Love products. Best candles ever!! Great customer service even during covid.

I go up to the check out yesterday and this girl doesn’t say one word to me. She keeps talking to the other girl standing next to her. After about a minute she yanks the bag from from my hand and continues to scan stuff. As she continues to talk to the other girls she FINALLY says “ya so what’s your number?” I politely tell her I’m all signed up and I can’t even write the attitude I got because it doesn’t even translate. I’m told her name was Rea or Rhea. I can’t find it on the receipt but date was 7/8/21 at 6:10 PM. Cashier # 3589554 till 1005. I love spending almost $75 at a store and being treated the way she treated me. That was awesome.

Was ignored by all but one employee once I got all the way to the back of the store and after I had been looking around there awhile. Manager and other employees were too busy chit chatting with each other to acknowledge me. I was the only customer in there so there’s no way they missed me. While talking with other employees the manager swore a few times. One of the employees kept having violent coughing fits and said she hoped she didn’t have covid. Overall not a very professional or friendly operation.

Was in at the busiest time of the year and a manager or a worker was chewing another worker out in front of all the customers. The worker that was getting talked to then started crying. This could of been done after their shift or even in the back room, not in front of every customer. There was a lady that came up to them to ask for help and the worker that was talking to the other worker, then snipped at the customer saying “I NEED A MINUTE PLEASE” and then left the customer waiting for 10 minutes.I just think this could of been handled a little more professionally.

Bought a gift card for my sister she went to use it no money on the gift card please watch out for the gift card when you give them to someone else please don’t forget to include the receipt because it’s pretty embarrassing when you find out when they go to use it there’s no balance on it and they have not even used it at all

Horrible customer service. 8 people in line, one person cashiering while the other employees stand around and talk about their likes and weekend plans.

Came in for some bath salt and bath milk and I got what i was looking for. No problems and staff was helpful.

Very disappointed in the semi annual sale. Only 1 display of about 4 scents.
