I have been a LOYAL customer for 16+ years only due to the fact I am a cable person not dish π‘. I have no other options. We have very little customer service and when they decide to be open the lady is very rude and short. Yet the bill keeps going up.As far as the product, I love my cable TV and internet. NO real issues. It seems that they dont have to give good customer service because we have no other option to use them for good TV and internet.

I had to call about my bill. There was a little hassle trying to talk to a real person... Im not sure if anyone does that anymore? In any case, once I got through the man was able to help me quickly and answer all my questions. When did paying bills turn into such a mess? I would rather have my paper bill
I was nervous to come here to handle returning my equipment because of the poor reviews on here. I had to cancel because I moved to an area where Xfinity doesnβt provide service. Awful price for the services provided. I am currently paying $60 a month for 100mpbs, and they charge you an extra $10 for every 50GB used above the data limit. I went 275GB over and they doubled my bill from $60 to $120. This is extremely scammy considering I pay $60 a month for my cell phone service and the data is unlimited. Xfinity should stop milking out its most active customers and provide unlimited data with the monthly plan.
Customer service reps do not know information. Couldnt answer my questions and my bill was to increase from 98 to 135. All of a sudden I have a bill over 300. Not happy! Called customer service numerous times and still no resolution

Had a horrible experience trying to just pay my bill at the kiosk. Staff was rude and hostile towards me because I didnβt wear a mask(medical issue). Asked personnel to please just let me pay and leave but she persisted. I was so upset I left shaking. Iβd rather have no internet than go there again.

Hands down the worst experience I have had with an ISP in all of my life. I was intentionally hung up on twice and when my ticket was finally escalated, I just just received an email from level 2 stating my service was fine and the ticket was closed without even talking to me. Would give negative stars if Google had the option.
I dont get it. Pay for a service recieve a service. What doesnt this company get about that. Seriously. Paying for unlimited internet and it cuts out for 15 mins every hour. Poor service. Poor quality. If you want to use the internet. Find someone else, you know, someone who actually provides the service they sell.

Anytime I had problems with my internet they worked hard to correct it. Speaking to someone local is far better than trying to deal with the 1-800 services. Happy with my service.
Went with my own gateway(certified by Comcast) and service started to get spotty. Sent a tech out that said there was a small nick in the cable that goes into the gateway in the house. I installed for years and that in no way caused any problem like that. Then after getting my monthly bill,( mind you no equiptment rental fee anymore) my bill went up! Really. Still spotty service. Time to check elsewhere.
We have high speed Internet through them. Prices are high. The cost went up about 300% in three years. To save we reduced speed by 50 % to get 1/3 off.
I locked in with a bill for $60. BASIC cable nothing special really at all. For some reason each bill its $80, $78, $75 and the lady managed to keep locking me into a new account and somehow it keep changing. My business is completely gone at this point. I shouldnt be nervous for a new bill. Terrible company, wouldnt waste another dime.
Biggest set of liars. Had business account with them. They could not get the internet to work properly after almost 2 years of trying. Told me cause of the situation instead of going to different company that if I hook up Comcast home there would be no termination fee. Well they lied I was charged a fee. Then I moved now being with them for 3 years new place was not in there service area. They told me at that time if I do a different plan till a specific date that there will be no termination fee. Lied again charged a termination fee. This time was worse cause had to pay more for the stupid plan they put me on to get rid of the fee and charged me the fee. Liars and thieves
Comcast provides the phone service for my company, a business with about 45 employees. We have a dozen lines and the phones are the lifeblood of my business. Comcast began dropping calls, several a day, and we were never notified that it was happening. Instead, they cancelled the emergency line we had set up to alert us that something might be wrong. So rather than fix the problem they tried to eliminate the alarm. The ineptitude of the agents involved is laughable, as they took turns contradicting each other time and again in an effort to minimize the problem rather than attack it. Im six weeks into the issue, still with no resolution in sight. From top to bottom this company is an inept, pass-the-buck, addled nightmare of confusion. The first several people I spoke with didnt even realize Comcast offered the products we were using. Im still so snake bit by the experience that I dont even know what else to say except please, if you value your business, look elsewhere for all your services.
I only give this one star because the internet itself is decently fast. However the modem is spotty and this is by far the worst customer service experiences Iβve ever had to deal with.

