I chose Garage Door Place because they were always friendly and quick to respond to issues with our old garage door openers that were installed over 20yrs ago. I really liked their products so decided to order new doors and openers from them. Troy was patient while I figured out exactly what I wanted. He was just very helpful in my selection and answered all my questions. He kept me in the loop on my order. Very friendly and helpful. They came down to fix a garage door that was broken because of a thunderstorm. We had an older opener and wasnt sure it could be fixed the took some photos of it and said he would get back to us to see if he could find the parts if not we would need a new one. He found the parts and saved us from having to get a new one. They also repaired the opener switch inside and outside at no extra cost. Very professional, would use them again if future problems arise.

The folks were helpful and friendly. came out to house in an hour to fix garage door opener same day. Repairman was knowledgable and even installed a surge protector for the opener. He gave a full detail report of the cause and explained how to remedy issue if it happened again. I highly recommend this business!

My senior parents contacted this company to install a new garage door on their barn. The technician that came out initially refused to wear a mask, calling the virus a hoax (he did eventually put it on). After additional rude behavior from the technician, my father eventually said that he didnt think it was going to work out and he was going to look for another company. The technician then replied that it didnt matter; they had plenty of business and didnt need his.

Had garage doors replaced from them. They came out & removed the old doors. Put up new tracks for the garage doors & installed new garage doors & openers. Belt drive is much better than chair drive doors & remotes were programmed so we could open the other door with our control as well as our own.

I called them on a Monday and ordered a new garage door opener. They were able to get it installed on Thursday morning. The new opener works like a dream. All wireless devices that work with the opener were working as the are supposed to. Im very happy with this service and would recommend them.

They installed two garage doors and one Liftmaster on our house in March. When I experienced a problem pairing my car to the opener they were very helpful and solved the issue quickly.

They showed up on time. Made repairs quickly. Cost was reasonable. I would use them again.

DO NOT use this company if you want service after the sale. I have had nothing but problems with the door and the keyless. Each time I call they charge $92 (!!!) for a 5-minute service call. I should have known there would be issues--after the install I had to sweep up all of their cigarette butts off the driveway, and am still (9 months later) sweeping up stray bolts and screws they dropped while installing. This is the biggest $1500 mistake Ive ever made.
