The only place that has ever explained to me how my appliances work and what all of the buttons/options mean. Ive had to call multiple times with questions/concerns and they are always very helpful! We bought all of our kitchen appliances and washer & dryer from them and have been very happy so far (6 months since purchasing).

Not much in the way of TVs at this site but a solid selection of appliances. Recently got a stand up freezer from them as they were the only place in town with them in stock. Their pricing was competitive and they were incredibly helpful and polite. Wish they had free delivery for items over a certain price but that is my only real nit pick.

I have bought many appliances from Jim and have always been happy with the honesty Jim has shared with me about the different quality levels of products he sells and what others are selling.Last week I stopped in to get a part for a dryer we have in a rental house and Eric and Jim both suggested before I buy and install this part the Internet suggested was the culprit, I should take the dryer apart and make sure there wasn’t excessive lint or something obstructing the exhaust.After removing handfuls of packed lint, the dryer works like it should. Thanks guys, I’ll be back again.

We recently purchased a dishwasher from Quality Appliance. Jim was knowledgeable and very helpful. He took time to explain features of the dishwasher, products to use for the dishwasher, and more. We got a good deal for a dishwasher that runs super quietly and gets the dishes clean, even large drinking bottles. My one stop shop for appliances.

It has been almost 15 years that I bought a side by side refrigerator from quality appliance and television. I am glad to say that it’s a nice product. There is nothing disappointing about the services they provide whether it’s about their customer service or anything else. I can say this so confidently because, last week, my fridge stopped unexpectedly so I called them, and on the same day, they checked the issue and got it repaired quickly. The team at quality reacted so quickly and professionally. They are highly recommendable.

QUALITY APPLIANCE WENT THE EXTRA MILE FOR ME AND I COULDNT BE HAPPIER! Store owner, Jim Biano, searched his extensive inventory and actually found the discontinued 2017 washer and dryer set I was so determined to own. Jim was extremely polite, courteous, considerate, and beyond professional throughout the process. He even offered to meet my out of state delivery truck AFTER STORE HOURS to pick-up my machines! I dont know of another store that accommodates buyers to that degree anymore. I couldnt be happier with my new machines and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND QUALITY APPLIANCE!!!

I always love the service I get when buying appliances at Quality Appliance. Today I showed up at 9:00am in need of a washing machine. By 2:30 it was installed and ready to be used. I was REALLY impressed with how careful the installers were of not scratching our floors. As always, ILL BE BACK!!

We bought a dishwasher from Quality appliance about 3 years ago and have had nothing but troubles with it from the start. Had one of their technicians take a look at it and tried to fix it to no avail. Only half of the dishes end up clean each time we run it. Pretty sure they sold us a refurbished product.Very disappointed with this store.

We have purchased all our appliances including side by side refrig, microwave, frontload washer and dryer and smart TV at Quality and have had a great experience. Jim is knowledgeable, has quality products at good prices, and Eric in the service department is very friendly.
