Very Rude Cashier by the Name of Steven. After purchasing my items he tossed my items down in a Rude manner on counter. I asked him after purchase was he having a bad day. He replied yes his was having a bad day and that it is hard finding a Therapist nowadays. Target should not allow an employee to work upfront with that type of Attitude!!!! I even spoke to a Manager who showed no concern!!

The Manhattan Beach Target is so clean and so well-staffed. I couldnt walk down any aisle and not see an employee who was available to help. Amazing. All the employees were helpful with directions in the store, and Earen in Electronics was professional and knowledgeable. This is my new go-to Target store.

My daughter and I were shopping last night @ the store in Manhattan Beach,which is a lovely store! We finished placing our articles in her car,an SUV,and I fell have been having back trouble so I had trouble getting up,my daughter had broken her collarbone so she had trouble picking me up! She went back to store and found a great young man who came to her car and helped me up!! I wanted to thank that young man, I believe Jacob was his name!! I wanted to thank him again,you have such a wonderful people working there always so helpful and courteous ☺️☺️

Target Manhattan Is one of my favorite stores and everyone is so helpful! I love the organization of the store.

Online shopping has been much easier for me and picking up my order safes me a lot of time and away from standing in line to pay.

Went in looking for a bathing suit, left with a bathing suit. For this guy, thats a success story if Ive ever heard one. Its a Target, they got what you need! Enjoy!

Sold me outdated apple merchandise during a sale ($770 purchase) and had the audacity to try to aggressively upsell me the item I came here for meanwhile being rude when I insist that they honor their pricing, resulting in a return and me going home very mad at the hour I spent here. If I hadn’t seen the box difference I wouldn’t have noticed and this target would have gotten away with selling me old merchandise. False advertising, sketchy conduct, and just overall unsatisfactory business practices. I’ll buy directly from apple from now on.

I don’t know who made the decision to rearrange the store, but it is garbage. I spent 30 minutes walking around looking for hair brushes. I even asked an employee where they were and they did not know. They were not near the beauty section, nor were they near the shampoo/conditioner, nor in the bath section, which, to me are the places where you would put brushes. They used to be easy to find. I don’t know why they decided the store needed a rearrangement other than to waste their customers time. I ended up leaving my entire basket I got so frustrated trying to find stuff.

The multitude of items to be found and the prices are good.

First time coming to this target and let me tell you, amazing experience here! Aaliyah was soo sweet and helpful! She made me feel very welcomed! I will definitely be coming back to this location! Very satisfied!

When I went here for school purposes (I was in high school at the time) with my other classmates for the past 2 years (9th and 10th grade), the self check out wasnt giving out change because it ran out of change. So terrible and made things harder on me.

I love the fact that Target gave us the customers the option for curbside pick up during the pandemic and continues to offer this option is enough reason for me to recommend.

These Target is the most confusing Target ever. Talking about corporate identity. All other Targets are easy to navigate. This place however, layout/ who ever organizes the store; You had one job. The store doesnt flow like other Targets.

Noticed that at this target if your of Africa American decent or look there of . That they have there employees follow you around, they try to be discrete but it is very obvious. They don’t follow anyone but people that seem look Africa America. I’ve been Patronizing this location for over 15 years and I have been noticing this for the past 2 years now. All black people are not criminals and have no desire to be so so stop treating us as such.

The first woman I tried to receive my online order with told me I needed to have a barcode or ID. I did not want to hold up the line, so I got out of line and asked my husband to send me the barcode. After he had done so, I got back in line. Once I got to the front of the line again, I was with her associate, however, the original saleswoman told her associate to skip me. She didnt ask me if I received the barcode or was able to get my ID card. She just told her associate to skip me without asking me anything. Ill be shipping to other Target stores if I need to pick up anything from now on. And Ill be checking with Amazon and Walmart first if they the item I want.

I made two separate orders at 1449. Usually target drive up orders are 2-3 hours. However, at 1744 I called to speak with someone regarding the order. The young lady I spoke with stated,”this is a very busy location and we get over 100 orders daily.” What she didn’t know I was in the parking lot with no cars waiting for their orders 😟. Unfortunately, I would cancel the orders but I was already charged. Typically credit card orders take 3-5 days to process for returns. This is annoying 😑

My order went through the website but I received an email that some of the items were not available. Why bother selling on the website if you cant fulfill orders?

Target usually has good prices and deals on things I need. My cashier Chris was upbeat and helpful. It was similar to the same awesome experience I have with Trader Joes where their employees make you feel welcome and happy to be shopping in their store.

