I had done business with Dain several years ago when he helped us out with some conference room tables and chairs. We had a great experience then so when I was looking for an office desk I called them first. I worked with Lee and Katie and they were able to accommodate my needs and my budget! I got the perfect L shaped office desk with a hutch cabinet over the one side. Lee brought his other 2 guys Joe and OR when he delivered it and they were the most kind and caring gentlemen. They cared that it was placed just right until it was! I was impressed with their professionalism and the way they handled themselves. All around a great experience once again! I would highly recommend OSD to anyone!

Ryan and his team have just saved the day again! Weve worked with OSD in the past, and they have always come through and saved us when weve been in a pinch. After COVID-19 changed the way we hosted events, the crew there helped us furnish and complete all of the sets for our virtual concert! As we now are adding new staff members and completely reconfiguring our office, theyve been nothing but helpful and supportive in helping us figure out how we can maximize productivity while fostering a comfortable atmosphere. Worst experience Ive had at a business in a long time. I was referred to office space design from another business that stated they had several delays in their project from the mismanagement, but I figured how bad could it be for one desk. Delivery was delayed, desk top was wrong color, it was assembled wrong, wired wrong, insisted on payment for items we didnt order, told us we were going to pay for additional shipping to make it right and always blamed every issue on us.Ryan then calls my wife and started bad mouthing me for telling our sales person how horrible this experience has been.Obviously very mismanaged from the top down.

Theyve always done a great job furnishing our office. Theyve got quite the eye for style, which is very helpful. I love referring people to them to get fitted for ergonomic chairs and desks as well. Getting fit for the right furniture is very important and theyre a great resource for it.

Ryan and the team at OSD did a wonderful job at two of our office buildings. Ryan walks you through many design options and had no problem trying different options to get us where we needed to be. He was fun to work with and quick to respond to our questions and needs. If something didnt go as planned, which there is always something, he always had an answer and was on top of it. Only in one case was there some miscommunication with when the office was going to be scheduled but that was worked through as well. Ive worked with other office furniture companies and this is by far the best Ive worked with. They even helped us out when we needed furniture moved out. Other companies will not do this.
