My garage door was having issues. I called and worked with someone and got a service call the next day as they were going through my area. They fixed my door and installed the requested keypad. The door works better now than it did when I moved in. Thank you!!

Had work done on May 31 did not receive work that they completed. On June 4 tried to open it and nothing happened. There is on response from the opener. They did not leave a items list of what they did was told no guarantee. No flow ups to see if it was working,.

Had a new steel building put up, and while the builder did ok on the building, he did a very poor job on the 3 garage doors. I called Overhead Door and they were out the next day and adjusted all three in less than an hour to pretty much perfect. Awesome service.

They may have competent stall but their basic service call charge is exceedingly high; even if they are at your house 5 minutes. Call and ask for their basic service call charge before you hire them!!

Due to an accident, our garage door is split in 2 and I have been dealing with this company for almost 3 months now. They dont return calls and when they do, its because I sent an email. Very frustrated, especially when I heard good things about the company and they are the ones that put the previous garage door on. Think twice before singing their contract!!

After trying for over an hour to change the code on my garage door opener I called to get help. Within 2 hours a nice man came and completed the change for me, fixed my door and made s ure everything was working well. I would recommend this company to friends and family!

The service person was here within an hour after I called. He very efficiently replaced a broken spring and several rollers that were in bad shape. Very pleasant experience.

Fast, friendly service. They were here to service one garage door, and checked the other without even being asked!! Highly recommend to anyone!

I called with a broken spring over 6 weeks ago. They came out after 3 calls back to find out when they were coming and didn’t have the right part but put a temporary fix and said they would be back the following week. Despite 2 more calls to find out when they are coming a promises that they would be out that week - they’ve never followed up or fixed the garage door. Beyond disappointed in their service levels.
