If I can give this store a 0 rating I would so here is 1 star. I placed a order with Madison at this location for the 3 swizzle strawberries w/thank you box and flowers. I was told order will be ready by 10:30 am today (5/26/21). When I called to check on the order I was placed on hold for about 4 mins and then placed on hold again until manager (I guess) came to the phone and said my order was picked up. So I asked how was that possible and she stated someone came and picked up my order (worth $268) for me. I asked do they know whom and do they have cameras? She said they dont have cameras in the lobby. These were gifts for my kids teachers who worked hard all year to teach students online and face to face. I asked for my refund instead she offer to make the my order. So either the order was never made or they randomly let someone walk in store not showing ID asking for orders. So you tell me people walk in the store and can say I am here to pick up order for so and so. This was my first experience for pick up and last. I will never use pick-up service with them again. Im so disappointed because here I am without a gift for my kids teacher and now have to go find them a gift. This was the worst customer service I have every experience. I spent over $268 to be told they gave my order to someone else they couldnt even name. S.m.h.

I placed and order for a $65 fruit arrangement to be delivered to a place of business for someone special. I am currently sitting outside of the business after hours because 8 1/2 hrs later my purchase has not yet arrived. I’ve been here waiting for over an hour. Although very nice employees after I spoke to them about my purchase their response to when I delivery should be expected was “whenever” “we never know”. I will never do business with Edible Arrangements again.

I ordered the 2020 graduation platter for my daughter and she LOVED IT! There was plenty of fruit and huge chocolate covered pineapples in the shape of 2020. This platter was worth every penny!

I am so happy that the Edible Arrangements location in Mansfield has an outstanding employee named Lia. I ordered gifts for my cousins that live in Mansfield in which they were pleased and enjoyed the delicious gifts. However, my order included my free birthday gift and I live in Houston. So, I called and spoke to Lia about how I could get my gift when I live in Houston and she told me that I could pick it up at a store in Houston. Well, I went to a Houston store and they said no. I called Lia back and she said she would call the store and transfer my gift order. Then she called me back to let me know she had taken care of it the next day. I called the Houston store and they had changed shifts and said they didnt know anything. I called Lia again and she said she would call the new shift and tell them again. She also gave me a follow up call to let me know what the store wanted. Lia was always courteous, positive and professional. She is an asset to Edible Arrangements and I wish I could find someone like her in Houston. Thank you Lia!

I live in Southeast Texas, and have family in Joshua, just outside of Ft. Worth. I have called and placed large orders with this particular shop in Mansfield.The person who takes my order is always professional, pleasant, and patient while I fumble through my order and ask questions. The delivery is always on time and the arrangements are beautifully displayed, fresh, and delicious. Always a great gift and loved for birthdays and any other occasions I cant attend. Highly recommend!

I love Edible Arrangements! Their fruit is always great! My delivery lady was a doll! I entered the correct address, but somehow she had the incorrect street name. She did however call me to correct the mistake and was lovely about it.

I placed an order with Edible Arrangements on 2/2/17. I was traveling and needed something sent to my son for Valentine’s Day. In the notes of the order, I explained to leave the arrangement at the door, I took responsibility for the delivery and it could be delivered as early as Sunday.On Monday, I got a text stating no one was home for delivery. I explained my notes on the order, talked back and forth with the store who said they never look at the notes and was assured they would redeliver on Tuesday. (I wanted to cancel the order and arrange something else and they assured me it would be delivered and left at the door.)Tuesday rolls around and he received nothing. At 4:30 in the afternoon I called and was again assured it was out on delivery. (At that point, I asked them to be honest so I could make other arrangements.) At 7:30pm I received a phone call asking if it was too late for delivery, the arrangement was still at the store. Then at 7:41 I received a phone call asking if it was too late for delivery… At that call, I told them I would have my neighbor meet them anywhere to get the gift. The driver said she would call me when she got closer to town. At 9:20 he still had no gift.After placing the order on the main company website, my correspondence with the store includes six total phone calls and nine text messages, all assuring me the gift would arrive. I also ordered my arrangement from Waxahachie which is 9 miles from me, but my order was given to Mansfield to fill which is 24 miles from my house.I understand Valentine’s Day is busy, but I ordered early and was more than easy to work with on my delivery. Nowhere was I told the gift couldn’t be left. Also, why would you have a notes section if the stores do not review the notes?Of course, I’ll never use you guys again, I just hope by writing this review that that the company will review their policy and only take the number of orders the stores can handle – because ultimately, that’s the problem. I feel certain, many people got their gifts who placed orders after mine.It’s important to buy local, but when its this undependable, I’d have been better to stick with gift from Amazon. Two very solid thumbs down.

Terrible customer service!I was at home all day and I never heard a knock or the doorbell. I later received a text from a friend stating that my delivery was unsuccessful. Instead of knocking on my door, I received a phone call. This was suppose to be a surprise so why would I answer a unknown phone call? I am highly upset and the only thing they could offer was next day delivery. I kindly asked for a refund because my friend paid for my arrangement to be delivered today (Valentine’s Day). Plus I did not want to stay at home all day again for the carrier not to knock or ring my doorbell.

My boyfriend wanted to place an order for me for Valentines Day. He called days before and was told the items he wanted were not being sold on Valentines Day due to high demand & it would “put a strain” on the staff. They said he could, however, pick it up the next day which was Friday. He called on Friday to get it, and then was told nevermind, its not available today either, it will be on Saturday. He called early Saturday morning to make the order and requested a pick up time of 12pm. We arrived around 12:15. The lady said it was still not ready and would be another 10-15 minutes. It is now 12:50 and we were just given the order. The manager did not try to offer any kind of apology, explanation, or compensation for our time until I had to ask for it, which to me is poor customer service.

I purchased products for my great grand kids, they loved there edible arrangements. They were birthday gifts.

Very disappointed! I placed an order yesterday for my wife for Valentine’s Day (bouquet with balloons) it was delivered today with no balloons! Definitely ruined the experience. I called the store and they offered to deliver the balloons, why would I want the balloons delivered AFTER everything else was already delivered. That makes no sense. They ended up refunding me $15 out of $130...$15 to compensate for a ruined Valentine’s Day.

Mansfield store is a joke. Ordered delivery the Wednesday before Valentines day (almost a week!), even called them the day of and they assured me it would be delivered that day but could not tell me when. Guess what didnt get delivered on Valentines no call or anything, total unprofessionals, flowers are a safer bet, dont waste your time with a company like this!