We had to have an upgrade to our service at my office. We experienced nothing but great customer service from Trevor, Bob and Jonathan. Great communication. Arrived on time, got the job done as expected. A limited interruption. Too often the end user has such a high expectation of the reality of the complexity of the internet. Plug it in, it should work. They did a great job communicating, it isnt as easy as it always seems. In this case, they made it seem easy. Thank you - Comcast.

While dealing with the call center might be a complete pain and they mess everything up... The local office is extremely helpful and full of knowledge. Go there and see what they can do (they cant do everything, but they can do a lot) before calling the center. The technicians are super nice and helpful also. He even showed me some tips for finding free movies on demand!
I just moved here and need internet due to being a full time online college student. With moving we were in between jobs so i had to wait for the deposit to be more affordable and in that time they have now upped it $50 with no concern and the customer service lady was quite rude. Ive heard all bad reviews and was going to give them a shot anyway until this happened.

Overpriced garbage. Even while in a contract the monthly bill still goes up every month or 2, the speeds I pay for never even come close, customer service can hardly speak english, well enough to understand and are as useless as a bag of rocks. To top it off, their billing department, says the debit card I use to pay all my bills isnt valid according to their system, yet it works just fine paying my xfinity mobile bill, their xfinity mobile service is a whole nother bag of what the f$%ks.
The staff at the store are awesome & very helpful. The company itself is horrible. The prices are never the same from month to month. The call center is extremely confused. One person would say one thing & another will contradict it. I dropped them & I am now going through DirectTV.
Customer Service within the Manitowoc store is great, however there is no direct number to the store. While calling the toll free number the customer service is terrible!! Unfortunately they are about to lose a loyal customer of nearly 3 years.

Instead of unlimited wifi for the home like almost all other places offer this place has overpriced WiFi and the only option in the area we have a $350 bill for 5 weeks and only get WiFi !Also 2 of the woman who work customer service are extremely rude!

Comcast would be a halfway decent provider if they stopped handing out hand-me-down equipment, now I have to drive all the way back down there again because the box they gave me doesnt even have an HDMI output. If they were a little less stingy with their equipment this review would be better.

Their TV sucks horribly. It must reboot every night, every night when I watch most between 12 midnight and 3 am. It takes way to long also then you have to find what you were watching all over again. No excuses for horrible service and they rape you on prices. I dont know why people are complaining about internet speeds not being what it says up to whatever speed with your plan. Internet 101 cable internet speed is shared with your neighborhood. DSL stands for Dedicated subscriber line which means you dont share the speed. I moved to charter spectrum area sucks ***no local support (office in two rivers closed G.B. say go to Appleton and Appleton says payments only because they are Spectrum-Time Warner Spectrum-Charter phone support only) and a much higher bill. ** So, Comcast beats Charter-Spectrum any day.
Saw where one customer was greeted in a much more friendlier manner than the one before him. Was sad to see.
The 250 mbps was consistently under 90 mbps, and frequently under 50 mbps. On top of that, I would lose my connection several times a week. This was a major problem since I work from home and it would drop my conference calls or cause me to lose hours of programming setup work. Their customer service reps were friendly, but offered no resolution to the terribly inconsistent services. Xfinity was the only provider in my area, so I was stuck with them.
Customer service in the store was concise and to the point. Dont call the hotline for anything; its worthless like every other call center. Just go to the store and save yourself the headache.

