Miss Megan was a baby doll. Her customers service skills was on point. I will most definitely be back at this store. But at this store it seems that all the employees are so kind!

Closed in the middle of the day on Monday for deep cleaning? Seems like something that should be done before or after hours, especially when it says theyreopen online. Wish I wouldve known before driving into town in 95 degree weather with a child.

I waited in line for 20 minutes today and there were only two customers ahead of me. There were several other employees around the store that could have been called up to the front to help. Two of the employees that were organizing shelves nearby came up to the front to grab tape and scissors and saw me waiting in line but did nothing to help the sole person at the register. Next time I need to go to Jo-Anns I will drive all the way to Faribault or Rochester instead of driving 10 minutes to this location. TERRIBLE.

They have a good selection, and a couple of the employees are nice. However, most employees just seem to not care though. It can take over 30 minutes to get fabric cut. They do have a take a number system.. but they never bring up a second person to cut fabric. Again, it could seriously take over 30 minutes. Thats not counting the time you will wait in line to check out. Many retailers have adopted the policy of calling people up to help check out (or in this case, cut fabric) but they will not do this at Joanns. I do my best to purchase fabric anywhere else, but sometimes I dont have a choice.

One of the few places in town to get sewing items. Wish they had more garment fabric. They have a lot of fleece and a lot of quilting fabric but the garment section is shrinking every day. Lines at the cutting and checkout counters can be very long. Wish they would hire more people that had more sewing & crafting knowledge so you could get questions answered.

Store is under-staffed. Management does not step in when staff are dealing with long wait lines. Expect to be there a while. Otherwise, its the same Joann Fabrics store you would find anywhere. Staff is nice, but not completely knowledgeable in my experience. More often then not, in-store pickup time (both waiting for the store to fulfill the order and then waiting in the checkout line to pick-up your items) is not worth that extra coupon.

My husband and I were there on a Sunday and hardly anyone, besides the employees, was wearing a mask. Until you enforce mask-wearing, we wont be returning. Its a bummer, because weve got an entire class A RV to renovate, and that includes needing a ton of fabric for curtains. We were going to purchase fabric that day, but were just too uncomfortable and didnt feel safe.

I love this place! It is my one stop place for all my crafts needs. I had looked at 5 different stores and even online for a special iron on tape and finally found it at JOANN Fabrics. Great craft ideas and supplies along with a large variety of fabrics.

They had what I needed when no one else did.

The staff is always willing to help even when its obvious they are a short staffed. Still seem happy even amongst the pandemic.

I love JoAnn, but having only one cashier when theres ten people in line less than two weeks before Christmas is ridiculous. I felt bad for the cashier with all those people staring at her. Multiple visits in the last month, and every time, there was one cashier with a long line of people waiting. Dont try to make a quick stop here these days.I would give more stars if it werent for the cashier situation. Thats either bad management, or the corporation needs to give more labor hours. Either way, its bad for business with two other major craft chains in town.

So many fabrics to choose from. They carry things for lots of hobbies and art projects. Be prepared to spend a lot of time browsing.

Dont get to JOANN Fabrics often as its 80 miles for me. But will stop in to see whats in the store. Usually will get my batting there when I have 50%off or better.

I love walking into a store that carries everything you need for craft projects. They carry Fabrics, Yarn, Painting supplies, and decorating needs. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

If you are looking for fabric, this is probably the best place to go in Mankato. They have the widest selection of fabrics and prints. Their staff is usually very knowledgeable about the fabrics and can give helpful advice. They also have tons of coupons. Always use coupons! They also carry other things like beads and yarn so they arent strictly fabric.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. I havent had any issues and have had my passion for a few crafts revitilized. Download the app and use the coupons! Definitely worth it.

This store is usually clean & well stocked. The app for coupons isnt as easy as it should be, which makes checking out sometimes a hassle (oh, this doesnt work on clearance, nothing is full price, you cant use both, etc.). But thats company policy! I like shopping here.

Employees were helpful and knowledgeable. At the front door they had a free thing they were doing for the kids.We found some shelving that must have been misplaced, there were four others with the price tags around. When rang up, the price was 10 times the price stated, and the cashier would not honor their mistake and was rude about it. I will not be returning to this location or referring to others, EVER!

I looked on line to see if Joanns had a product before I drove 45 minutes to get it. The site said they had 5 in stock...I got there the site still said they had 5 Im stuck and there were NONE in the store. Their system in the store even said they had 5. I left without getting anything. Im frustrated because it was a total waste of my time.

The fabrics stored there are not of a wide variety, and seems to be understaffed. the prices are high, and you can find the same items for less.

Very friendly staff. They are also knowledgeable about various crafts. If one person doesnt know they will find someone who does in order to answer your questions.
