Had a new rear window installed and they scratched the rear hatch on both sides from tools removing the rubber that holds the glass in. Went in and told the guy behind the counter and he didn’t care or even come outside to look at it. If you care about your car don’t take it here because if something happens he will deny it and not do anything. I will never give this business another penny ever.

They “fixed” a chip in the windshield. The clear windshield lasted maybe a day and then the chip reappeared. Not worth the money.

Gave an estimated time to be done and was told I would get a phone call. No phone call. The guy decided to finish my car and not call me, but instead take his lunch. Unprofessional if you ask me.

I needed some small pieces of glass cut for one of my 3D printers. They were rectangular pieces but needed a notch in them. The glass was cut to my specs and all done within the day at a very fair price. really glad I found them.Edit - had to change my rating. Bobs Glass is now owned by Manko and prices have gone up dramatically. Will now have to find a new glass shop to work with.....

Busted window Sunday night. Called Monday for estimate, the wonderful woman named valerie went above and beyond while helping me. She was amazing. Dropped my vehicle off at 730, now its 9:29 my vehicle is done and ready. Best part is, it turned out to be 25.00 cheaprt!! The service was quick and friendly I couldnt of asked for better!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The people are nice but the service is bad. 1. installed defective glass in car. 2 replaced but dented hood. denied it. Avoid this place.

I use his services quite often, being that in our industry we have replace broken windows for our clients, and Bobs Glass always does a great job. It can take a while to get it back, but that is understandable with his quality of work.
