WOW! Natalie and Sheena are incredible people. The owner did right by having them on the team. I actually thought Natalie was the owner due to her extensive knowledge and passion!! Shes a BOSS.. one of the most positive ones I have ever met. Huge selection of beads here.. Natalie is so willing to work with me to create my vision. While in the store, so many long-time customers visited. The vibe in the store is so positive and uplifting. After visiting last week, I already cant wait to go back again today!

Just spent my late afternoon and early evening at this store learning some basic wire wrapping with Natalie the store manager and I loved every bit of it.... I LOVE Bead Cache and have been shopping there for years, ever since I made my first earring. Rich and everyone at Bead Cache is SO helpful, I am confident I can go into this store and find what I need. Their bead and findings selection are the best in the area. Even if you go there for one item, get a basket....just in case!

This place is amazing! I was recommended to come here from a prior coworker for help on repairing resin pendants I had made for a necklace. Becca initially helped me make a chain and set up the pendants so they wouldn’t clang. When I had an issue with the pendants construction (from an unrelated Etsy seller) Natalie helped me formulate a plan to make them beautiful and durable. She made sure to ask about the pendants themselves so she knew how priceless they were to me (made with my dogs’ fur) and checked every step of the way to make sure I was happy with how things would look and how much they would cost. She, and the other associates, are wonderful people and great conversationalists! I have also returned to get some semiprecious stones as protection stones for my new car and although I’m not an avid crafter, I felt welcomed and not uncomfortable in a very niche place! Natalie even remembered me without prompting. Their selection is beyond words and I have seen and experienced their incredible customer service that go above and beyond the norm. Even their social media is amazing!I recommend them 1000%!!

Traveling to this special place from my home in Boston to find the perfect gemstones is always something I look forward to. I have become an artisan of fine gems because of Natalie, their store manager. This is a happy and positive place to be. It attracts the best beads and people, all true gems!

I absolutely love this place. The staff is friendly. They have all types of beads ranging from the common type of beads to the very rare. If you are not able to find what you are looking for, they will do their best to order for you. I recently opened my Etsy shop and most of my beads come from here. When I walked into BeadCache the first time, I thought it was heaven on earth! I think I returned 2 more times the very first week. They have SO MANY BEADS!!! You can get lost in here for hours, (and I mean that as a good thing). Natalie is amazing, she truly knows her stuff. BeadCache is full of good energy :-)

The staff immediately came to help me. I explained what I was trying to accomplish. She understood that I was trying to fix the necklace that had great sentimental value. She explained what she could do. I was completely satisfied with the interaction. Then she threw me a curve ball... you are a nurse, she said, there is no charge for your necklace! I was overwhelmed, thanked her very much and came to realize that there are very good people! I will highly recommend this shop to everyone, I couldnt have been more pleased with my necklace.

Good bead store for the area. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They have a lot of full strands but also sell single beads as well. They do have all the findings and a small assortment of wire. I recommend checking out, if you are near Mansfield.

Came in a few days ago to have my wife a necklace made. The necklace came out fantastic. Natalie was a great help, she is great at what she does. She also made a great set of earrings to go with the necklace. The staff were very comforting and competent. Great place! Great service!

BeadCache is a lovely bead / jewelry-making shop. It is just as one would imagine -- organized displays of colorful beads in various shininess and sizes, collections of beautiful gems and ornaments, jewelry making tools, an area for jewelry making.They helped me find the two bead types that perfectly match the beads of a formal dress so I can replace a few rows of missing beads.Super helpful customer service!!Highly recommended!

As soon as I walked in the door they were very helpful! Beads and jewelry making is a whole new language for me and they were able to provide me with all information needed and had all the materials I required for a new project. Ps. They were extra patient with me as I was with my toddler, and not once did they look annoyed!

This is a wonderful bead store, providing a great shopping experience for jewelry artists and offering lessons for newbies. The staff is very helpful, and the place has a comfortable, friendly atmosphere. You can find some super interesting beads here too, including unusual items from Africa. Highly recommended!

I just want to say thank you to Rich for taking such good care of a good friend of mine! I sent my friend when she needed a shop that would advise, teach and have a great selection at a reasonable price. Rich hooked my friend up with everything she needed, including partial assembly of necklaces for 50 Haitian women to string their own necklaces! My friend is beyond ecstatic with his helpful and caring manner and can now go to Haiti on a mission trip with the knowledge that this project has gone from a possible horror show to a pleasant and easy one that she can enjoy with the ladies of Haitian.

August 2018 - update - This store is just wonderful. I am a lace-maker (tatting) and not a beader. At this shop I am able to turn my dreams of unique tatted lace jewelry into reality. The owner will know exactly which finding I need to be able to finish a tatted piece perfectly. She also has beads, charms, and unique finished pieces. The entire shop is Inspiration and Dreams and Beauty. Make sure to look at the Photosphere picture attached. (It even shows the third arm Miss Natalie wishes she had sometimes. Laugh!) If you drive there, park on a side street on either side of the shop. By train, an easy walk from the Mansfield T stop. By bike - you can park your bike safely in the back. Easy to reach by car; very little hassle with the confusing streets of downtown Mansfield.August 2017 - This is a great shop. Its good for my budget that I dont live nearby and cannot reach it by transit. If I commuted using the nearby train station however.... Well I would find any excuse to stop in. Very nice and helpful staff. Very inspiring shop.

Natalies help was invaluable to me. And, if they dont have it, its because no one does! Plan plenty of time when you visit; there is so much from which to choose!

Good place for beads

Was charged 25.00 to have a hermatite pendant reattached to a necklace the owner assured me it would be fixed by their wire specialist and that never happened. After 2 weeks i called to see if my pendant had been repaired and was told by a woman give me 10 minutes and ill fix it lol...i went tp go pick up my necklace and not only did they do a halfassed job fixing it, the lady who repaired it damaged the gem with a screwdriver ...i would never go back
