This company has gone downhill fast. My family has used Hiniker for decades. Its clear the goal has shifted from providing good customer service to the bottom line. The last straw was when my dad couldnt speak to any of the guys he worked with for years. He later found out they let them all go. Super disappointed because weve had a lot of luck with their products in the past. Now well be taking our business elsewhere and recommend others do the same. Shame.
