MTM installed new Black Pearl counter tops in my kitchen along with a new back splash. This was my first experience with a project of this magnitude so i was a little nervous. But these guys were awesome, professional, & answered all my questions and did not seem bothered.The counter tops are beautiful and came out better than I could have ever imagined! Thanks to the counter top and back splash installers and the plumber. All were top notch!! Thanks to Austin and all involved.

I bought two bathroom countertops and they did an excellent job cutting and installing each one! I reay liked the backsplash installed too. They are all knowledgeable on their products and go the extra mile! I am still happy three years later.

My son and I visited them together, and from the time we went in the building, we were treated with the utmost professional courtesy. The gentleman who showed us around the warehouse was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions without making us feel like we were taking up too much of his time. Although I am sure my project was small compared to what they do in this industry, I am sure they gave us the same courtesy they would give to a larger project. MTM was the first of 4 companies we had to come out and give us an estimate. But with each company that came out, we felt more confident that MTM would be our choice. They asked what exactly did we want done, and they gave us a detailed estimate without them hinting at hidden fees, as the others did. We chose MTM because of their up front pricing, and the customer service we received from everyone we interacted with. Lastly, when they came out to install my counters, they ran into a snag with my existing counters, and they went above and beyond to make my dream a reality. MTM gets 5 stars from me. My name is Steve Raborn I have VERY DISAPPOINTED & feel MISLED PLEASE READ ALL THIS REVIEW Everything started out great... Brenda Newman, my wife & I walked the yard with the actual tile & back splash we had purchased Found the perfect match called Fantasy BROWN. There were at least four slabs & were told 1.5 slabs would be enough. I offered, ALMOST BEGGED to pay right then credit card in hand. Brenda assured me specifically THESE TWO SLABS would be put on hold with our name on them. I told Brenda it would be probably three months before install, AGAIN I tried for a second time to purchase up front! I was assured again they would be held for us.When the time came to actually do the work I was informed there wasnt enough for my project, they sent pics of One whole slab and a very small portion of two others. I was sent pics and asked if the movement in the granite (which was similar) would be acceptable. We agreed it was There was NO MENTION the color was DECIDEDLY GREEN! very little BROWN. The name was Fantasy BROWN not GREEN. Brenda nor anyone else mentioned the vast difference in color. I thought we had a rapport & thought (errantly) I would be told to verify in person the color in person, I trusted them MY MISTAKE

They replaced the counters in both bathrooms and they look awesome! Trent was awesome to work with, very honest and friendly. The installers were very courteous and did an awesome job. Would highly recommend them

My quartz top was installed this week and they did an awesome job! Every time I have dealt with ANYONE at MTM (from picking out the stone, coming out to measure and the installers) it has been a pleasure. They have always been helpful and have exceeded our expectations. It has taken US forever to get this bath remodel going, but thanks to MTM there is a light at the end of the tunnel. No matter how small the job is, they make you feel like yours is the most important. Thank you everyone at MTM!

I typically dont leave reviews but MTM has earned this review. I am very picky and anal about work completed on my house. I replaced all my laminate countertops with granite including 3 kitchen slabs and 3 bathroom slabs. They have a good selection of full slabs to view. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the front desk employee to the installer. The quality of slabs were flawless, keep in mind I am difficult to work with when having work done. They even milled down the back splashes because I didnt like the thickness. The install was perfection and was given a very fair price by Trent. I only refer those that exceed my expectations, MTM exceeded my expectations. Beautiful work.

We do remodeling and I have used a lot of different Granite fabricators before I found MTM. We have now used them several times on different jobs and I have referred several other people to them, also. Have never heard of anything bad that they did, nor have I experienced it on one of our jobs. Very easy to work with, very professional.

