No sampling at the moment, but you can get self serve froyo with a sanitized gloved hand. Then toppings are put on by the person behind the counter. Cashless transactions only, so only credit card, Apple, Samsung, and Google Pay are accepted.I love the multitude of flavors. My favorite at the moment is taro and salted caramel pecan froyo with no sugar added dark chocolate chips, mochi, toffee chips, and yogurt chips. You can ask them to bring out the condensed milk drizzle from the back for the most decadent sugar bomb treat.

I thought the customer service was good. There are many flavors to choose from. They also followed the covid protocols very well by making customers wear gloves when touching yogurt handles.Ive had many of these froyo type places all over states but I thought this yogurt had more a watered down flavor. I really didnt like that. Maybe its just me or just that particular day but something about it was off & noticeable. May try it again sometime to confirm my suspicion.

I just visited this store right now, and i was shocked the way Catherine attended us. I think she has no skills for customer service. She was rude and unprofessional when serving the toppings and when charging me. Train your people better.

The employees didn’t let anyone into the shop after 9:40pm even though it clearly states that it closes at 10pm. Made me waste my time and gas.

They do social distancing right. With an employee filling the cups of ice cream. No more self service. Very efficient, friendly & polite service.

Glad its open... service change since Covid... they have to make your ice cream and put the toppings on it so it kind of takes away from the experience but the yogurt still taste the same... I I know you can understand them putting on the topping but I think you should be able to make your own ice cream; I mean its behind glass in a machine.. 3 stars for long wait..

I get the whole covid protection stance, but they made my yogurt and I couldnt even see the toppings,, they had to tell me 1 by 1.. kinda a hassle.. still, it was so good

Always great. They are a bit pricey but very good with a huge selection. Be careful about the add-ons as they add up...price is by the weight of your cup. Even with that said, the yogurt is still very good.

No samples in quarantine. They fill your bowl for you. Theyre taking health seriously

The staff is always so nice. Several flavors once in a while theres nothing I want so Ill get a drinkable, I like the cold brew coffee shake and I usually put some chocolate ice cream in the middle and Carmel sauce on top its very yummy

When its not crowded. Its a good location with tons of out door seating. Never a machine down and all the extras are fully stocked. Great smile and service when checking out. Good job guys!

Came yesterday at 5.15 p.m., the place was closed, however, the sign said we are open until 6 p.m. Waste of gas and money. I wish they update the hours and early closures on the app and their website.

We also enjoy a quick fro-yo at Yogurtland. The selections vary so sometimes the choices arent exactly what we want, but you can always count on finding at least a couple of yummy flavors...and we never forget to go big on the toppings!

I tried the sun, moon, and stars flavor and it was pretty good! It had a very subtle tea flavor, with a bit of a vanilla undertone. The texture of the ice cream is thick and creamy, and the rose shape was a cute lil detail. I will say, though, it is the tiniest bit pricey as 1 single scoop was almost $6. Otherwise, I def would return to try the piffle!

Super friendly staff here, but it seems every time I go at least 2 of the flavours are down. The last visit had 5 flavours down/out/refilling. I wound up leaving without buying anything. Its frustrating to go to this location looking forward to getting something specific, only to have it out.When they do have their flavours up and running, its good stuff. Only a handful of tables are inside this location, but there is a large shared patio outside that is partially covered.

I am a peanut butter topping fanatic and this location not only has it but it is also in a much more user friendly container than those pump ones. The pump ones are okay, but hard for some people to reach! They also had one of my favorite yogurt flavors, Sumatra Coffee!

Its a very friendly environment which makes it better to visit for quality tastes. However some of the yogurt flavors are not available and mostly there arent much choices to have especially your own favorite one.

My kids and their friends love this place! The place is always packed with young people and line almost always out the door. Staff is really friendly and accomodating.I wasnt a yogurt lover at all.. but got curious with why my kids always wants to come here every week..so i tried it. So yummy! The fruits and topping selections they have is so varied. You have a big selection of gorgeously flavored yogurt - peanut butter yogurt, strawberry tart (my fave), cookies and cream and a lot more!!! Highly recommended for a healthy fast snack!

What can be said, its a chain. If you like frozen yogurt, this has exceptional flavors. Free tastes.

Who doesnt love yogurt? You can get samples so youll know if you like it or not before you buy it which is great, there are many different flavors and fruits, candies etc to add and you pay by weight.
