Jake had the products I needed and installed in about an hour.The racks look great and the price was super fair. Called this location after a man hunt for the RockyMounts Backstage 2 rack, since this rack offers the best solution for my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited allowing me to open my rear door fully without removing the bikes. I called and spoke with Jake and they said they had it in stock. I asked if they could reserve it for me and I will be on my way shortly (LA traffic slowed me down a bit), to my surprise not only did they reserve the rack but assembled it for me ahead of time. So when I arrived the owner of the shop had me pull my vehicle around back and he installed the rack into my hitch within minutes. Total transaction time spent in the store was maybe 10min. I would recommend this shop if your in the local area if your looking for great owners, quick, knowledgeable and amazing service this is the place for you.

I could not recommend these guys enough. I had lost my keys to my roof racks that are more than 15 years old. My 20 year van was not movable and RackStarz made a house call for me, they didnt even charge me. I could only ask that God will continue blessing them and their business. They are so transparent on their sincerity and desire to help others out.I would encourage to support our local businesses. RackStarz is where the old bike shop used to be at on Aviation near Valentinos pizza.

Got hitch installed here on my Mazda cx-5, looks really nice afterwards and the job was done really quickly. Good job overall highly recommended.

The guy was really cool and knowledgeable. I lost my thule tamper proof key and not only did he offer to let me borrow the shops at the end he found a spare one and gifted it to me. Thats the kind of service you want and Ill definitely be going back

This place rocks. I bought a rhino-rack kit and spent hours installing it. Unfortunately for me, in the middle of my trip with my kayaks connected, it came off my car. I called around looking for help, and luckily I found RackStarz. Not only was I offered advice over the phone (he even called Rhino-Rack for me to ask questions), but when I came in he gave me multiple options to make sure I was back on the lake in no time. Turns out, the specs that the factory sent me for my car were off and footpads were wonky. By trial and error, he figured out the correct specs, thoroughly secured it to my car, and I was off. Friendly service, knowledgeable staff, and great location. Thanks again!
