda shop who would take me on prices thank you so much

I was on a cross country motorcycle trip when my drive belt started screeching. I had it to another shop where they tightened it which helped for a couple of hundred miles then it came back. I then took it here. The mechanic dropped what he was doing and told me he does not usually work on metric bikes but would see what he could do. He explained that with belt drive bikes if they are ridden on dirt or gravel roads ( which mine had been)and get a lot of dust or dirt up in there it can cause problems. He put material on my belt and told me to try it. The bike was perfect after that and has done fine since then. When I went back to pay, I was told n/c. He dropped what he was doing, worked on a bike he normally did not work on, did NOT do work which was not needed at n/c and all for someone who he knew would give him no future business. This is a class act!

Russ is a good man and a great and helpful person to deal with ! He has the knowledge and know how when it comes to all your motorcycle needs! I’ve never left unhappy or not helped ! They also have a great mechanic and tuner on site as well he does awesome work!

They are a harley shop yes. But claim to work on anything with two wheels, but they know very little about anything besides harley.

Got new tires for my bike there. Great customer service, they got it all done same day with no appointment, I was expecting my bike back 3 days later due to how busy they were, but they are pretty fast.

I went into the store to get ideas for my bike and they were knowledgeable and fun to talk with. I recommend them for anyone looking to customize their bike.
