Joe and his staff are very honest and hard working. We have had our cars serviced there and have always felt like we’re treated very fairly. If it doesn’t need to be done they won’t do it.

COMMENDATIONS TO NEW ENGLAND TIRE CENTER, MANSFIELD, MAAt New England Tire Center, Mansfield, Matt and the guys are the best! On our way to my Mums funeral, on Route 95, because of another repair places shoddy work, the front wheel came off of our car!! We crash landed, and no one was hurt, but we were emotionally shaken.We called dozens of places to find parts and service, but to no avail. Eventually, we were recommended to Matt and the guys at New England Tire Center. Even though I must have sounded panicked, they were courteous and exceedingly helpful during our efforts to locate parts and get repairs for picking up relatives at the airport, getting to Mums services, and getting back to our essential health care jobs in Central PA. Their work was expert and got us all the way back home without incident. Their work was solid and well done. They even wrapped the damaged parts and had them in the back of the car for our insurance needs!Matt and the guys are tops! They went above and beyond to help us out. Wow- I’ll be giving these guys all of my car related business. After spending the most frustrating 3 hours of 2021 dealing with roadside assistance from my insurance company- I called just before close to ask if I can have the tow truck drop my car off here. As someone who works retail I appreciate how friendly and understanding they were- I know how annoying it can be to have to deal with people right before it’s time to go home. Roadside assistance, my friend & a friendly passerby couldn’t get the stripped lug nuts off my car to change a tire despite all their efforts. The gentleman I spoke to last night was beyond helpful and patient with me while I was stressed and frustrated at the situation I got myself into. Without ever stepping foot in the shop- Matt helped me get the best bang for my buck out of two new tires and wasn’t at all pushy, nor did he treat me like most other mechanics treat the majority of women who don’t know much about cars. They also removed and replaced all the stripped lug nuts to ensure I wouldn’t end up in this situation again - all of this done with phenomenal customer service, in a timely manner, and for a very reasonable price. Again- I’ll be coming here for everything I need to have done in the future! Thank you guys!

I would not recommend to anyone I have been in the Tire Bussiness for many years working for several Tire companys and if you are someone you know does not know anything about tires or automotive they are going to take you for a ride .My mother in law got a flat tire went there to have the tire replaced never mind you she is elderly and knows nothing about Tires as a sales associate you should be explaining to the customer she did not need 2 tire being a front wheel drive car and not to mention the tire that was flat was on rear they sold her 2 Tires alignment road hazard and never explained what she was really paying for she didnt need all that just needed a tire to get back on the road .Being a sales man in the Tire Bussiness you explain to the customer what they are buying recommend them they should and let them decide not selling everything under the sun with no explanation.

We had a flat tire and possible damage to the actual wheel. Brought the wheel in, and they had it taken care of in a day. We couldnt bring the car in with the spare, so I had to put the tire on myself at home. But I took the car back to get it aligned, and check the brakes. We had some grinding sound with the spare. They got the alignment taken care of in about an hour, and let me know that my brakes checked out perfectly fine. The GM was the main person to help me, and never tried to up sell something I didnt need. I watched his employees handle the other customers and cars with just as much attention to detail as the GM (Joey)

I came in last minute before a road trip to get new tires and an alignment. The staff was very pleasant and assured me it would be done well before my trip (in a day and a half). My car was ready to go in less than a day, and they checked my oil just to be on the safe side before I hit the road. Overall a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend if you need a reliable team to take care of the vehicle that takes care of you!

I ordered a wheel & tire package from Tire Rack, and New England Tire installed them for me and provided an alignment. Prices were fair and service was friendly and quick. They helped load my other tires into the car and took good care of both sets of wheels.

Without hesitation these gentlemen absolutely save the day. My husband and I were on our way to a wedding and our tire started to run flat. On a whim and a Google search we pulled into their shop. The technician plugged the tire and sent us on our way! I honestly cannot think these gentlemen enough there is no doubt in my mind that this is a place I will continue to do business with.

We had a brake problem on our way to vacation and NE Tire was the closest place to where we were. They took us right in, did an excellent job at a fair price, and they even made our two dogs feel welcome while we were waiting. You cant get this kind of personal service from a chain. Highly recommend!

Recently went to NE Tire Care and, as Always, they did a great job on my vehicle. Been going for years and Mike is GREAT...always going above and beyond. Joey has also been awesome when I need car service. I would highly recommend...as I do to friends and family.

Service was excellent, they installed the tires from another retailer without issue, explained what options I had and did the work in a good amount of time for a good value.There were a number of examples of them going above and beyond with customers to assure their satisfaction!

Dissapointed.. Use to like coming here as they always did the best jobs with alignment and had great customer service.. But they just got done telling my parents they needed new brakes and rotors and other work, when I just did the brakes less then 15k miles ago. We ordered all new parts to do it ourselves and couldnt believe the brakes were still in almost brand new condition. Ended up having to go back and return all the parts. Dont let this place scam you!

After being a loyal customer for 16 years, thing at this shop have changed. Their new management seems to have no concern with integrity, customer service, customer retention or standing by their work. After using sub-standard parts (this according to their own mechanic), which caused a slew of new problems which they claimed were unrelated to the fix, and replacing a whole bunch of things that didnt need to be replaced in trying to solve the new problems (and the unresolved original problem), I finally took it to the dealership when my brake line blew out (unrelated to the original problem, except, according to the dealership, that the brake line was damaged by whoever worked on the axle, the original problem) who identified the work that had been done (without my hinting at what work they had done, just in describing the symptoms) as the source of the problem(s). In approaching NETire about it, the new manager, said it couldnt be true, everything they had done was necessary (trust me), get it in writing and theyd refund the axle (1/33 of the total bill) but not any of the unnecessary work that was done (unnecessary according to the dealership, who had no incentive to make it up, I dont typically get service there, and were not quoting me to do the work). All in all, if you want a low integrity management to treat you poorly after being a loyal client for a decade and a half, and to not care to keep you as a customer, or to actually fix problems, but are happy to install parts unnecessarily and take your money and claim the problems they cause in fixing it are new and unrelated, this is the place for you...otherwise, I think youll be happier paying through the nose at the dealership, or just finding another shop for your car service, tires, etc...

I brought my Escalade in for an oil change. After smelling oil for the day I checked the oil and found New England tire in Mansfield overfilled my oil above serial number on dipstick then told me it was only 1/2 qt overfilled (actually much more) and it wouldnt hurt anything. 2 days later engine was making bad noise and had to be replaced at cost of $6k.Customers beware!!!!

Spent a fortune here on what was supposed to be all brand new tires just to get a nail in one, brought it somewhere else to have it fixed & they tell me they cant fix it because it already has a temporary plug in it. So my brand new tires were not brand new.

Ive heard mixed things about this location - when I went they told me I needed to buy a new tire for a hole I could have plugged, and tried to sell me on other repairs that it turned out I didnt need either. I had gone in for an oil change.
