Awesome place to shop for crafting ideas. The staff is extremely helpful. They greet you at the door with their name and ask what project they might be able to assist you on today. Any type of crafting you might be engaged in youre going to find what you want for those at this store.

The sales staff was friendly as usual but I was disappointed in their pen selection. Small matter but I went there for one specific color of pen and the three pens they had were all dried up and wouldnt write. Other than that it was good.

Alway helpful staff and friendly. So many fun craft items and ideas. They always have the latest greatest craft supplies. Take the kids with you and see their eyes light up. Very nice seasonal floral choices. Wide variety of painting, and drawing supplies. I have used their framing service and they do an excellent job, very nice quality too. They also have a crafting room you should check out.

Good place to shop. Stephanie the cashier,. she is great person m friendly too. Other workers are great help if needed they help out. Much appreciated.

Clean, as always, well put together and moderately easy to find whatever you’re looking for. There’s a great selection and if you can’t find something, you’re generally able to find it online or have it ordered for you. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and I appreciate everything they do, especially everything they’ve done during the pandemic.

All the employees are friendly. I was looking around and one employee, who was on her way home, stopped and asked me if I needed help finding anything. The store is clean and well organized.

Like the sales,coupons,and rewards club. Prices are ok,you can find some items that arent at other craft stores. Sales are good,however if you live miles away and have to drive 2 hrs,you cannot get a invite to early sales and either you miss out or when you do get to the store, shelves are pretty much empty! They need to send out invite to let a person plan a visit when sales start.

I go here for everything craft-wise- from candles to jewelry to scrapbooking! Its the closest Michaels to me and Ive been coming here for years. Super helpful and sweet staff, Ive never had an issue!

This store is so nice! At the other craft stores the cashiers gave me a sassy attitude. In this one not only are the Cashiers friendly and extremely helpful the employees around the store are friendly and eager to help anyone in need of help.

A guy attacked my boyfriend while we were in the store. He had our 1 yr old with him amd the guy was throwing stuff at him and the baby. Guy kept yelling he has a disability, which is unfortunate. That does NOT give you the right to attack a human and their baby! The workers stated they were trying to get him out, but that doesnt help the fact that he was throwing things at a baby.

A little cluttered for my taste, but they seem to have a bit of everything.

They treat you like... Not a king.This place treats you endlessly like a best friend and a super valued consumer.And if you catch the right deals every six months or so... Youll be walking out with a giant canvas or a truckload of paint for almost nothing.Be patient if youre a poor/starving artist and wait for the deals. Otherwise, support this local gem of a retail giant that currently has ALL great staff. They generally give out small coupons on their website and attached to receipts, so dont be too much of a penny pincher! Why? That will just delay getting your art done!That leads to endless masterpieces not getting created!!!

Favorite craft store.

I really like this store. The staff is very friendly, however most staff that I have asked a question about a certain craft are not familiar with it. I suppose they cant know how to do ALL crafts but I do expect them to find someone that does know something about the supplies I am looking for.Their supplies are reasonable in price but like always you can find the supplies or similar supplies for less at other craft stores.Im thankful that this store is within a 35 miles radius of my home.

The store is pretty well kept, has a decent selection, but the best part is how kind the staff is there. There was a girl who came up to me and helped me find everything I was looking for. They have a really good staff

Went in for a mat and picture frame. Gentlemen in the framing department was very helpful in finding exactly what I wanted.

There was no help available and very cluttered. Only one cashier and I had to wait in a long line just to have her page someone from the back to come out and help me.

Drove 30 minutes to shop here but every aisle I needed was totally blocked with ladders and pallets of merchandise. Employees were far more concerned with stocking than making room for me and I had to wait for them to finish meandering to even get close to the items I wanted to buy. The only way through was constantly blocked by employees who didnt want to make room for a customer. Horrible experience. Left to go somewhere else to buy.

Went looking for a fall wreath and found they were too expensive but found some really cute door hangings for fall and are very happy.

The good: The prices are more affordable than Hobby Lobby on many thingsThe less good: it can be hard to find what youre looking for using the aisle names.

They need more workers! One day I came in and there was only two people I could find and they were both checking people out at then front registers. I waited a half hour until one of them was done and could come help me, I was then late for work.
