All shelves are full of stock and tidy up so nicely. I went to the front yard looking for flower seeds. I thought about buying it online, but the flower seeds I wanted seemed popular and were out of stock. But I was very lucky to find the flower seed I was looking for in this store. This flower seed I bought was quick to germinate and I had a very good shopping. When I visited this store, it was crowded with many customers, but the cashier flowed smoothly and I was able to pay without waiting. I recommend the store here!Highly recommend the store!

I come in at least once or twice a week, and I’ve never been let down by the outstanding customer service.Keile spent at least an hour guiding me through the floor staining process and helping me identify the color I was looking for. He was very patient and offered expert advice. This is the second time he has helped me in the past month. He’s awesome! I’m extremely grateful for their help and expertise. Home Depot is a great place to go, I have never been disappointed when I go to Home Depot I always find what I want. The prices are reasonable unlike some other places thats all Hardware or materials. The people in Home Depot are always very helpful and very courteous.

We were looking for a uhaul, the 19.99 ones for 75 minutes, which online says they have.. well they dont, but anyway ... the staff here was nice enough to take their time to explain other options in town and give very personalized service. Went out of their way for us. Very appreciated.

Brett went above and beyond to get me the right paint for the brick garage project I am working on. He is very knowledgeable in this department and helped me make the right decision quickly. He was able the find the right color match that I was looking for. I recommend other customers to seek him out when they visit the store as he has a very friendly personality and is easy to work with.

Well-organized store, but theres usually a line at the customer service desk. Mask wearing should be enforced as well. If people dont want to wear a mask, then they dont need to come in. Its not a mask mandate, because nobodys forcing them to shop there.

Im really not going to get into detail about the ongoing issues with this place. Ive been here several times over the years and every time I got disappointed with the employees and how the store is being kept. Karma its something that cant be pleased 😑

I had to go pick up my order that had arrived. The young lady at the desk was polite and professional. She took care of my paperwork and got my order sent up front to the pick up area. The two young men that brought out my order, were polite and helped me with loading up my order in the back of my truck. A very nice experience.

Jake Lundeen was extremely helpful thoughtful and knowledgeable and informative. I was searching for a flood barrier of some kind and Jake took the time to look it up find it go with me to the row and the bin and help me make a decision as to which one to choose.I had been to every garden and hardware store in town and box store looking for some kind of water diversion device. Jake said the magic words flood barrier looked it up on Google found it on Amazon and then use the Home Depot app to locate it in his store. Definitely not impressed with curbside service . No # to call if have any trouble with check in. After waiting 10 minutes finally went inside and had to wait for help there. What should have taken probably no more than 15 minutes took over 30. Merchandise was exactly what I wanted, but not happy and quite irritated about the service.

I shop quite frequently at Home Depot particularly because I own my own daycare business, and I am also single without ways of figuring out carpentry skills on my own so I take a lot of my small projects into Home Depot to see if the guys working may be able to offer advice or even sometimes cut certain things for me that I may need cut! I will say I have had a lot of the guys help me out who have went above and beyond to help me! I went in Home Depot last Sunday evening with some Lego Plates I had purchased from Target to make a Lego table. I needed about 5 inches cut off the bottom, and tried to cut one with straight edge at home at ruined it.I took the plates in the store and passed a gentleman working in Home Depot and asked him if he could help me figure out what the easiest way would be to cut these Lego plates, and explained to him that I already cut one at home and ruined it. He looked at me and said he would use a straight edge and I told him I already did and ruined one and asked him if he could please cut them for me and I would not hold him responsible if he ruined it. He quickly said we cannot cut plastic sorry and walked away!I went to the sharp scissors isle and bought something I thought would work and than went to the check out and seen a familiar face walking by, and I asked him if the scissors would work to cut my plates. I told him my situation and he said if I purchased the scissors he would cut my plates for me.His name is Matthew and he cut my plates perfectly for me and I was able to make my lego table! That is why I continue to go to Hone Depot because of employees like Matthew who go above and beyond and actually cate about their customers!Thank you Matthew! You are so awesome!

