Absolutely love the Sushi 🍣 🍱 at the Festival in Manitowoc. My daughter will even say “can we go see the sushi man at festival?” The gentleman is always happy and remembers us each time.Recently we ordered a bunch of specialty trays at work. Everything was wonderfully prepared and delicious.

Best deli and meat counter in Manitowoc hands down! Their produce section is also very extensive. I do the bulk of my shopping at another store but generally stop here for the items they dont have or for specific items. I think it would be a bit pricey for me to do all of my shopping here (thus 4 stars instead of 5) but the store has an excellent selection, is well stocked, clean and staff is always helpful.

Nothing compared to Green Bays Festival Foods. My son was pushing the cart in the parking lot and hit a raised piece of concrete and the whole cart flipped completely upside down and he went head over heals. All the groceries were on the ground. Cheesecake was splat inside the container. My boy was fine, hurt a little.

Good selection. Produce is fresh but limited. Deli is great and so is the meat counter. Meat cooler is ok. Bakery is great. Good selection of organic/specialty food.Only wish there was more variety like a Woodmans.

Generally a better place to come to if you dont wanna deal with nearby places like WM. Prices I think are competitive. Going to the deli dept and getting stuff like potato salad tastes really good. Helpful employees too.

Great employees who are helpful and freindly.Quality food and fantastic deli. Unfortunately the store manager isnt I had to call Corporate and file a complaint on him. No more daily specials. Inflation up 5% approximately. Prices in Manitowoc are way up. Prim Rib special $10 a pound then $11 now $17. Chicken wings $3.99 a pound to $6.99. Way over priced. Was my favorite grocery store now not so much.

Rather disappointing...rarely shop there...No wipes available for cart cleaning, no hand washing gel station at entrance to store...cashier didnt clean hands between customers, remember, the pandemic isnt over and in addition, approaching flu season. Cant let out guard down....from a nurse...

I used to love the pre-made salads in the vegetable department. The SW grilled chicken salad with tortilla strips was my favorite. Unfortunately, in the last several months, most of the time these salads are so soggy I cant stand to finish them. I have started to look at the bottom of the plastic containers and the lettuce is just swimming in water. I asked one of the clerks about it and she said if they run out of the packaged lettuce, they take the fresh lettuce and have to wash it, which is a good thing, but, hello, have you ever heard of a salad spinner? I used to buy 4 salads a week, now I have stopped buying them. I hope someone sees my post and actually does something about it. I would like to start purchasing these salads again but will not if I see the lettuce soaking in water at the bottom of the container.

Loved their fresh salads, Gluten Free Bites are tasty, and employees were so friendly. The girl at the cash register gave my son a sticker. And I was able to use a $10 off coupon. They accept EBT.

Food is fresh. The meat is well displayed. The deli is fresh. The bakery has fresh bread and donuts. The creampuffs are to die for.The prices are higher than their competitors. The sale items are the only reason we shop there. It is sad to think that the good ideas they have go to waste because they charge so much.If everyone shopped like we do, they would be out of business quickly because of high prices.

All staff was very helpful and super welcoming...dont even get that at my local grocery. They also have a variety of keto friendly foods that Im eager to try.Very wide selection of fresh fruits and vegetables plus they have a fantastic fresh fish and meats counter.The prices are not going to break the bank either. Good place to get delicious deli food for lunch.

Good place to buy groceries, the prices at times are a little higher than other stores, but it was clean and had an excellent amount of products on thr shelves.

Excellent, friendly customer service!I ordered a fruit basket to be delivered to a friend. I dont live in town and was struggling trying to figure out how to get one delivered to them and also wanted to work with a local business rather than a mail order chain or national chain. When I called the store and connected to Danny in the produce department, he made it easy and simple. It was so much more reasonable than ordering online and I was confident based on my conversation with him that he would deliver.I was absolutely thrilled with my customer experience and if I am ever to visit Manitowoc, Id definitely shop at Festival Foods.

Yesterday 7-15-2021 me and my fiancee Jeannette Baneck went there to the Manitowoc Festival Foods, the bakery,deli guest services and cashier all provided excellent service.

Store clean and fresh food. Great sales. Workers very friendly and very knowledgeable where foods are. They even have a place to play supervised while you shop. Go there often.

Best selection in the immediate area. Best produce of its closest/nearest competitors. Bulk dry goods and spices that are above average in freshness, and reasonable in price.But mostly recommended because of their spicy in-store depiction of how hot peppers really act after the store closes. There were only 2 registers open on Friday at 6:30 pm . Only one offered bagging. There were 2 people in front of me at the “we bag” lane. The 1st person got checked out. Then I waited for some time as someone checked out over $200 of groceries. This took awhile to bag of course. I understand that. Then the cashier was just standing there not doing anything. I asked why she was not checking out my groceries. She said she had to wait until the bagger was done with customer2. I asked why she couldn’t use the other conveyor to start my order. She said that was only for self check out. Are you trying to get customers to get sick of waiting and bag their own groceries? I probably waited an additional 5 minutes while customer 2s groceries were bagged.This was not good customer service. Not everyone wants to do their own bagging and/or checkout. I complained to the supervisor Kersten. She was sorry. So was I. This was at Manitowoc.