Your customer service is a freaking machine? Seriously? I dont talk to machines. Comcast is a billion dollar industry, I pay 70 bucks a month for the slowest internet offered. I think you can afford a real person to answer the phone when I need customer service.
Comcast used my identy for as different customer even though I have never been yheir customer. When I called their customer service they were unhelpful, rude and almost happy they are going to cause me suffering. Now I have had to obtain a lawyer, start a police report and fill out a ton of paperwork because they used yhe wrong SS number. If you ever have a choice to avoid Comcast I highly suggest it. Comcast is know for identity theft read the blogs. They have many internal issues. Sign up with them and you are putting your entire identity at risk
I use xfinity Comcast and have been charged two months in a row about $140 just for internet that keeps cutting out. My bill is only supposed to be half that. Im very disappointed with the service/ quality and the fact that Im being over charged for poor quality internet. Ive been using xfinity Comcast for over a year and have so much to complain about. My internet would always cut out for hours at a time, xfinity told me it was my router so I bought a new one for $120 only to find out that they did a poor job hooking up my neighbors internet and had a bad connection that affected my internet as well. This company cant last to long treating theyre customers this poorly. I tried upgrading my internet so the price would not be so high and that I wouldnt go over my gb for the month so my monthly payments started at $43 a month for 12 months then they started charging me overages and my bill was $137, i was very unhappy but I paid it and upgraded to $69.99 a month so i wouldnt have any surprise overages but no here I am with a $142 bill and i cant understand why its that high but i have now cancelled and want to warn people that this company is absolutely the worst i have ever dealt with.

Expensive AF!!! They have a monopoly in Manitowoc, with the only other choice being AT&T (which is an even worse provider). As a result, Im paying nearly $100/month for basic internet coverage (which, considering Im disabled have an EXTREMELY limited income, is ludicrously expensive). I would switch in a heartbeat if I had a better option, but I dont.

Ok provider went there to cancel my cable package sick of high cable bills but kept them for my internet provider had antenna put back on house cut my bill to now 82.00 compared 200.00
So tired of being told oh yeah - this package is sufficient and once installed its oh yeah - you need a higher yada yada yada which, of course, is an increase in the cost. A significant increase. Just signed up and we are already cancelling. Just have to find the right provider now. Beware !!!

If i could i rather have dial up internet compaired to there go take a speed test so there servers can detect they need to give you full speed. I pay for one megabyte and i get 800 kilobytes. Odd to say maybe it a oh wait we are not on cellular towers or satellite: so why throttle. There owned by Microsoft go figure. And i suspect there tampering with my ping. On top of that they make you pay If you got one of there modems and worse after you pay your modem will be used for public wifi too. That eats up you electric bill, but not data. Meh. Then there set top boxes have no way of turning it off they stay on at all time. Even if there low wattage it save money and environment to shut it off when not in use... And i went to the Manitowoc wi branch and while there i made a complaint and the manager hovered over the staff as if i was going to make trouble. There not knowledge any further then the seemed seminar or employee handbook they were given. I worked for kirby and they gave better training. I really do not like att but would rather have them... I am stuck because of the building i live in. And further my friend has 6 megabyte internet and only pops 1.2 megabyte on speedtest so um class action lawsuit; BBB where are you? Dont get me started on the kiosk, it doesnt give exact change and they have to be plugged in to sit waisting electricity... Only a select few will use it and kick it realizing they paid and only got rounded down on how much they were owed back; all the staff can say is not our fault when they know every service charge does not end in a complete dollar when paid. Go with at&t for internet instead. They do data only if you want. Comcast makes you get channels.
Customer Service was very rude, have had several problems. Cable Box has been rpelaced 4 times due to faulty connections. Right now we are having a problem with getting signal, and comcast is refusing to accept my call. I would not advise you to become a client of them. Also, do you need help? Be ready to go through the automated service line 3 times before your call is placed on hold, then disconnected.

Terrible reception for channel 11 for the Packer game. Its not a clear image or sound for more than 10 seconds at a time. After changing the channel, Ive noticed that its all the current channels.
This tv company is the worst company I ever seen. Even asking for service on a technical problem take them loger for a soccer match on ESPN to finish. My enternet and cable went out at the same time and I called their service on which they booked a fake service opointment asking to come the next day. This company is the most unorganized sevice company I have ever seen. I will not recumend this cable company ever again. If possible I would give this place a 0 star rating. Also anybody who has this Comcast bs I feel very sorry for you, wasting your hard earn money on this bs. If I were mayor I would shut down this establishment and open a new one which has no bs machines taking over the sevice over the phones calls.

I have been being billed for a modem I havent had or used in almost 1 1/2 years. I asked for a refund - - Oh no !!! We can only credit you for 2 months. This is absolutely unacceptable when it was their fault to begin with. How can any service provider get away with this ? Someone give me another option for cable ! Cost is ridiculous !
