Very nice people...still cant get over the fact that they charge $399 as a service fee but when I asked day of pickup, Obviously after day I signed paperwork, nothing they could do...plus would they have anyway since cars are selling like hotcakes. All I know is that prior reputable places around green bay dont even chhoose to charge that money! Love my car and they are truly nice people.md

Very pleased with the service my vehicle received. Although I would have liked to have been told when I should bring my car back for its next oil change. Since it is synthetic oil not sure if it is every 5,000 or 7,000 miles but getting my vehicle serviced at your garage vs the quick lubes is a much better investment!

I indicated I wanted tires installed when I brought it in to be serviced. That did not happen. While doing the oil change, a multipoint inspection must have been performed because I was advised my brake pads were showing signs of wear, but everything else looked good. I was also given tire choices. I made an appointment to replace the tires. When I arrived at the tire appointment, I advised them to do an alignment if needed. At the end of the appointment, they indicated an alignment could not be done due to the ball joints being loose. I would need to replace the control arms, prior to an alignment being performed. Can you tell me why this was not seen during the multipoint inspection during my oil change?? Why were my new tires then installed without advising with me about this issue? Considering bad ball joints lead to uneven tire wear, I would consider it incompetence to operate a service department like this. Unacceptable!!

The Manitowoc Broadway is clean, and welcoming. I was greeted right away with a water or coffee when I walked inside to meet with Glen to try out a couple of Silverados. I found him to be knowledgeable and friendly. There was no pressure to purchase on the spot. I found the value given to my trade was reasonable. After settling on a truck I wanted to buy, we hammered out a deal both parties agreed with. Glen and the Gary were easy to work with. Upon delivery, again, Glen provided great vehicle information, and helped me out by finding the Costco documents I forgot to bring to take full advantage of that discount. Gary treated me with respect and information during the tedious task of signing and explanation of the documents. Gary also didnt try in anyway to pressure me to purchasing any extra warranties. That is something that I am grateful for. In past experiences, at other dealerships, this is not the case. Overall it was a pleasurable experience, as buying a new vehicle should be.

After an initial test drive of the car that wanted I pointed out some of the things (minor scratches) that I would want fixed in order to proceed with purchasing the car, and Glen made sure these things were taken care of. I really appreciated Broadway Automotive being able to work our 2016 Equinox in on short notice for service as we were on the road, traveling from Washington state. The problem with the emissions system that generated the Check-Engine-Light was fixed with no recurrence the remainder of the trip. Even though the Onstar Advisor told us the issue wasnt serious, it felt much better driving on our return trip not having the warning light illuminated!

I was visiting Wisconsin from Michigan for the packers shareholder meeting. Never visited Wisconsin before. My GMC Sierra started flashing messages about problems with trailer brakes ( was not towing a trailer) and then when I slowed down my back brakes locked up. They the released themselves with large slamming noise. Definitely a problem and parked truck overnight at hotel Saturday night. Seemed ok Sunday but wanted to see if dealer could plug it in snd tell me if I had safety issues going on before driving to Green Bay first thing Monday morning. Guy I spoke with was super nice and said he was sure they could help. The two service ladies said different. Said out two weeks for service appointments and no could not plug it in to make sure was safe to drive but check Tso rivers Chevrolet. Maybe they could help but probably tei weeks out like them . They were zero help at all and I can honestly say I am so disappointed to be treated like this. Decided could not chance it going to Green Bay and drove home instead am now at dealer at my house in Michigan and just dropped it off. They were super nice as always. The way you treated an out of town visitor is shameful

Terrible experience! We broke down from Minnesota and they tried charging $1000 for a fuel pump. Then they said they could not diagnose my vehicle as the computer wasn’t working and they charged me for diagnostics anyways $120. Then when I said I didn’t wanna go forward with $1000, I asked him to take my vehicle out so I could come and get it and I am 5 1/2 hours away. They said it’s up on the hoist and their tech left and everything is locked up. I told them in the morning I did not want to move forward with it and I asked why they did not move it out as I asked them too. They told me that they had other people to work on first, but yet I was there on Saturday and it is now Monday and it’s still up on the hoist. Very disappointed and feel like I’m trying to be taken advantage of and robbed since I’m out of state and in a hard situation 5 1/2 hrs away!

I am extremely pleased with my latest experience at Broadway Automotive Manitowoc. I purchased a new car to replace one which had been totaled in an accident. Since the car with the options I preferred was not available in Manitowoc, I was very happy when Mike Wall found exactly what I wanted in the color I preferred. In a pre-purchase meeting he answered all my questions about pricing, discounts, fees, etc., and when I left I knew exactly what the car was going to cost, which was important to me given my situation. Mike was also very understanding and accommodating when I had to postpone the purchase date a few times when my insurance check was delayed. When the purchase was completed Mike took the time to explain the Chevrolet rewards program, set up the my Chevrolet app, and explain and demonstrate the new features on my car. He even helped connect my phone to blue tooth and connected me with an On Star rep. I am also happy with the financing Evert found for me; he obviously listened to my preferences regarding both interest rate and monthly payment. Devon, in the body shop, prepared the estimate on my previous car. He regularly kept me updated, took the time to answer all my questions and completed and forwarded the estimate to my insurance in a timely manner which I certainly appreciated. Everyone I worked with at Broadway was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Broadway to anyone thinking about purchasing a car.

Ive been very happy with this dealership. Ive bought two Chevy Cruzes here, had service done here, and had my 14 Cruze repaired after a deer collision.
