Very convenient to stop at the counter, receive the paperwork and load the equipment.

Last time you brought lift the wrong day. this time I tried to call off lift and no one would answer phone

United Rentals always has what I need and if they dont it is there the next day.

Could not for the life of me get a power washer capable of completing the job. Lost pressure with one. O ring rotten out on the other so the hose wont seat properly. 3 days of trying to get the job done. Live out 20 mins so everytime it doesnt work its wasted time I dont have.Wont be back... should service their small equipment. They only got 3 stars because of the great customer service.

Unbelievable how awesome these guys helped me out as an out of town small business. Helpful, incredibly fast for delivery and the crew there was terrific! I rent lots of different types of equipment and this experience was far far above any previous with other companies or locations!! Kudos to these guys! Costumer service at its best!

The service department is on point.. I had a broken scissor lift and they got it fixed. After I tried over 6 hours to do so. Those guys are the best.
