Brought my car in for a tune up and a diagnosis on an issue with the steering. The entire staff were great and very transparent with every step they took in inspecting the car. Although it took an extra few days, they car drives much better now. Shout out to John and Shawn who kept in constant contact to keep me up to date with any status changes.

This has been my second visit to Caliber and both times have been a pleasant experience. The service was fast. I would recommend this place to others.

The customer service is superb, its other things that gave them a 3 star.I dropped the car off for a 10:30 oil change appointment about 40 minutes early. I picked it up around 3ish. I never received a ready call,text, or email. We had to turn around and go back because they did not properly secure the under body cover and it was dragging. Not acceptable treatment for a Mercedes Benz. And while waiting for that to be done. I waited unnecessarily long because the person doing it never notified us it it was done. I had to inquire about it.The time spent dealing with an oil change was ridiculous.Im not sure if well use them again.

Had two tires blowout and was able to get into a parking lot nearby. An employee came over and asked if they could help. I had to get two tires from Discount so they drove me there to get them and brought me back. As they worked on my truck they even took me back home so I did not have to wait. It was done quickly and the customer service was outstanding. I will definitely be coming back to them.

Jerry was very nice and gave us pricing up front. He went the extra mile to check an engine light and provided recommendations. Love the people and facilities (a playground for the kids! I have 4) and that was a huge blessing.

Yesterday my car did not start. After jump started the vehicle, I took it to CaliberAuto Care at Debbie Ln in Mansfield. I went to front desk and asked for new battery. Shawn Bennett, the Service Advisor told me that the technician would run some tests to check on my battery condition and alternator. After about 20 minutes, he came out and advised me that the battery was still in good shape just need to clean the terminals. I did not have anymore problem after that..These folks are very honest! As senior citizens, my wife and I have used them for few years and found their quality of works is simply outstanding.

Andrew greeted us at the garage door as we had come in for a State Inspection. My first visit. We were in a restored antique truck and all the employees were very friendly from the garage through the management. The Manager, John, had a very good sense of humor, and the service was just awesome! We own a business and Service IS KEY. These guys wrote the book on Service for sure. I’ll be back ever time I have a need for them!

Each and every time Ive taken my vehicle here they have been kind and courteous and understanding. They repaired my car and gave it back to me in the best condition. Today I have my car back there and theyre going to work on it and theyre going to do an excellent job as they always have.

This is my go to for oil changes and inspections. I haven’t used them for other services but if i had to i would. Always courteous and never try to get me with ridiculous “upsells” like other companies. They have earned my repeat business and will continue to visit in the future.

Performed Safety inspection. Third tail light was out, they replaced the bulb at no charge. Really saved me a third trip for this inspection. (First trip to another provider had a headlight out and they did not offer to change). Very good service, customer focused. I really appreciate not having to go back again. Would recommend this shop.

The guys and girls at Caliber Auto Care are extremely good, efficient, honest and friendly. If there is something I can’t do at home, they are my first and only stop. No auto repair is cheap, but I find them to be honest in their assessment of what needs repair now as opposed to later. Their customer relations is second to none also. Very happy with them!

The staff was amazing the moment that I walked thru the door I spoke with shaun the day before about coming in for a my headlight replace meant I arrived at my scheduled time someone immediately assisted me they came out they check my trunk maybe 10 minutes after that they took my truck to the back the technician that did my oil change was amazing all I remember is that he was a tall guy with black hair and glasses he explain everything detail to me about what was going on with the headlight they did my oil change and fix my headlight way before the time that I thought that it was going to take talk about speedy service they did this place deserves 20 stars if I could give it to them but they were amazing and I appreciate the care that they took and the time with my truck thanks for being an amazing staff

I just moved to Texas and needed to get my vehicle inspected. The person who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful and told me to come right in. I was greeted warmly at the door and my vehicle was immediately taken back for its inspection. The waiting area is comfortable with TVs, chargers, and complimentary coffee and water. I was very nervous about replacing my previous car care place but already feel very good about Caliber Auto Care. They found something that needed attention that I never would have known about and handled it right then and there. I love the fact that they show you pictures of what is wrong so you can feel confident they are not trying to take advantage of you. I’ll be back for all of my car needs. Also, they are veteran owned and that is a good thing to me!

They were friendly and trustworthy. I went for tires only, but they were able to order the tires, do a wheel alignment, and a state inspection all on the same day!. I had to leave my car and they transported me home and picked me up when my car was ready. Everyone was nice, and they provided excellent service.

