I had the best experience here! I trusted no one else and the staff are the sweetest people and they truly make you feel like a bride! Dresses are of great quality and affordable. Please dont listen to any of the negative reviews posted because Classy Concepts went way beyond my expectations and I know they will do the same for you. I searched high and low for a dress and Im blessed I found this place...I was completely stress free and everything was done with elegance, class and in a timely manner. Thank you Classy Concepts once again for a wonderful experience I will never forget.

I had such an amazing experience at Classy Concepts!!! Mel was my consultant and she knew exactly what I wanted and made finding my dress a dream come true!! Every dress I tried on was absolutely beautiful and exactly my taste, so I knew Mel was very close to finding THE ONE!! I couldnt imagine going anywhere else nor working with anyone else!!! I am so happy I chose Classys and got to work with Mel!! I will certainly be using them for my bridal party for their dresses!!

Theyre amazing all the way around. I wanted a modest dress that covered my chest and some of my arm, which I know is extremely uncommon, but they made it happen and it turned out absolutely beautiful!! 😍 Kelle and the seamstress there are truly the sweetest people, and theyre so willing to help. The prices here are great, and they can really work with you on your budget. Come to this bridal store to find your dream dress, and be surrounded by people who want to see your dress be perfected through alterations!!

I scheduled an appointment for 10:00. My bridesmaids and I were on time, but the doors were locked. We saw people inside, but no one came to the door. We tried calling multiple times but no one would answer. After 20 minutes we found a side door that was open. The salesperson apologized, but was not very helpful while we were looking at dresses. She essentially told us where to look and then left us and was no where in sight. She did occassionally stop by to check in on us, but she did not seem to really care about making a sale to us. I would have expected more attention, especially considering we made an appointment.

Classy concepts is a beautiful store with beautiful dresses. Kelle was so helpful and attentive. She pulled amazing dresses for me and she really listened to what I wanted in a dress! I had such an amazing experience there!

This place is a rip off! I was sent to Fort Worth to have dress altered after they had my daughter order a couple of sizes too big. I was charged $800 at their other store Ava’s bridal couture after having had spent $2000 on the dress itself there!!!!They have you order dress at too large of a size so you’ll have to have it altered and fall in to their trap. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE, you’ll regret it.These people are money hungry and very tricky.I feel so screwed by them and hope people read this before they go. I only gave them one star because I had to put at least one.

I found my dream dress here. What I loved about this place is that I was allowed to go into the dressing from alone. I felt uncomfortable other places where I’d have to undress in front of someone else, so I appreciated the experience. They were also very kind to me when I freaked out about the color of my dress.

I had made an appointment back in July at the bridal show for today (September 4) at 1pm because my parents were in town from Austin and my soon to be mother and sister in law were in town from Kansas. Imagine my surprise when we drove an hour from Richardson to Mansfield to find out it was closed today. Would have wished someone would have called me before diving an hour out here.

I LOVE this place! The nicest and most personable group of ladies I have ever met! They helped me through everything finding my dress, finding accessories, etc. When my dress came in they called right away to set up an appt to try it on which was soooo exciting. I would recommend classy concepts to anyone! My dress is perfect and so is this store!

Please be aware that this store sells cheaply made items and will not offer as refund or exchange if the items are damaged. This is why they will get you to sign a contract for anything (no matter if the item is only an accessory) in their store. Also if they tell you the contract doesnt apply to your purchase, they are not telling you the truth!I saw a crystal sash in their Mansfield store and it was perfect except for damage on the belt which was causing the sash to come undone. The person helping me suggested that I purchase this sash at their store now and pick up a new one at their other store in Fort Worth. I decided to go ahead and purchase this sash at the Mansfield store with the understanding that I would pick up a new one free of damage from their other store in Fort Worth. I was in a rush since my wedding day was just a few days away and at checkout, I was presented with a contract form to sign. When I asked how this pertained to my purchase I was told it didnt because only their dresses were final sale or anything that had alterations. That made be feel comfortable since most people would not want to make a $200 purchase for something that would be considered a final sale that had not be seen so I proceeded with my purchase. When I went to pick up the sash at the other store, it was already at the front counter wrapped up and boxed. Since I was in a hurry to another appointment, I mistakenly did not inspect the condition of the sash. I later came back home and opened the box only to find it damaged. I went back to the store in Mansfield to return this damaged item and the store manager Cecilia stated that she was sorry for my inconvenience but there was nothing she could do to help. There are many other honest local bridal shops and you be better off going somewhere else in the long run!

