I’ve had better and I’ve had worse. Its good enough

I placed my order but when I received it, it was not what I ordered. They apologized and made the right drink as fast as they could and even allowed me to keep the wrong drink to give to a co-worker. My accent often causes miscommunication so I always understand when my order is wrong and we usually get a good laugh out of how 1 word was mistaken for another. The Starbucks employees never seem frustrated about the mistake. They seem to just take it in stride. Great Service every time!

Although they have been out of the ham and cheese breakfast sandwich. The coffee is smackin. Waaaaay better than the Starbucks in GB on Mason. Very friendly staff and courteous, too. Always a good time.

The staff here are always so cheery and friendly, despite being rather busy. The drive through can get long at times, but there is ample parking if you wish to walk in.

Took my mother here for her first time she loved it. I think I got her hooked. Lol

Quick drive through with good customer service.

No espresso will ever measure up. I love my happy caffeine. Pro tip: get a cup of espresso on ice and make your own iced lattes, mochas, etc at home.

This is a great place to stop if youre traveling down the highway. Easy on easy off. They always make you a great coffee here. And the staff are very nice to you. Bathrooms are always immaculate. I wish they hadnt raised their prices on espresso.

BEST place ever! Always has amazing drinks, the people are always nice and amazing food specifically there grilled cheese, cake pops and cheese danish! If you never gone here before, please at least try it. 🙂

Submitted a mobile order in advance. Showed up when the order was supposed to be ready (15 minutes later, which is WAY longer than any of my local Starbucks ever take to get a mobile order ready and they are just as busy) and it still wasnt ready.I was cutting it close for work, so I couldnt stand around and wait, so I let my mom run in to pick up the order for herself seeing as she was close. By 30 minutes after the order was placed it STILL wasnt ready and she had to take off.I am so unimpressed and just want my money back!

Drinks are good, typical Starbucks location. Typically overpriced and wait too long for average coffee. Customer service is good but overall the number of BWBs and Karens that live for Starbucks Pumpkin everything keep me pretty well turned off to them.

They are constantly out of product! And I mean constantly. Ive been ordering the dragon drink recently. And 3/5 times theyre out of the dragon fruit or coconut milk. Last time it was both! Theres always just small things happening that I generally wouldnt be upset about but its happening too often.

Would have been faster in the drive thru. Priorities have shifted from customers in the lobby to drive thru and mobile app. Need a little balance.

I love my starbucks but I feel like they can have a better system to get people drinks faster who order with the app cuz I was in a hurry and needed to be somewhere and I ordered my drink almost 20 mins ahead and I still had to wait 10 mins inside. Thats the only complaining I have or else staff and everything else is great

Lovely, friendly service and consistent quality.

Got a $5 drink that equated to 4 oz of liquid and a 3/4 cup of ice. Finished it in 2 min and there was no flavor to the drink. On top of that the app said it would be ready for pick up at 4 pm and didnt get my drink until 4:19.

Very unstratified with my two drinks. Both were made completely wrong and one was missing something and the lady at the counter just dumbed stuff into my drink. Probably won’t order here again.

On 07/18/2020 at 8:20. I order a sausage and cheddar sandwich. I took a couple a bite and found a big piece of plastic inside the sandwich. I assume it was from the cheese.

With covid-19 took longer then usual. But ppl nice n drinks were delicious

Laid back and comfortable atmosphere (and seating) and nice employees. I like the cold brews, and I havent tried any food or anything hot. Its really good, but expensive.

My son likes treating himself there. Me, not so much. I find their coffees are way too strong for me. Sorry Starbucks. 😕

The wait is always a little long in the drive thru and the line is usually out of the parking lot and onto the street, but besides that we always get quality beverages there!

I had several gift cards to use and I picked out some bags of coffee. After waiting at the counter quite a longtime someone finally asked if they could help me. I was treated extremely unprofessional by that employee when I asked them to grind my coffee. I asked nicely for options as I don’t know how they grind the coffee to which she replied saying she wasn’t sure what I wanted. I was expecting to get some sort of options listed to me. No. I had to finally ask her to list them. This exchange went on for awhile until I finally able to get the coffee ground. I have never ever been treated so poorly in a Starbucks and especially in this one. I have been in the Manitowoc location many times. Not the service I expected. At all.

I have stopped at the location many times while heading into town for business. Its the same coffee as other Starbucks, but I will say.... the staff is always very friendly, happy, and enthusiastic, which is nice.

If youre looking for a good cup of coffee with the Starbucks quality and service youve come to exepct....this isnt it.Count on your coffee to either be made incorrectly or just flat out taste horrible.And dont expect any customer service...theyre still training to figure out what a cup of coffee should taste like...

Super friendly staff and know how to handle a rush of people. They always make my refreshers delicious and quick! Also the drive thru girls are always super friendly to my pugs as well and always offer some whipped cream for them!

Slowest service ever. It took 30 minutes to get two drinks. Meanwhile everyone in the drive thru is being helped one after another. Everyone in the lobby waited 20-30 minutes. I even witnessed a guy come in to get a mobile order. He ordered 3 drinks and had to wait at least 5 minutes between each drink. If you order a Frappuccino expect to wait longer as well because everyone with iced or hot drinks that orders after you will get their drink first. This store needs more staff, improved management, and better training. Also, my friend and I got sick after our Frappuccinos today.

Second time in a month that I went to the store and didnt make a purchase. Poor wait staff. I will not place a more expensive order because you are to lazy to make mine. Poor salesmanship. That is why people dont tip and walk away.

Starbucks Manitowoc is always top notch. Their employees are so welcoming, engaging and efficient. I just wish theyd get a bigger building with a longer drive thru. They deserve it!

Was there on Saturday, and waited way too long for a simple dark roast coffee. The bottom 1/8th of my cup was coffee grounds - just very disappointing.

There was a time I would not be so generous but over the past year Servies been excellent. I put in a mobile order everything is in an nice bag the coffees ready to go. Theyre friendly and everything taste great.

I am a regular customer at this store and in general and compared to other Starbucks, there seems to be need for more training and consistency. The drink I order is on the menu, yet seems to be missing the vanilla about half the time. On several occasions recently, they were out of cold brew at 9 am. People opening the place need to show up for work on time. Today I was at the drive thru at 5:35 am and the store had not yet opened yet. This is the second time I have had this experience this summer and prompted this review. Advertised hours show the store opening at 5 am.

Got to be the WORST customer service in a Starbucks in all of Wisconsin. They need to stop letting their rush influence their customer approach.Manitowoc really needs to open either another Starbucks or a Caribou Coffee. I avoid this place at all costs....rather go else where.

The Menu shows so very little, I had to ask if anything else was available such as herbal tea. The condiment area was difficult to find, and no Honey.The staff was friendly but not very attentive when we first gou to the counter.
