I LOVE Fantastic Sams so much. I have been going there ever since I was a baby and now I am going into middle school. The employees there are also super nice. There is an awesome hair stylist named Bob and he has been cutting my hair since I was 4 years old. I would highly recommend Bob from Manhattan Beach Fantastic Sams.

My friends told me about the Fantastic Sams in Manhattan Beach. I heard about the new owner/manager. I wanted to get an ombre so I decided go here. When I entered I was immediately taken care of by a woman with red hair. I told her exactly how I had wanted it and she did it perfectly as I desired. I love my hair and I will always come to this specific salon. My experience here was wonderful!

Drove all the way down there for a cut on Saturday afternoon. Got there at 5:30 and it was already closed even though the sign said they close at 7 pm. Called the next morning to find out what their hours are on Saturdays and the guy who answered the phone didnt seem like he wanted to be helpful at all. I managed to get him to tell me they close early when business is slow before he said he had another customer to take care of. Jeez, where is your customer courtesy bro? Because you just lost another customer.

I have been going to Fantasic Sams for years. I go there for haircuts, color treatments, deep conditioning treatments, the Brazilian Blowouts, and styling. Bob is the hairstylist who has been attending to my hair over the past few years. He is an excellent stylist and is very accommodating. I highly recommend Bob toanyone in the South Bay. I promise, you will not be disappointed.

Bob is my family hairstylist for years. He’s doing a great job, cut, highlights, color, and blowdry. He’s very friendly I realy recommand him!

Probably the worse and humiliating experience One can have.Went to get a hair cut for my son at 11 today asked for Karen. Karen is super nice but she was busy so asked me to come back at 2. My wife insisted in going to Fantastic Sams and ask for Karen, so I decided to come back at 2. I did notice her speaking to the owner about my appointment which was weird as they were pointing towards me and then she mentioned come back at 2. I didnt think too much about it and decided to come back later.I come back at 2 and she is first a little surprised to see me (as if she was not expecting me to show up). Then she gently asked me to step outside so she can speak to me. I didnt want my son to hear any of this so I did.She tells me in a gentle way we had some trouble with your wife earlier so we will have to refuse service to you. I couldnt process at first what she meant and asked dumb questions like Why didnt you say so in first place, I made another trip ? It was like Sir I really dont like it but my boss asked me to slap you hard unfortunately I will have to go ahead and do that.I didnt even ask how do you know who my wife is? I didnt give her name, she doesnt even use my name, I didnt even give yout my phone.Then I asked my wife what happened and she told me she had gone to this place to get a haircut. She asked for an inch off and they ended up cutting up 3-4 inches. She was very unhappy about that and asked them for another cut to get it fixed. Looking at other reviews looks like its prety common to get more than u ask for.Anyhow cataloging this under worse customer service experience ever, never to visit fantastic sams again. Beware they may cut your hair more than you ask for refuse to give you service, refuse your entire family and anyone who looks like you.

Had a haircut, shampoo and blow dry, the price according to the website says it was 17.99, I was charged $60 + 10 tip. Tried calling the number listed and its wrong.
