Hard to find the items I was looking for, but I suppose thats where their employees come in. They only had a handful of lion king themed items which was a bummer but lots of other animal related themes to make up for it.

Has awesome party themes. We got paw patrol stuff.

They are usually very nice and helpful but when I called and ask recently about a question I got a snobby answer that wasnt helpful at all. I asked again and she said the same answer and paused then said alrighty then and hung upThe phone.

I was in heaven. I could have spent all day in that store

My friends and i had a horrible experience. So after browsing and paying over $120 we begin to exit the store and was stopped by an employee very rudely. She claimed my friend had a pair of 5 dollar stockings in her purse. She asked her to see in her bag. Because an incompetent rude employee that followed us around the store watched my friend look at the stokings but didnt watch her set them down. My friend had to go and show the rude worker where she left them. After my friend did the employees job for her she didnt even get an apology. I dont know who trains these clowns, but they need to learn basic customer service at the very least. Im appalled by these actons. Watch out for these rude people.
