Horrible experience, was helped by a lady and the box i picked up for my new service that unpaid for is missing the most important cable to set it up . Employees should check box to make sure all cables are present. Modem was dirty as well . i am just gonna go to walmart because this is too far from my location.

Truly the speed in which you handle your customers and business . The lack of. SpeedIt’s like these employees are finance Managers at a auto Dealership! It’s all about the saleDon’t get me wrong there polite but I don’t need anyone going into details. I set up order need to pick up router and box - that’s it !Move your business along go after the Apple store model !

Attempted to get information about signing up for Xfinity services on multiple occasions at this location. After two unsuccessful visits due to not having an appointment or being told that they couldn’t get to us before closing we made an appointment and showed up for the appointment. We were then told that only one person could be in the store at a time shock to the sales person due to Covid. The sales associate then told me to “sit in the car” and wait for my husband assuming that he was the decision-maker in the process. Nowhere on our appointment Confirmation or appointment scheduler did it say that only one person would be allowed. Since the Associate was so rude we decided to forgo cable completely and use Hulu live .

Wouldnt use comcast if Verizon was an option. Absolute absurdity trying to get internet after moving & was told its going to be days until a tech can get out. Beyond disappointed and recommend everyone fight to get Verizon accessible.

Most of the Serv. Rep. are awful. Agents on the phone are most of the time LOST - extremely expensive comapny. My bill went up from $82- to $125.- and because I cancel the bundle of cable/internet they raised my bill quite high.

I was greeted immediately and helped before I even had a chance to sit down (2:00 on Thursday). The customer service rep understood what I wanted and patiently explained the set up of my new equipment. She answered all my questions and I was out the door within ten minutes of entering. Awesome!

Made the mistake of showing-up on a day near the end of month to simply drop-off a modem; a very basic transaction, right?. Was told I had a 15 minute wait, but after 10 minute only 1 of the 10 people ahead of me had been serviced. Nice people, but Comcasts customer experience and pricing suck - cant wait to cut the cord !! Comcast better have a plan B for all of us that will eventually walk/run away........

The Xfinity store is the local Comcast store for the area its full of Internet geek type people they know their stuff. When you have an issue with your system they have an answer to fix it. Good people very helpful.

The rep made such a mess of my account transfer that I had to spend an hour on the phone and visit the store again to fix it. So frustrating. Also, the fact that there is no bathroom when they keep you waiting for an hour is wild.

They gave me a bad splitter for a self install. When it wouldn’t work they said the only way they could send the tech was to bill $59.99 but don’t worry sir it will be adjusted before you bill comes out. I went back with my May bill, so sorry let me fix it, same in June and now in July the guy starts telling me the same thing and when I get upset he tells me to calm down or he won’t help me!!!He promised me the adjustment in a week and I promised him I will be disconnecting the service and scream until the ETF is waived. I will use an antenna and cell if I have to. If I wasn’t paying this I would be charged a late fee and shut off for not paying.

Went today to pick up equipment. The associate was good at first then completely unprofessional, almost combative. I’ve worked for years in the customer service industry and would never speak to a client as he did. I’ve ended up canceling my services and have gone with another provider Comcast can thank their representative for that loss of business.

I love Xfinity store by Comcast in Mansfield they have late hours this store is huge the staff is amazing nice and helpful I dont ever have to wait and if I do wait they have a TV that I can watch or and iPad that I can play on this is the best Comcast Xfinity store Ive ever been to I always go there to pay my bill they are clean polite respectful extremely comfortable atmosphere I couldnt be any happier I will not go anywhere else except for this one store to pay my cable bill.

Dont get me wrong, Im one of those rare people who thinks xfinity services (cable, phone, internet, security) are great. My problem is this place.Its super clean and they are seemingly organized.... But... maybe this was just my experience....I had to return a cable box (had upgraded to the x1 box). The transaction took less than 2 minutes, but for some reason I was made to wait more than 30 minutes while they dealt with other customers. Frustrating and a waste of time.

Awful experience, I told my name at the welcome desk. The guy didnt get it. Then I show my ID. He insisted his pronounce of my name is the correct way. Ok. Anyway. Then after 20 min, I realized he didnt put my name in the waiting list. Make sure your name is in the list when the guy said he put you in. Considering it takes them half hour to process one person.That could save your time.

I made the mistake of coming here near the end of the month and the wait was horrible. I guess people were paying their bills or something? Forcing customers to jump through hoops is the new normal. It was awful, but probably so are the competition. Once any of these guys have you in a contract, you are basically dead to the customer service people.
