The financing department will also do whatever they can to help you with your purchase without any pressure to buy. It is absolutely amazing that COVID-19 does not exist in this establishment. I guess all the staff must be immune to it. How disappointing that everyone else has to comply with the CDC guidelines but they do not. My wife and I walked in looking for a couple new sleds to purchase as a New Year’s gift to ourselves. But seeing that they have a total lack of respect for their customers and their workers we will not be purchasing from this business. I myself cannot stand to wear a mask, but we need to think about others as well. This virus is not a joke, unlike this business. Hopefully they change their ways before they lose more business.

My wife and I went there Friday Afternoon Aug. 7th to look at a 2010 Goldwing they had. 1st thing we notice when we walk in is nobody has face masks on, and even though we had them on it didnt even dawn on them to put one on. Even though it is required in this state to wear one. I guess they dont really respect their customers. We did not purchase from them. Went to Moon Motors in Monticello Saturday morning, everyone was wearing a mask. We purchased a Goldwing from them.

Was not impressed with the customer service. Called to get a couple parts and they stated it was all in stock and had plenty. Went to store the next day and had to special order what I was looking for. Not to mention that when I first went in the store, not being there before, I went to the first desk and was just told that so-and-so will help me over there ended up leap frogging desk to desk to finally get to this so-and-so desk to actually help me. However, they were able to ship the part I was looking for to my home without charging shipping, that I know of. Just wish I had a better overall experience since I bought a new side-by-side and was looking for possible upgrades to purchase through them.

They are very friendly and they work hard to please you very nice group of people there.

I purchased 2 snowmobiles and 1 John Deere commercial lawn mower from Schnell powersports and equipment. Shortly after having them inspected by the manufacturers, I was informed that both snowmobiles had been in accidents, knowledge that wasn’t disclosed at the time of purchase. While In my possession the lawn mower was used less than 8 hours and began having issues. Upon bringing the lawn mower to John Deere for service I was told that it would be a minimum of 6K to repair it to working condition. In my experience this business borders on con artists.

They recommend John Corlan with CCC transport who was also awesome to work with.Bottom line the machine showed up in better shape than I had expected and they made me feel comfortable every step of the way.Snell will be my first call when I am looking to buy my second machine...Chris.

Very poor first time experience. Drove 30 mile to get my ordered parts that I needed for my lawnmower, which I had ordered over a week earlier. Found out most of their staff left work early. Manager from car sells attempted to help, but when we spoke to someone in service I only recieve a cant help you. Ordering on line any part for my mower in future will be the best choice.

Great fast service from a highly dedicated team.Snowblower emergency in the midst of the winters craziest storm. Called the Powersport team, they picked it up in the PM and have it up and running next day.Highly recommended for fast professional service.

Their website states that they sell/service Husqvarna outdoor power equipment, but alas they do not.

I always have a great experiences with SPE. They are very knowledgeable and seem to go the extra mile to make their customers happy. One particular experience was my generator was not starting I needed it for the weekend and they had it running for me and I had no appointment thanks again guys.

Horrible Experience! I had issues with my new sled from the start. Technicians are kids with no idea what is going on. I was told it everything from I had “too much oil in the machine” to “I don’t know what is wrong, I’m tired of working on it, come pick it up” I had it in for the same issue 3 times and it was never fixed. St bonnie motor sports fixed it finally. Talked to Todd Snell and he was completely useless.Bought a new trailer from them as well. It came with one 8” tire and one 10” tire.Complete fools.Good luck!

Drove 2 hrs one way to have the powersports guys look at my ATVs and was insulted big time 8k in bikes and trailer only offered 32 and was on phone while dealing with me and started picking apart my bikes so guess they dont buy things they should call it stealing, so I wont be doing that again.
