Great selection! Good customer service. The day our carpet was installed it went fine until they left. I had to vaccum whole room and steps cause there were a ton of little pieces of carpet everywhere. Guess I thought they would clean up after they were done. Two months later the seam in a area that no one uses was coming up. Had to call the store and have the installer Matt come back out to fix it. Matt the installer never showed up. Didnt call or anything

We went in today after going to several stores looking for carpet. Bill was amazing, explaining what we needed for size, explaining what carpet would work for our room, and not trying to upsell us on anything. He even arranged installation in a few days! Great customer service, wonderful staff, amazing selection. We will definitely be back for future carpet needs.
