Salesperson should sell cars...typical high pressure. Most importantly, I spent $600.00 on shoes for the family. The $200.00 boots I bought are falling apart after 4 months....not what I would expect for $200.00. The $75.00 inserts I was sold are now flat and worthless. All in....garbage.

I have been buying most of my shoes from the mankato mn location and occasionally the rochester location for about 4 to 5 years now. They all greet me with a smile and thier customer service is the best. They are great at suggestive selling as well but its in a good way. You need to clean and protect your shoes especially the top quality shoes they sell. And for those of you that have bad feet or backs, I recommend their orthodic inserts. I have a pair for every shoe. I guess you can figure out im a shoe freak but because of their customer service and vast knowledge im hooked on Tradehome. If their customer service was bad i would of went elsewhere. Places like shoe encore, payless they are great for bargains but it the personal attention im after. I do buy some shoes at a different retailer from time to time buts thats only because they sell me things that tradehome doesnt carry.
