Went to replace my PS4 and got what I wanted. I believe he was the manager and he was super knowledgeable when it came to the questions I had. Overall 10 outta 10 would recommend.

Im not game experienced. ... Picked this up for a friend that pre ordered it.. Apparently the Mamba Forever 2K 21 edition we picked up is a good game? $99.99! Glad Im being paid back!

The store was shabbily stocked but the clerk/employee was super nice answering my questions about retro consoles.

Service was good and friendly but due to covid some games were out which was cool to see and hear about the new gamers that came through and bought a bunch but was able to order online and it shipped right to my house for free no hassles definitely recommend

Called to see if they have PS4 in stock, guy told me no. Looked online and there was in fact some in stock. Ordered online to save time/trouble. Got notified My order was ready for pickup so I picked it up and The lady confirmed wit her partner that it was ready so I went about my business. 5 min later I get a call saying they have to scan the serial barcode etc. I had to drive back. All in all, DO BETTER!! Training needs to be nicer and more efficient.

The District management for GameStop in Wisconsin are pretty incompetent. Lack of training ruining a decent working experience for employees. Employees are pretty good though and decent to talk to.

Pretty good service! A bit overpriced, but the used game prices are pretty decent! A good selection of games and merchandise for a pretty small store! I always enjoy going to this GameStop, as they have so many items to buy! There are also some testers for some consoles near the front, which are pretty cool and fun to try out! There is also a small selection of non-gaming related items, which my sister enjoys to look at, as she isnt a gamer. I recommend this store to buy anything related to gaming! My only complaint is that some of the things sold are a bit expensive. The employees seem pretty friendly, and they dont let minors buy M rated games without parental permission, which can be a good way to make sure your kids dont buy something without the parent knowing. Sorry fr the lengthy review, but I hope it might have helped!

Good pops better then anywhere else

The staff is incredible here. Very friendly, very informative, as helpful as they are allowed to be. But at the end of the day its still just a Gamestop. Overpriced to say the least.

Game stop most of the time has a good selection but the pricing is high. We stop in from time to time but havent bought anything.

Good gaming store

Very nice location. I went there today to get a video game themed board game and to see some of the new video games that have come out recently. Very helpful staff always has been. After a bit of conversation about board games and him informing me about some of the new from E3 2019 found a small Yatzee game and a cool keychain that I bought. I will be going back for DeadPool Monopoly tomorrow :) very nice and very helpful store and the employees can help with almost anything. :) I suggest this place because I go there regularily wether I am trying to by something or just get current news about games or random gaming/movie facts very helpful people... :)

Great Place to buy games. I buy most of my games there and controllers. They even gave me a new disc when my old one had broke for free (of course it was insurance).
