Initially they were responsive and the electrician was excellent and professional. He told me Ill be charged $70 for the service which took him 5 min to fix. However Im giving 1 star to the poor response from the customer service lady who ignored that and insisted that I should pay $122 for a 5 minute job. A clear disconnect between the service provided and the pricing given by someone sitting behind the phone. Kind of rip off, I will definitely call someone else next time.

Guaranteed Electric has always done exceptional work for me through the years. Never an issue, always top notch workmanship! As well as very professional! Hate to see fake news reviews people have posted.

I would recommend their services to anyone who needs an electrician - from adding a few outlets to a major electrical upgrade. Theyve been very helpful when explaining what needs to get done and my various options. Very trustworthy! You dont seem to find that too much anymore. Highly Recommended!

GES helped us with our kitchen remodel. We knocked out a wall that had electric outlets within it and we were not sure how to adjust them. We called GES, they came and rewired the outlets. They also were able to help us get electric set up for our new permanent dishwasher. They were very professional, with fast service! Highly recommended!
