I called up and already knew what I wanted, so they sent me a link to pay for it. They made it so easy that I didnt even have to go to the store until two weeks later to pick up what I ordered. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

DeMarco was very helpful! He put the leaf inthe table so I could see what it would look like. He also carried some chairs around so I could see what those looked like with the table. He was very low key and not pushy at all which I really appreciated. He also told me about their delivery special. He was friendly and professional. I was impressed with the variety and the the quality of the furniture.

Ordered and paid in full for dresser on 6/8/21 was told 3 to 4 weeks, I had to call the store on 7/10/21 for them to tell me it will be another 3 to 4 weeks. Then when I asked for my refund they say it can take up to 14 days smh they were sure quick to take almost $700 never again FURNITURE ROW OF BLOOMINGTON!!!

So, I have been looking for a new recliner, went to furniture row, then to ashley, the to Lay Z boy, went back to furniture Row... I was helped my A very knowledgeable salesman... our new double recliner will be here on 4-19!!! So excited!! Thanks for an amazing experience!!

We bought a new house and needed to buy furniture and appliances to fill it. We shopped around and ended up buying items from several stores in the area. All of them except Furniture Row had great customer service. All of our other furniture and appliances arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I understand this was during a pandemic. All it would have taken was some decent communication but we were constantly lied to and misled. We even tried to cancel our order and return the table we bought and thats when we realized their return policy is non-existent and we were locked into a table that took FIVE MONTHS to arrive. Original delivery date was 1-2 weeks. Then it just kept getting pushed back with no explanation. They would actually set up delivery times and not show up. We would call and they would tell us the table got delayed again. They would not work with us, their customer service was terrible and they take no responsibility. If I could give zero stars I would. They need new management.

My experience with FR was great! We met Ethan right off the bat and he was helpful, but not pushy. We ended up finding exactly what we wanted, but held off to shop around. When we contacted them to purchase, Ethan was quick to answer my emails. I was sad to learn they separate their departments, as Ethan had to pass us to the living side. But the manager there was great. I was able to purchase over the phone in just a few minutes. I am thankful for both of the associates we worked with. Hopefully Ethan will get rewarded for his great work cultivating a lead.

We bought a bed for our daughter in December and its now April 1st and have never received it. At first when we bought it, we were told Mid January. We received a call in early Jan due to the fact that is was coming overseas it would be postponed to early March. When March 1st came around, no updates, rather me calling them to ask for status. They backed up the date to Mid March due to rough seas now (not Covid protocols). In Mid March I called back again and they then stated End of March. I got a phone call yesterday stated April 25th. At this point we didnt believe them anymore and decided to get a refund. So 3.5 months and no product. The salesman could never tell me where it was in the system. We have bought items there before and were always happy with communication. This time however the communication was poor and my daughters bed she picked out never came. If a company cant help with determining where a product is in logisticis, then there are issues or else I wasnt given the entire story!

My daughter ordered a $700.00 chair on 8/22/00. Was told chair would be here in 3 - 4 weeks. NOW today 9/23 we are being told mid to late October 😡😡😡 and the sales person put that note in AFTER on 8/26 and we were NEVER notified of this fact until today. horrible way to do business. I hope he enjoys his commission....NOT. Our sales person was Robert who also told us that he would refund the $45.00 delivery fee. This was 2 weeks ago now telling us that we have to wait until after the chair is delivered to get delivery refund. After working with Ryan my daughter has her chair. We have been going to Furniture Row for over 15 years and usually have a great experience. The sales staff is always awesome. The delivery staff is always awesome. The quality of products are usually pretty good.. The logistics and timing has always been lack luster. I have had enough this time.We are waiting on a replacement office chair under warranty that we expected to have delivered since we paid for delivery of the broken one originally. We were told we would have to bring the damaged one in for replacement. I disagreed but my wife is more understanding then I am and took the time to drive it to them for replacement. Apparently someone ordered the wrong chair so she hauled the damaged one back to the office and now we are waiting another 2 months to hopefully get the correct one. I suppose she will have to drive the damaged one back in AGAIN.We ordered a bed set for our daughter around this same time. After waiting 5-6 weeks we called to check on status and we found out a few hours later from Will that the manufacture quit making that, would you like a refund or purchase something else?. Why do I have to keep up on a product to find out if its actually ever coming or not? Is that not their job to inform customers they wont be receiving the products they ordered and paid for?Overall weve always had ok-ish luck here but I will be looking at other places next time. This use to be our one stop go to place.

They have a great selection of furniture. If youre furnishing an entire house, you could get everything here and not have to go anywhere else. The customer service is lacking though. Theyre also unwilling to cut you a deal in ANY way. No free delivery. No discount for large purchases. Nothing.Meanwhile, nearly every other furniture store in town will cut you a deal in some way.Now Furniture Row will tell you that Other places build their delivery fee into their profit margins or Our furniture is better quality.It really isnt. Do your homework and shop around. Itll be worth it.

Years ago I had a bad experience with FR but was pleasantly surprised with what I perceive to be a turn around including use Syncrony as opposed to their previous financing partner.
