The people in the printing center are generally fabulous and always do wonderful, timely work! I give them 5 stars! However, last night it was the manager that really ticked me off. It was 7:50 PM. As soon as I entered the store, I was approached in not so friendly manner by her and emphatically told, The store closes in 10 minutes. I replied, Yes, I am aware of that and what I needed to do in the printing center will truly take less than two minutes to complete. I continued to walk towards the printing center and she just kept on talking. Jeez, the store was open for 10 more minutes! I had worked a long day and didnt desire to dawdle in the store any more than necessary either! Another customer entered shortly after I did and got the same message from the manager. When I exited there was no, Thanks for your business or have a nice evening; just silence. Perhaps the manager should be less concerned about the clock and a little more focused on customer relations.

The employees are amazing, especially Michelle who is so upbeat and friendly. The app..sucks. doesnt have as many options for print services and it kicks me out more than half the time I try to use it. I do keep coming back for the customer service.

Pathetic asked for assistance in printing from my email/phone no luck no help mist be nice to look at internet and phone and get paid for it! Had to go to another location for better customer service

Clean and nicely stocked store

I was at your store and I was having problem with my tv conecting it to my vcr combo and the gentleman look it up and figure out how to get it connected he was very helpful and it is know working I just want to give him a thanks he was better than the person at walmart so hi five from me Mrs Nancy Sammon thanks so much for your help.

Manager super helpful to make my purchase worth it. Also staff directed me to the product i was looking for. I was reasonable, they were flexible. what more can you ask for?

Just had a great experience here! Jennifer helped me print my referral cards for my business and noticed they would have turned out blurry (my poor design skills!) She quickly modified the design (she was super tech savvy, knew how to use photoshop) and the cards came out perfect!Wonderful customer service. Their printing department here is very nice.

Staff was a little scattered. The first lady I spoke to was very nice and helpful. Other then her, the rest of the staff give off the impression that I did not exist. Overall its a good place. Self scanning machines were broken at the moment also.

Print department is great,they always complete projects on time if not early.Staff is always friendly.

I found the sales rep in the laptop department was useless as she basically tried talking me out of buying any lower cost laptop. I had told her that I wanted a cheap laptop i could toss around that was small for college and she insisted on steering me toward the $800+. i am not sure if they gey commission but it sure felt like it and I dont intend on going back

Submitting print orders online is awesome but not if you have to wait in line IRL to pick up.

Had to ship an important document to a friend today with 1 day shipping and had never done that before. I didnt ask the name of the lady who workes with the shipping but she was very knowledgeable and helpful with me sending it. She even thought of how to be more specific on where to ship it. This was great especially since it was being shipped to a campground and the more details the better. She deserves a raise and makes me know if i ever am in a pickle again and need to mail something quick to go there first. I wish i had her name to give the proper credit to her but by the sounds of it she has worked in that department for a while and knows her stuff. Thank you! The quality of the printing is great but they lock on personal knowledge. I always go to print the same and if it is a different person it takes forever for them to figure how yo promt a double sided cardstock...but I do not have other place to go in Manitowoc that had that quality color printing. So I am stock.

Always good to shop here usually find what I am looking for.

I was there to Fed ex several packages. Went off without incident. I checked on a few items that they did not have any of them in stock.

They are one of the only places in the area to ship FedEx.

Staff happy to help, still has the worlds longest receipts though

When my work smart phone died on a camping trip near Manitowoc, WI, I needed an address for Verizon to send the replacement phone via FedEx overnight. I had them send it to the Manitowoc OfficeMax, thinking that it had a FedEx counter. When I realized my mistake (they just have a FedEx drop box), I called the OfficeMax store, and talked to Bob, the manager. Bob said it was fine; he would watch for the phone and give me a call when it arrived. True to his word, he gave me a call as soon as the phone came in. Everyone at the store, especially Bob, was just great. Thanks, Bob, and the rest of the staff at the Manitowoc OfficeMax!

Never again print shop rip offs, ink rip offs,filing caBinets hway robbers

I was told a 1.00 per page t fax but when I got there it was1.96. Very dissatisfied