I came here for Custom alterations dress and I have to say it was very satisfied me it was more than what I thought definitely made me feel comfortable from beginning to end kept in touch and it was quick service alterations was amazing also custom beadwork with that By Julia Wow I cant thank you enough Definitely will not be my last time 👌🏻🌹👌🏻❤️❤️💞💞If you have high expectations pay them a visit

I visited this location on 2/10/18 for the first time hoping to have a good experience in regards to potentially making this location my purchase for my wedding gown and bride maid dresses. I walked in and was immediately greeted by lady with short black hair to fill out the list for profile information and to have a seat when I was finished. I explained wed like to look around before we sit she was perfectly fine with that. While we were looking an older White lady with stringing hair saw us and ask if we had an appointment? We started no she then proceeded to tell us that since we didnt have an appointment we could come back at 3pm but she already had 2 bride parties scheduled at 230pm and she could squeeze us in. I explained we are just looking around right now. She then stated ok but if you come back at 3pm we could get you in. I told her we are just looking she said ok and just walked off. The lady with the black short hair we met at the door who ask us to fill out the paper work came over to us and said she had a room ready and we could try on bride gowns and bridemaid dresses if we wanted too. In my mind I was hesitant because of the way the white lady spoke to us as if she didnt want us in the store by trying to push us away to come back. All I kept hoping shed understand was that we were looking. So the lady with the short black hair ask me my size and said she had a room ready if I wanted to try on she didnt have anyone until 3pm which Im assuming was the party that was arriving the white lady was telling us about to begin with. So Im looking with the lady with the short black hair for dress sizes and trying on as I am being fitted in between. While Im trying on different dresses in the store the white lady (not the pregnant one) was giving me really uncomfortable nasty looks the time I was there that I stopped trying on dresses and left. I came looking to spend about $1300-$2000 on a dress I really liked and bridemaid dresses. I know the name of the store was classy concepts but it felt more like snobby concepts to me. Never judge a book by its cover. My wedding day is going to perfect to bad I cant say I purchased my dress and the bride maid dresses there. First impression is lasting one. Ill never recommend this place just because of that ladys nasty attitude. Customer service is EVERYTHING to me being that I am in customer service for over 20 years. As I walked out i asked them not to send me any information I filled out to trash my information......Signed first time not buying.PERMANENTLY CLOSED!!! - BEST DECISION EVERY... GREAT OPTION

BRIDES BEWARE!Sadly, my experience with CCB was not a pleasant one. I heard about CCB at the Star-telegram bridal show and was impressed with their selection. I made an appointment that day to look at wedding dresses. My first visit was OK. I did find a dress at this boutique and the woman who helped me seemed experienced enough. I chose to brush off her rude comments about how its wise for brides to order their dress AT LEAST 12 months in advance and that I had waited too long (My first appointment was in Jan/13 and my wedding is in late june/13) After a short time of looking I was torn between two dresses. A sales associate took one of them out of my dressing room and gave it to her client. I was put in the awkward position of the sales associate I was working with rudely demanding it back. After about an hour of looking and picking my dress I began to feel very rushed by the sales woman. She stated several times that she had other appointments and I would need to take my dress off. She mentioned again since I had waited so long that I could buy the floor sample instead of paying rush fees but sadly the dress had a red stain around the knee. Everything seemed to go down hill from here. I made another appointment for alterations a few weeks later. Upon arriving to CCB I found my dress to be in terrible condition. I was told it was pressed and steamed before each bride came in for a fitting and the entire bottom was wrinkled. There was a small red stain at the knee that no one seemed to know where it came from and the beading on the sash had completely come unraveled on the left side of my gown. That was just the beginning of my first AWFUL visit. Unfortunately, I had not found shoes for my dress yet but figured this was a bridal boutique and surely Id find a pair there. The day of I was met with their sad shoe selection and chose to not buy any. At that point the seamstress seemed very annoyed and walked away not to be seen again. I was then confronted by who I assume is the store manager telling me they would absolutely not alter that dress today without picking out shoes first. I felt very pressured by her and as if I wasted their time. After driving over an hour to get to CCB I left frustrated about the condition of my dress and left almost in tears since my wedding day was fast approaching. A few days later I found shoes and called again to schedule an alteration appointment. The woman that answered the phone was pleasant at first but when I mentioned the red stain and loose beading she rudely cut me off stating they would fix it this time but the next time I damaged my dress I would be charged for it. THE FIRST TIME I WAS SHOWN THE DRESS IT WAS ALREADY DAMAGED. Reluctantly, since they had my dress, I returned to CCB only to be confronted by the owner SUE who immediately went into how its her policy to explain damaged products and she was sorry for coming off rude. I let it go and just wanted to continue with my appointment. She stated they fixed the beading (They had) but now there were small snags all over the dress as if it were caught on someones ring and the fabric had pulled. ALL OVER!! She also stated she could not find the red stain. Within 3 seconds of looking at the dress I pointed it out to her only to be met with Oh, I can take a picture of that but well have to send it back to the manufacturer. I HAD ALREADY RUSH ORDERED THE DRESS SINCE MY WEDDING WAS 8 WEEKS AWAY!! From this point on I heard nothing but excuses and was met by a VERY RUDE OWNER who didnt seem to want to take responsibility for my damaged dress that was paid IN FULL! Sue, stated several times she thought that dress was actually in very nice condition and I should be happy with it. RED STAIN, SNAGS ALL OVER, LOOSE BEADS COMING OFF AT EVERY END??? Frustrated, I left CCB that day with my dress in hand and chose to go elsewhere. Ladies save yourself the time and do the same. The last thing a bride needs is another headache when planning their wedding and CCB is exactly that!!!!