Worst experience at any Home Depot EVER! I placed an online order for two small items that can be carried in one hand. I placed the order around 7 p.m. thinking I would be able to pick my order up the next morning. when I placed the order the website said I would receive an email as soon as it was ready for pick up. the next morning comes and goes. Not a word from anyone. Finally at 4:45 p.m. I call the store because I actually live 45 minutes away from this location but it is the closest Big Box to my small town. When I was able to get a real person on the phone the young man checked and sure enough both of the items in my order were in stock and they had one of the two ready to be picked up but he was the only one in that department at the moment so it would still take more time to get the order pulled and ready for pick up. When I next called the Home Depot 1-800 number the young lady on the phone actually told me that because of the high volume of business this store has on the weekends my order was delayed. This tells me one thing because I didnt walk through their front doors my business is no important to the management of this location at least I am originally from Los Angeles California and have been to Home Depot stores the could literally have thousands of customers in the store at any given time and still had time to pull online orders in a timely fashion. Needless to say after my phone call to the 800 number I canceled my order and I will find a business that can show me they want to earn my business.

Its a pretty good store. Hard to find help some times. Staff is usually helpful when you do get a hold of one. It might be because I go in at odd hours.

After my refrigerator quit working, I bought a new one at The Home Depot and requested it be delivered. After TWO failed “attempts” (they really didn’t even bother calling first, so calling them attempts is being generous), I am beyond livid! Their delivery service is a joke. Would 10/10 recommend AVOIDING this store. Absolutely infuriating.

Bought a car jack and stands. The stands I got. But I received an email saying the jack was sent as well. Never got the jack. So I go in the store to figure out what happened and apparently they sold me a tool they no longer carry. The woman at the service center was really nice, found me one at a store in Topeka, so I drove all the way to Topeka to pick it up. Get the tool home only to find out it’s missing half the stuff it needed. So I bring the jack to manhattan to return it so I could go to one of there competitors as they no longer carry jacks anymore and she tells me that all she can give me is in store credit. The manager was not helpful at all in resolving my problem. Didn’t seem to care that I drove two hours out of my way because one of her employees sold me a tool they no longer carry. Absolutely terrible experience. Home Depot will no longer get my business.

Very displeased with this store. Ordered a counter top 6weeks ago. Was told it would only take 7weeks, was also told their installer would be out to make template within 2weeks. After 3weeks I made several phone calls to the store and was told they would check into it and call me back! Finally after over a week of trying to get ahold of the right person I get something done. Now last week a guy finally showes up to make the template. Today I get a call from Home Depot telling me I need to pay another 64 dollars because it’s a square foot bigger than they figured. That is bull, I measured it several times and my measurements were very accurate. I will never order anything else from them again. I absolutely dont recommend. Save the headache and go to Lowe’s or menards. Very poor customer service as well. I can’t wait for the nighttime to end so I can be completely done with Home Depot. Now I gotta take time out of my busy day to file a report with the BBB!

I just want to say that Kyle (I know that isnt the correct spelling but I missed the proper one) in the paint department of the Manhattan, KS store is awesome! He has always been very helpful and knowledgeable of paint and painting accessories, but when I was there on Friday, he was above and beyond helpful with his knowledge of other items as well as locations of those items within the store. What wouldve been an hour trip on my own searching all over the store turned out to be a quick 20 minute, in and out of the store trip with everything I needed. Thank you Kyle and Im sorry I cant remember how to spell your name!

So I walked in& headed straight to customer service for some help. There I found a amazing woman named Elizabeth & she was more than helpful. I needed to cancel an online order after 31 days of waiting for it. She got on the phone asap w/ hq &10 minutes later I was out the door. She was amazing &by far the most knowledgeable employee I have ever dealt with at Home Depot. 5 stars in my book.

Went in today to buy a new washer and worked with Michael. Let me just say he was wonderful to work with and I ended up buying a washer AND a dryer! Michael got me set up with free delivery and set up, hoses, cords, etc and even did a price match on an upgraded washer I was looking at. He was knowledgeable and very friendly! Worst customer service ever!!!!!!! Lied about the delivery date on my appliances and didn’t get them to me for almost 2 months after I ordered.