The entire staff was friendly. It took them no time to do my car… Andrew was amazing! He went above and beyond for me today. I didn’t catch all of the technicians names but they were all very nice. I was unaware that my light was out by my plates, looking at my receipt there was no charge. Definitely recommend this place.

The customer service is great! I told them I was just pulled over by the police and they said all my lights were out in the back of my car. They came right out side and fixed every light! I have a Mercedes.Got my oil changed here, the check engine light has been on ever since.I asked if my breaks could be check due to “screeching” sound. It’s so loud it wakes up the neighbors.The tech says he noticed nothing wrong with breaks and the sound is normal.

Had my oil changed. Service was quick. Shop is very clean and people are professional. They did not try to force me to buy unneeded services.

They have great customer service and I usually get me in and out of the shop in no time. Some of their prices can be a bit high but they can usually help work something out if need be. My family and I use them as our regular repair shop.

Had to get my starter replaced and AAA recommended this facility. Great interior, very modern and upscale looking. Front desk was quick and friendly, got everything set up in a matter of minutes. Actual work was done in a few hours despite no prior notice, and they sent me text updates along the way, one of which included an itemized list of other maintenance related things that could be addressed if I wanted (included photos and how important each one was) which was great. Even replaced a part of the engine air intake just because it needed to be swapped at no cost. Awesome experience and couldn’t have gone better, since this was the first real trouble I’ve had with my vehicle since I’ve owned it. Will definitely be back.

This is by far the most efficient and polite group of individuals within the Mansfield/Arlington area. They were calm, careful, collected, polite, focused, and most importantly they were real with me. They didnt try to push anything extra on me, they updated me as the entire process went along, and let me know why there were any hold ups along the way. My car wouldnt start and I had to get it jumped, my cars battery is behind the entire left front wheel well, meaning you have to not only jack the car up, but also take the tires off. They did such an awesome job making sure everything was exactly how it was before I brought it in. Definitely come here if you have any vehicle issues, from tire alignment to oil changes, new struts, whatever it is. I reccomend this shop. Ive been to well over 20 different places in my 15 years living and driving in this area and Im sure you have as well. Stop searching for the best deals, stop panicking about the fact you HAVE to have your car today, take some deep breaths and know the people at Caliber Auto Care are going to get it done for you!

Great facility, they took a lot of time for an oil change. Used the restroom and they could do better regarding this. This is a pretty new facility but I can just imagine several years down the road. Overall a good experience but time is key..

Be careful when they give you a time for how long it will take. I specifically asked because I needed to be somewhere. I was told 35-40 minutes for an oil change. It took almost an hour and half. Unfortunately, I was late for my next meeting. Facility is nice and employees are nice, just beware of how long you will actually have to wait.

Caliber Auto Care on Debbie Lane in Mansfield is the best place to have your car serviced. I have always gotten friendly professional service and have never had an issue with them. They also have a comfortable waiting room if you want to wait while your car is serviced. I highly recommend them for all of your auto service needs!

I use my vehicle for work and it needs to be serviced quickly, efficiently and without hassle. Oh, and done right. My Suburban has only been to the dealership until I took it to Caliber Auto. The service and attention to what I was there for was great. Tanner was the reason I will come back and my wife now takes her Lexus to Caliber. Top notch. Not enough stars available.

I saw the great reviews online and they were true to firm. I took my Jeep in for an engine light but I already knew it was the oil pressure sensor. They sent a detailed list of issues with photos and graded each on the severity so you could see the issue and decide if you want to service the issue. Then they called and explained the items that were imminent or if you could wait to repair the problem and an approximate time to wait. I can work on some things myself so have done knowledge of mechanics and appreciated their honesty. They werent just trying to make a buck. And the prices were very reasonable. Also, they took me home and picked me up at home when my vehicle was ready since I only have 1 car.Everyone was super helpful and courteous. I will definitely be going back for future services.

