Friendly, wholesome, relaxed atmosphere. Always up to date with trends and classic styles. Easy shopping. Also if they dont have it in store they will check their warehouse. If its available it can be ship straight to your door no extra charge.

When I went to the store, they were having a huge clearance sale. The clothes, when on sale, were very affordable. There was a fairly large selection of shirts, pants, dresses, and bras. Also, since I was a new customer I got a gift bag that included a baby bottle. The employee who helped me was also super friendly.

I had an awful experience with this store! I ordered some bras online and was supposed to be notified when they arrived in my stores location for pick up. This never happened- NO PHONE call was received. I called the 1 800 number to verify my order and check on the status of said order and did receive a phone call back from corporate saying that my order had been delivered to the Mankato location. In my voicemail I asked about the phone call I was suppose to get to let me know my order had been delivered and there was no response in the message. Being in Minnesota we have had snow storms the last few days with travel not advised so I have not been able to pick up the order. The order has only been in the store for 2 days according to corporate...today at 12:19am I received an email saying that my order has been cancelled due to not picking it up! How is this possible? Already a long story short I called the 1 800 number again and spoke to two representatives who were unable to help me with my order. I asked for a direct number to the store and was given another random corporate number . First of all how unprofessional can this company be? If you cant answer questions you just pawn your customers off on someone else? I am so unhappy with this service and will definitely be warning my other pregnant friends not to shop/ order anything from this store. Bummer for the preggos.
