For years I shopped Bitter Newman but never purchased, always opted for the cheap box stores. After too many washers and dryers I finally decided to purchase from B.N. I paid up for a Speed Queen and am hoping it lasts far longer than the chinese junk the box stores sell. The salesperson was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The installation guys were awesome! B.N. has their own service crew, so no waiting for appliance guys or dealing with offshore third parties for warranty work. As good as my experience here was, I hope I dont have to shop here again. But I have other aging appliances and if they die, Im going to Bitter Newman!

My refrigerator died. I looked on the website to find a new one, called the store, she rang me up, I paid for it and it was delivered within 2 business days. The delivery guys called about 30 minutes out and again when they were finished. Very friendly, very convenient to order and set-up delivery all in a few minutes!

Jon was so helpful at every step of the way! I appreciate the assistance in locating the specific appliance I was looking for. The price was better than what I saw listed elsewhere. Wonderful communication! Would shop here again.

I bought a really nice stove. They have a really big selection. I had them deliver the new one, intall it and haul away the old one. They did a great job.

I bought a washer and dryer set along with bed and a tv over the years sales people are very friendly. However the lid lock sensor on the washer went out I called to see if it was still under warranty they looked it up and said it was, so they sent someone out the guy confirmed what I told him it was, then they tell me its not under warranty and I thought that was the end of it . Until now about 4 months later I get a call from them asking me to pay 80$ for the service call... I didnt even know I had a bill because they were sending them to a wrong address...

I recieved a freezer from Bitter Neumann through Partners. I got it in June and its never worked! They washed there hands of it and put the problem on me and will not replace it. Its been 5 months and all they do is pass the buck. I will NEVER use them again!!!