I just used MTM for a quartz countertop in my kitchen. This is our first home to buy and first big project to tackle and MTM did not disappoint. They were so kind to educate us on the different product options and were patient as I made decisions and changed my mind a lot. The install was perfect, price was super competitive (I price shopped a lot) and every person was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

We purchased granite countertops for a dry bar and two bathrooms along with 3 bathroom sinks. Everything went well and the Alaskan White granite is beautiful. We had MTM come back out to fill in a nick in one granite top. They filled this in for free but wanted to charge to polish it to make it smooth. I declined as I thought it was a little silly to have to pay for their nick after spending a decent amount of money with them.While they were at my house I asked if they could take a look at our kitchen sink and see if they were interested in replacing it. They said it wouldnt be a problem and they would research and try to find the exact same sink since our granite was already cut for that specific sink. I waited several days and never heard back from them so I called and asked about it, the guy that was at my house called back the next day and said he found the sink and could order it for $450 or he actually had the same exact sink, in a no name brand, in stock for $150. He assured me the dimensions and quality were exactly the same.They came out a few days later and installed the sink which turned out not to be the same size and dimensions and when we questioned them they once again stated it was exactly the same. We had an engagement we had to get to that evening so we left it as is and decided we would just call the owner later that night.When I called the owner, he argued with me that I had chosen a cheaper sink to save money which believe me, we had just finished a $45,000 remodel and I wasnt trying to all the sudden save money on a $450 sink.I talked to the owner several times after this and was never offered any resolution. So my $150 sink doesnt fit my granite and has so far cost me $750; after installation price plus having to pay the 2 installers $50 each to hook up the plumbing and then having to hire an actual plumber to fix the leaking sink they left me with.I have had a reputable granite business come out now who has come up with a solution and now my $150 sink is going to cost another $1600 but at least it will be done correctly.I cannot recommend using this company at this point.

We are very pleased with MTM. My wife really liked the ability to see a full slab of granite instead of the small 3 inch by 3 inch samples at Home Depot, Lowes and other granite companies. You can actually get a good idea from the full slab as to what your counters will look like. Also the price per square foot was lower than the others. This is a family run operation and the attention to detail, quality of granite, and workmanship shows the pride they have in their business. As an example, the installer used the wrong color calk and after we called they sent out a representative the next day and they came back out and re-calked with a correct color. You only get that kind of service from a family run business. Our counters look absolutely beautiful.

I worked with Scott throughout the process and was really pleased with his knowledge and willingness to work with me on every detail of the job to select, measure and install granite in our kitchen and quartz in our master bath. The selections that they offer were just what we were looking for and even better! Trent was awesome with our countertop measurements and the install crew; Ben, Javier and Carlos exceeded our expectations. They were fast, efficient, really knowledgeable, super accurate with their onsite cuts and placement and they were so patient and courteous with us regarding our input during the install (which has to be difficult at times). I will definitely refer this company to all my friends and family and cant wait to use them again! MTM offers amazing quality and great pricing. They beat Home Depot by a long shot and provide a beautiful high quality product! I highly recommend them!

July 2018 - Wish it had gone better. They measured kitchen more than once, assured us there was enough of a particular slab - there wasnt. last minute plan change for our kitchen...disappointing. Plus, general contractor went missing for a while and gave bad advice concerning electrical work. Other workers they brought in did good work and clearly, other folks report their project going smoothly - wish that had been true for us. Proceed with caution.EDIT for owner response; its possible the work was done under my wifes first name. Im quite sure they have my last name on their books. I have their name in my credit card history - $2960.75 final payment on July 23 2018 .2nd Edit; Your are correct about you responsiveness to the post. I apologize. I may have been confused originally with a medical review but can not offer an excuse. I removed that reply but certainly I was in the wrong to post it.I am reluctant to post any additional personal information. I will ask my wife if there is any scenario under which she would accept remediation. The situation is a sore spot with her. Do you still maintain we are not in your accounts? Thats a pretty specific number and date I posted.3rd EDIT; My wife does not want to alter the kitchen again . We had to have a wooden surface put on the bar area since the granite was unavailable at the last moment. We are resigned to the present configuration.In recognition of your apparent desire to find to some way to rectify the problem, I have added a star (from 2 to 3) to the reviews rating. It isnt your fault my wife is unwilling to further deal with MTM, but the incident still occurred as detailed. I now consider the matter closed.

The crew from MTM did a FABULOUS job! Our new granite counter tops look amazing!

Poor service, seemed like installers did not know what they were doing. First top was put in out of square and had to be took off and moved. The other top had to be replaced because it was cut wrong. Salesman never returned calls. The owner is also bad about not returning calls or doing what he says he will do. Very bad service!!!

My parents are remodeling their bathroom, friendly and helpful, had so many remnants to choose from, found exactly what they wanted, prices were remarkable! try here first!