I only wish we had one of these closer to home. If I need something I will go out of my way to shop at a festival. Always clean, good selection and always stocked shelves.

Well if you want a messed up cake, order it here! I called to order my daughter’s cake. I’m from the valley and I thought this would be the best option as we are having the party in manty. I ordered a dark teal and purple background with bright yellow sunflowers.When I got a picture of was a white cake, with light blue and purple sunflowers! Like what, no! They gave me an option to bring the messed up cake back and take a frozen cake that I can write on.I will not being returning to this festival again for any of our needs.

Love this store! Always clean. Bakery is the best. Donuts from here are amazing. Theres always different deals each week and coupons are incredibly helpful. Meat can be pricey so you have to know when to search for the right prices. Sushi in deli is fresh, and the chef is there cutting it right there. Produce is wonderful and staff is very friendly. Theres also a play area to watch your kids while you shop.

Coupons and sale prices are well used here. Bring ads from newspaper along or pick them up in the store. Bring your own bag for more savings. Good selection of name and store brand foods. Deli, meat, and bakery with take home ready to eat foods. Nice fresh fruits and vegetables in well lit area.

Prices arent the worst but their deli mmm mmm mmm thats where its at their fresh seafood and meats and salads are very delicious and a great selection to choose from definitely my go to for game day or grilling out.

Festival is a top chain with an amazing variety of produce. The meat department offers a typical selection, but also makes its own prepared products like their (beef) spoon roast and probably 10 different choices of marinated chicken breasts, like lemon pepper, Dads and many others. The seafood selection is huge and the deli has more products than Ive seen elsewhere. Other typical grocery items fill the store, and you can always count on good customer service. Festival is my store of choice.

They have gyro meat. Not just the frozen kit like most stores.

Although its a lil pricey I prefer Festival over the other stores... the deli, the meat dept. and the produce are all higher quality than the other stores and the employees are friendly, helpful and available.

This place is amazing. Best place to shop for food, wine, and even lottery tickets. They have this thing where you can fill up a bag in the frozen section for like 10 or 20 dollars. They also have lots of options when it comes to ready to eat things such as chicken or salads or sandwiches. They also have a great selection of wines. There is also a lottery ticket machine when you enter. I’ve only used it once to buy $10 worth of tickets, but I made my $10 back. When it came time to cash it, went over and they helped me out.👍👍👍Great store

I love shopping at Festival Foods but I have to tell ya I am not happy at this moment~ I tried the online pickup twice now...first time they forgot an item and I didnt say anything...today they messed up my order on six items! What the receipt says is what I ordered but not what I received and they didnt read any of my notes on my order...they only had a message about substituting one item which was tidbit pineapple...you would think to substitute it they would give me chunks or rings of pineapple but they gave me crushed...wrong answer! I ordered La Choy Chow Mein Chicken they gave me beef yuk! I ordered Milwaukee Petite Dill Pickles they gave me baby dill pickles...yes there is a huge difference! I ordered 8 jalapenos with a note saying to pick out the bigger ones...the ones I got looked more like serrano peppers and tiny ones. I had a note saying make sure there was no mold on my two containers of blackberries and guess what yes moldy! I asked for two pounds of plums with a note specifically asking for purple plums that were hard not soft...and you got it I got 8 black super soft ones and 4 purple ones. Also asked for no soft spots on my english cucumber and the whole end of it all mushy! I gave them a second chance but not so sure about the third one...it just may be the end of a good thing!Also waited from 2:32 until 2:43 to even have anybody acknowledge I was waiting in the pickup area!

If you know your prices, a good place to shop for sale items and so things you cant find anywhere else.

I visited this place en routing manitowoc to up north.. so many varieties of food...I tried festivals potato salad and it was delicious..

Yesterday, I stopped to pick up some fresh cut flowers for my Mom and Wife. This is the only thing I needed. I put the flowers in the clear plastic flower bag provided, self checked out and then put the flowers in a yellow plastic bag. As I walked to my car, the flowers were top heavy and fell out of the yellow bag. Nothing wrong with the flowers, so I picked them up and continued. The shopping cart mover Festival employee approached me from behind: Sir, Sir, if you want, bring those flowers back in the store and they will replace them. I said no thanks, they were not damaged. He said it doesnt matter. I was so impressed with this. Remember, he approached me from behind. He could have easily checked it off as ... this guy is okay with the dropped flowers, but he went ABOVE and BEYOND. So very impressed.