▶️ POOR service: I asked one of the consultants for gentle detergent and I was given a wrong advise and now I have fabric conditioner. On every visit I have some interesting experience.▶️ DISCRIMINATION! STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE A FOREIGNER : At 8pm they dont sell a bottle of white wine to a 42 years old person holding an Australian ID card and two European ID cards. They wanted me a passport or an US ID card.I brought my European passport and at the cashier they said You need an American passport to buy alcohol. This is Target policy. Yes, a policy targeting foreigners. At the end some manager told them that any passport is OK. This store is RIDICULOUS. Also, a person working at the next cashier started being arrogant, speaking to me in French and flying around. This is my first time in LA and Im more then surprised. People smoke marijuana on the streets and the wine is a bigger problem.▶️ KEEP OFF: I have been around the world and this Target is the worst shop I ever visited. Its okay if you are in a hurry, otherwise theres better options for groceries.▶️ If you want very good service go to Gelsons.

Helpful staff. I only had to show Maria on my phone (via Target.com) the desks I wanted, then she brought me to where they are. She also asked me to stay put and not carry the product because it is their responsibility to do those. She brought me the flatbed, along with another team member, Rich. Maria wheeled the flatbed to the front, where Dawn took care of my payment. It was such a pleasant experience for me. Maria, Rich and Dawn, YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

I love Target and can always find great deals on great stuff! I shop here more than other stores and its great to have a one-stop shop for all my needs!

The selection is wonderful, I live close by and I can take care of most of my shopping needs at Target. Today I was surprised by one of your staff members who took me to a closed line and opened it just so they could speed things along

The people working the counter were NOT helpful. I had been shopping in the store and stopped by to see if my order was ready for pickup. It was not and they told me they couldnt help me. They told me I had to wait. I explained I order two items from the same department and asked if they could get those items. Again, they told me they couldnt help and suggested I cancel my order. If this is customer service, you will lose your customers.

I really like the layout of the store and variety of products.

Horrible place. Its always overcrowded and its located in a richer area so there are a ton of arrogant entitled people that shop there. Ive ran into numerous issues of rudeness from those customers. And mind you, I keep to myself and go to grab the things I need and leave. Sounds simple enough, but there was always some entitled rat customer here. It also doesnt help that whenever you go here its overcrowded. And theyre social distance lines are not visible so no one knows that there is a line forming behind some clothes. Horrible store!

I find within the big 2 in my area (walmart and target) target always seems more organized and welcoming than wal mart. So thats the most important reason id refer target to my kids friends etc.

Because the employees as well as the doctor what work there have the biggest understanding of what customer service truly is. They have huge hearts and speak to you with heart.

I was overcharged on my purchase. I was charged $15.29 for 32oz Ball Mason Jars, the price on the shelf and online was $11.99. I did not have time to deal with it in the moment and was in a rush. Trying to resolve with customer service has been not been easy.

So this store ALWAYS gives me issues with returns. Today an old man named Shane only did 1 of my 2 returns. He said I need to go to the original store to return my items because I paid cash. And that he shouldn’t even have done the 1 return because he’s not supposed to. Sir Shane, explain to me what the difference would’ve been from doing 1 but not the other if you were already doing it although you were supposedly not supposed to? This makes nonsense. Breaking the rules for 1 but oh I can’t do the 2nd. Ridiculous!

I love this place. Just yesterday I was in the automotive section looking for aqua colored windshield wipers (I heard they sell them here but they dont). This dude asked me if I knew where the clearance section was. I looked up and it was the lady from Touched by an Angel i think her name is Delta Ross. I apologized for calling her a man. She said it happens all the time. Especially with Dutch people. I told her I was not Dutch but she was angry and told me she could always smell a dutchman a million miles away. This hurt my feelings so I said told her I was not going to sit here and be insulted by a budget Diana Ross. She said she would allow me to live if I told her where they keep the clearance tacos. I told her Isle 14 and I left. When I walked outside I heard the target employee say code space jam isle 14 i hope she got her tacos.

As with everyone’s else review, I agree that this Target has the worse customer service?!! I came to this location to pick up my online orders, and the cashier was so rude, her attitude really made the experience horrible!!! And the security guard is a little weird and he followed me outside of the store to see where I was going??? Very rude and unacceptable! Really soured my experience! I left feeling discriminated against and will never come here again to pick up future online orders!!!

The store is well organized and especially clean during these COVID-19 days. Our check-out person, Barbara, was such a joyful, kind person. We ALWAYS love Target, but what with the aforementioned virus cast against the current era of civil unrest due to the murder of George Floyd, being at Target was a refreshingly pleasant experience.

This is probably the worst and incompetent Target I’ve been to. They really need to take initiative to restock. I have visited this exact Target for months and small items (and I’m not talking about essential items like toilet paper, etc.) haven’t been restocked in months. They are behind on inventory and let alone the overall attitude of this store is negative energy. Customers are rude and I get a negative vibe from being in this store, this Target needs to get it together and take notes from Mother’s Market on Rosecrans.