Customer service is abysmal!I went to this location seeking help because my car was leaking coolant profusely.I had my wife and children in the car. The clerk, a young man, who sat in the third seat from the left proceeded to give me the third degree about not having availability, that I shouldn’t drive my car, and eluded me being less than intelligent trying to come to his shop.A simple “We can’t fit you in today, sir! We apologize but we are completely booked. You can try Monday.” Would have been sufficient answer. I didn’t go in to haggle, I needed help. The two young ladies who sat next to this gentlemen were from what I could tell equally flabbergasted.I asked the young man for the name of another shop close by to which he said “none that I would recommend closer than Grapevine.”I guess blood from a turnip is an unrealistic expectation. If this young man was the face of my company I would be sorely interested on how much lost business I had taken from such turse, acerbic, and combative interactions with customers.I walked out and wished them all a good day.Thank goodness another customer seeing the interaction caught me outside recommended another shop that he uses. They were able to help me and got my car into to be repaired todayNeedless to say I won’t be back.You missed out on an excellent customer who himself is a veteran and loves to patronize veteran owned businesses.

My least favorite visit. I waited 2 hours before my car was ready after being told upon arrival that there was 1 car ahead of me. During this time I had no update. Close to the 2 hour mark I had to ask for an update. After getting my car back I came to discover that my driver and front passenger floor had been covered with dirt and leaves, disposable gloves were left on the seat, and my windshield had been sprayed with something and not wiped off. Other than that the facility was clean and sanitized, had accessible amenities, and filled with perky employees.

Will never use another auto shop other than this one. Every time I come in it’s clean and everyone is friendly. They did a total repair of my AC on my truck and I had it back in 12 hours. The best service around hands down.

Let me just say when we came we asked to do a diagnostic because there was a radiator leak but we couldn’t tell from where . They said they would and if they found the issue and we decided to go with them they would waive the diagnostic. Awesome so we went with them. Well we dropped off our truck they said they would call next day because they were about to close. Next day first of the morning we get a call saying the repair would take 6 hours very routine and they would get it back to us that day and it was $1000 we went ahead with repairs. Well 6 7 8 hours later no calls which is ok. We know things happen. Well the next day we get a call saying we need another set of parts but they would charge labor. $600 more bucks. Ok fine we just want the car in proper condition. The next day about an hour before they close we get a call the car is ready. This is a Friday and we didn’t want to leave it over the weekend. Get the car drive it home and the air conditioner is no longer working. They are closed and we leave for vacation so we waited until Monday. Monday which is the first time we have had to get a normal drive to work in the car and test it out. It’s leaking like crazy I mean just pouring out from what seems to be the radiator. I will attach videos if I can. We call back. They say bring it in and have a look. Now they are saying a hole in the radiator and want to charge us parts and labor again to the tune of $600+ dollars. Seriously. We asked why this wasn’t what was done because it was literally our only concern. They say well now there is a second leak we didn’t see. We asked about what the diagnostic showed. Now they say they never did one. Come on. So we are out more money to fix what we asked for in the first place and we have no air now for some reason. We asked for a manager but the person we got the call from is the manager and this is the final decision. We cannot go through this again with surprise additional costs so we have to go pick up the truck and go somewhere else and try to explain all of this. How can you do this to hard working people? I don’t know. But if you have something to repair please go somewhere else. Our 6 hr experience turned into a nightmare and now we have to find someone to actually fix the car. Money wasted. It’s very disappointing.

The people at Caliber Auto Care are SO nice and truly so helpful! So a bit of backstory: I shattered the top of the middle panel in my car a bit ago and poorly glued everything back together. I went into Caliber Auto Care because the temperature knob on my AC got stuck and wouldn’t turn. The way my middle panel is set up, they had to pop everything out as one unit to fix the temperature knob and because the top of the panel was already broken, the whole top part broke into pieces. The Technician, Bean and the GM, John spent HOURS gluing back all of the parts for me and I am so very thankful! The service advisor Tanner also sat down with me and explained all the services I needed on my car and helped me work out a plan of when to get all those services completed. The front desk staff offered me water and coffee many times during my long stay there and there were chargers for my phone. Also the seats are super comfy! John and Bean gave me regular updates on their progress and really just kept me in the loop about everything. This is NOT a place that will surprise you with hidden prices or work that you suddenly need. You are updated with every single thing every step of the way. I have loved coming here every time but this most recent time was just so spectacular that I had to leave a review. Thank you once again and I will be seeing you guys soon to complete some of the repairs that I need!

I tried to use this shop on 6/18/2021 around 1-2pm but was completely ignored. I walked into an empty lobby and asked the young girl up front if they were busy and she said no. So I told her the problem with my vehicle and she said once the service tech (the man sitting right next to her) got off the phone he would help me next. He did see me come in and talk to her. I sat down and for the entire 20 minutes he never came up and talked to me. Even when I got up and stood next to the counter. He decided to walk pass me again and help someone new that came in. I asked the associate why I wasnt helped and 3 new customers had been assisted and her response was, Oh..I thought he was going to help you, you can come another time. I told her no thank you. The workers in the lobby have zero courtesy and customer service.

