SouthBay-Grow location - The young man at the counter was extremely nice, helpful and very welcoming. However, the young brunette girl that works in the back doing smoothies, and working the deli was extremely rude, very dismissive when we asked for a juice. She barely said two words, then brought the machine out and was throwing things around as if she was angry that she had to do it. She came off so rude, didn’t even give me a straws, and when I said thank you, she said nothing. Will never buy juices there again! That little girl needs retraining and a major attitude adjustment!

Best produce in the South Bay, outside of a farmers market. The meat and seafood counter has enough to choose from, although not enough that I can plan a specific meal without looking at the selection.But, really, the MAJOR option here is FREE delivery (on orders over $100 ish). Order by midnight, deliver by 7 a.m., no fees, not tip and the only packaging is the re-usable bins. Seriously

I had an excellent experience at this spot. We enjoyed the awesome vibes and the food. The staff are very welcoming. I’m content we finally managed to try this restaurant.

The guys at GROW are absolutely the best. They have outstanding customer service and really go out of their way for the customer. Will for sure be back soon

There are some DELICIOUS treats to be had at GROW! This great location recently expanded, offering up even more farm fresh, organic foods for your grocery (and snacking) needs. One of two locations (the other is in DTLA), the vibe is great, staff are friendly, and the food spot on. Looking for healthy good groceries? Try GROW before hitting one of the big box chains.

The Pork Chops, you must get them, they are AMAZING! They also have a good selection of gourmet hard to find items. Great place, friendly staff, I love shopping here.

We shop weekly at Grow especially for their fruit and produce which is as fresh and flavorful as you can find (including at a Farmers market). No bland or mealy produce here. Likewise, their addition of a meat counter ha added that dimension for great meats and especially great fish offerings. With their expansion, they now have an even greater offering of high quality products. They have great & helpful staff always available for a suggestion. Their prices are competitive with Whole Foods, Trader Joes and better than high end chains like Gelsons or Bristol Farms. More importantly they are locally owned and operated by folks who continually give back to the community!

The best little Grocer in the South Bay. Everything is in season fresh and meat & fish are fantastic. The staff is very helpful and its like going back in time to to good ole quality.