Worst drive-up order ever. The young lady was so rude and would not let my mother pick up the order even after logging into the app and pulling up the barcode. I have never experienced this before. It took over 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. I am beyond upset with the way they handled their “guest” service. They pride themselves on guest service and then completely fail with the guests. I will not be back.

Warning...Do Not Trust Their Hours of Operation. They say they are open til 9pm, but they changed their hours at the store and have not updated the correct hours online for the past several months since Covid. Maybe they could update it? That would be really helpful.🙄

Large, with huge parking lot. Typical Target and despite a good location majority of shoppers are Hispanics. Almost all employees are Hispanics as well, not great customer service. Just wanted to mention so called minority, which is according to statistics now predominant group in Los Angeles county - over 50% of entire population! B

Target is Heaven on Earth.

Lately many items have been out of stock. This is my preferred Target store. I think they’ve managed well through the construction they had going for a while. One star off for some of the organization of the store, the beauty and hair items are up front, but bath products are all the way in the corner near the pharmacy. Also, not as many cashiers on duty as their used to be which made it my preferred Target in the first place.

It was a great experience from beginning to end. Target has stepped up big time and has gently nudged me away from Amazon. I love getting my purchases in my hands within 2 hours of my order. And the best part, no yearly PRIME fee and a 5% discount with my target card. It doesnt get much better than that!

Not the worse Target Ive been to, but has lots of room for improvement. Employees in general are not customer service oriented and this store has zero business taking online orders for pickup as they have significant kinks in this system. And dont believe it if it says online that an item is in stock; have visited on multiple occasions where Ive found online and actual inventories dont match.

We drive a distance to go to this target. The employees are always nice to us. Although there are some people that shop there that might be the Beverly Hills type but manage to find their way to this target. We are happy individuals and it seem that we are out of place when those types walk the isles. We love this location for sure because of the helpful employees. And they keep the shelves stocked !! Cant wait to see the upgrades going on now.

Literally cant shop at any other target. Ive shopped her 15 years. The manager sets the tone and hires the best employees. He does the best job! Best attitude. Just love people who are good at their jobs.

They have it all

People bringing in their dirty NON-SERVICE dogs and animals, never enough cashiers, the people who decide to do self checkout are definitely not responsible enough to use it alone, always a stressful experience. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this target needs to get it together.

I dont like most Targets. This one is no exception. Difficult to get in and out as a quick trip.

This location is clean nice and organized. The staff is very friendly and polite. What I would like to see is more variety on products. I went looking for a rain suit and only found a jacket. In the past I would find the set including pants. Oh well. I paid 41 and felt it was too much. Thats why I did not give it a 5th star. Other than that its a great Target.

I would have given a 10 but the online order pick up is in the back of the store. I wasted time waiting in line at Customer Service just to be directed to the rear of the store. Signs should be clearly visible directing the customer to the proper area so they dont waste time in a line that directs them to another line to wait in

I like this store, but always feel so incredibly frustrated every time I visit. Items are constantly out of stock! I dont understand why inventory control is such an issue that this location?! And there are never enough cashiers on duty, so now I just try to use self check out so I can speed up my visit. Its really annoying.

Nice and clean

Loved being able to order online and pick up at a Target store on my way home. With a dedicated entrance and check-stand it was a super easy service to use during this hectic season for last-minute shoppers like me!

Nice Target and even nicer clientele. They had a Black Friday item that we couldnt find at other Target stores. Unfortunately, the young lady in electronics sold us this $400 item which appeared to have been tampered with. When asked about the seal being removed, she said it happens when items are moved. I still asked if they had any more in the back and she said it was the last one. I paid, but before leaving the store I stopped at customer service just to make sure. The employee at customer service opened it and agreed that it appeared to have been tampered with, and upon further inspection, discovered what was hopefully a chocolate stain on one of the boxes inside. She was able to get another employee from electronics to bring a new one (that first employee in electronics was not even willing to check and said they didnt have any more). I do appreciate the help I received in customer service but Im concerned about what may be going on in electronics. Hopefully it was just laziness and not something nefarious. Aside from that, this Target is great.

Only thing good about Target is that its clean. Other than that they charge $3 for sponges$5 for laundry soap hand like$12 for towels. Is it really better than Walmart quality, 99 Cent Store even??? Ill let you wonder about that

I have made an online order at 9 p.m. and received it promptly on my way to work at 8 a.m. next day. Very convenient. I also bought a bottle of DayQuil and was surprised to find out, that it is cheaper, than in Costco!

My wife and I had the worst experiences at this target she’s a Latin women and never have I seen someone give her the look of “ can you even afford this “ I was behind her and the cashier Jane was all smiles at me and when she started ringing my wife she gave her the look it broke my heart to see my people “ white “ are so judgmental.Will not be shopping at this target, it was East for us because it’s walking distance from home but rather drive to get better service