Zach helped me on the spot today.. even getting down on the ground in his button up shirt and slacks to look at my tire.I had just been to another repair shop who “saw no problem” with my tire, when I clearly had to air it up just to leave work.Zach found a rusty nail in my tire and plugged it on the spot and even checked the air pressure in my other tires.He was very friendly and courteous and I appreciate the friendly and timely service at Service First!

Went above and beyond when I thought I had a oil pan bolt issue. They have made a customer for life!

We live out of state and were visiting family in TX when a light came on saying our alternator was going bad. We took it to Service first. They got it fixed. When we drove it home a week later, an issue arose with some of the work they had done. We called them, and John worked so diligently to find an honest mechanic by our hometown. The other mechanic fixed the issue, and John made sure to cover the bill. John was so friendly and professional. The mechanic by us even commented that in his phone conversations with John, he was impressed how helpful and kind he was, said unfortunately that’s not always the norm in the auto world.

I taken my mercedes benz there Nov 27 2020 for oil change 3 weeks later my motor blew up they taken no responsibility and left it at that I contacted everyone I could think of still nothing after speaking with them they said the found no oil leak from maintenance and ended the whole ordeal I lost job due this thus got a car note with no car I lost all faith in. this business I got lawyer which they still havent answered his calls steady ping pong the blame elsewhere I even got document showing my motor never had problems nor been worked and they still saying its not their fault and recently stop all communication with me Kelvin Sanders update 3-4-2021 till this day my issue is on going still dodging my lawyer so they really thinking Im going to stop I cant they destroyed my motor in my Mercedes and now has no talk for me or laywer

If you go, plan on waiting an hr at minimum. Id give this place 5 stars if time improved. Otherwise, they were very helpful from start of service and when complete.

This is a fairly new business & after receiving a coupon in the mail we tried it out & we will never go anywhere else! They take photos of your car & email you a detailed report on things you may need to replace or fix. They were fast, respectful & attentive. Unlike other car places that lie to you & tell you you need to replace things in your car with THEIR items, they dont do that.

These guys are amazing! My wife takes her truck there for just about everything! The customer service is one of a kind. You also dont get your typical shop experience of them trying to take advantage of you for not knowing anything about cars. Actually they would tell you that you dont need something fixed right away instead of pressuring you into spending all your money. They offer to stays and show up early. At each appointment they take pictures of everything on and in the car and show you what going on with your vehicle. Usually never the one to write reviews but I had to for these guys. Fast, friendly, and professional. Made an appointment online for an oil change, was done and ready to go within about an hour. Best and quickest experience with my car that I’ve ever had, compared to any dealerships. Dealerships are usually shady in their practices and just try to get you to spend more money, but not Service First Auto Mansfield. I did not get those shady vibes I get from dealerships from these guys, they were 100% professional and didn’t try to sell me anything I know I didn’t need. My service advisor Tanner even thoroughly explained to me about the inspection done on my car, something that a dealership has never done. They opened very recently so they’re currently a hidden gem in Mansfield and not many people know about them. I highly suggest you come here before everyone finds out about how great they are. I will be back for sure.

Amazing customer service!!! I went in for an oil change. First off, I was greeted at the door with the warmest reception on a cold day. They listened to what I needed and did not try to pressure anything else onto me. They offered me a beverage and my son a small toy to play with. They continued to make check in my entire stay. They not only did my oil change, but they inspected my front and rear lights, battery, belts, brakes, filters, and even had pictures to show me of each item. I don’t even get this kind of attention at the dealership. I was very impressed and will be returning for any other work I need! Thank you!

First experience My husband told the representative that we were going out of town. The young man stated they would top off all fluids, vacuum, and clean the windows with the oil change. They did not do any of those things and now we are not at all sure they even changed the oil despite the fact that oil was dripped across the top of the motor. We will not be back for bad service at twice the price.

Lets say, not your standard automotive facility. On my way pushing a stroller, an employee ran to the door to hold it open. Once inside it was clean, modern and didnt smell like oil. They had iPads to use and a childrens playground. Not what you expect from auto repair...Two employees, Vanessa and Tanner, gave my 18 month old some toys. Then they sat down on the floor and played with him.The staff is great, friendly, caring and beyond professional. I would give it 10 stars if I could. I will recommend to everyone!
