My wife and I purchased a Harman fireplace insert from Earth Sense. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. The service manager was also helpful in scheduling the install around our work schedule. And the installing technicians were professional, thorough, and courteous. We are totally satisfied with our experience and love the stove!

Pricey, but worth it! Amazing selection on pellet stoves from modern to vintage to antique style....Housed in the old Chicago Railway station stop...Legend says it is haunted! Hahahah At any rate, the ambient light is AMAZING! Worth a drive from out of town I dare say!
