Bought a $50 vape on Friday. Was fully charged. Once the battery died and went to charge it. It will only charge on the cable it came with. Now it will not turn on. If it does turn on it is very brief for a couple minutes and acts like the button is being pressed when it is not. I go in 3 days after purchase and just want to exchange it. They refuse because I do not have the receipt however I can show them my credit card statement and try to tell the guy the two people I worked with to confirm I was there Friday but he refuses to even ask them and says he won’t do exchange it unless I have a receipt. I have the box and all the original contents. However after messaging out to the manager/owner they are taking care of me. So thank you.

Friendly staff and decent selection. Prices are higher than other smoke shops in the area. It was recently remodeled, it is bright and clean.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. I purchased a vape pen and used it for a few pulls of cbd. After a week of not using it I tried to use it again and nothing. I called the store and he refused to help me troubleshoot the vape and said that I had it for too long and he wouldnt replace it. Nice business practice I will never buy here again and will let everyone I talk to about this business, know my experience. Bringing the street slanger mentality to the store.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a store. The detail they went into about the products I was inquiring about was above par. However when I went to check out the Employee burped right in my face, 1ft away from me. Disgusting and barbaric, even drunks at a bar wouldnt do that.

Was skeptical about this place. Bought many products from here none of them have been fake as I have authenticated them online with the code. Prices are good compared to others. This place could improve their customer service and be less ghetto other than that I love this place always get treated well.

The prices used to be low. Now they are crazy high. Better off buying stuff on Amazon. I also really liked the free drink I would get when I purchased stuff. You dont get a free drink anymore. Glass is pretty expensive and bangers are either really expensive tiny evanshores or cheap low quality random sized ones. Workers are nice.

Caters to everyone except tobacco smokers. Marble-tiled showrooms feel more like a drug front than a tobacconists shot. Always out of something that you need, and always raising prices. Staff is openly contemptuous of customers. Refuses to honor coupons.

Spent 120 on a vape. Came back 3 weeks later the battery stilopp3d working. They would not help fix or give a refund because we didnt have proof. Even tho the guy who sold it to us remembers the transaction and everything. NEVER going to make the mistake of spending my hard earned money there again. Im very upset.
