Did a phone order for HARRY POTTER Birthday Donuts for my daughters 5th birthday 🎂 (I did make the call a day before, yes I know procrastination at its finest) but they did a wonderful job and my girls loved them! My birthday girl had the biggest smile! Really polite and take phone orders to save you time. Super friendly in person and store is always clean. The line seems long at first, but it moves quickly! Go check them out!

The donuts were pretty good - soft and sweet. The kolaches were ok - nothing exceptional or negative. I did like that they have the pigs in blankets sized kolaches.

My 2 youngest sons, 2 girl dogs, and myself havent been here for years. As always they didnt miss a beat. Kolaches werendelicious and so was the donuts. I like them warm because I lived right next door to one and used to eat them fresh. We had no microwave at my Grandmas small studio apt (we called it the keyhole) it had two skeleton keyholes on each side. That was a good memory!Thank you!

Mediocre sausage rolls, and the burritos they serve are kept in the fridge and microwaved when ordered. To top it off, the burrito was tiny, and didnt even taste good. The prices were also a bit ridiculous.I havent tried their donuts, but I wont be going back to find out how they are.

I gave this place a couple tries before forming a final opinion. I think overall, this shop is sub-par. First time I visited, they stuffed six donuts into a little bag and the glaze fell off them and smeared all over the bag. Last time I visited, I got a jelly filled donut which was basically a breadstick (it certainly wasnt an eclair) with two dollops of jelly on the ends, not enough to fill it to the center. Store morale is a little low and unwelcoming. I felt like I was bothering the staff just by walking in. No one greeted me. A lady stocking drinks near the entrance looked at me and said nothing. I had to greet them. I know it was 6am, but still. The donuts also lacked a certain sweetness.Theyre not made with love, only with a burden to run a shop.

Donuts were very good and fresh. So soft! I got half a dozen glaze, 2 coffees, 3 sausage rolls, a cake blueberry, sprinkles and an apple fritter. I paid 22.00 which is the most I have ever paid for donuts. However the quality made it sting less. The apple fritter wasn’t bad but it wasn’t the best. Loved the glaze and sausage rolls and the blueberry cake. I would go back on a special occasion or when I want to treat myself but I have to agree with some of the other reviews that the prices are a bit high.

The staff is always smiling and make you feel welcome. Donuts and apple fritters are so damn good. Oh, get you a jalapeno sausage roll or cake donut too. They have beautifully decorated donuts that make kids feel happy too!

This place is in the top 3 donut shops my son and I enjoy. It have become a Sunday tradition to get donuts from here before church. The donuts are fresh, soft and simply delicious. Its a small shop but they make delicious kolache, donuts and other items. Their cheese bites are yummy too. Very busy spot on the weekends.

Omg donuts is really good, I always get chocolate donut holes and then I have tried about 8 different type of donuts and all of them are good. They do a good job on the frosted top donuts without it feeling to sugary. The same with the cake donut, a little sweeter but not the unbearable sweet like other places. Staff is nice and friendly and will go back and ask them to make donuts if you dont see what you want up front as long as your are early enough.

We love OMG donuts. Have for years. They will grab a fresh donut from the back if its not in the case. Sometimes theyll add a free one to the bag. Always delicious and great customer service!

Well, after a year and a half of coming here regularly and placing two special orders I finally experienced an issue. How businesses handle issues says a lot in my opinion. Worst experience probably ever as to how this was handled. Crazy honestly!So we spent over $50 for Happy Birthday donuts. Its always been a very pricey donut shop! My husband had instruction to get one of our dozen with sprinkles. I confirmed his understanding of the instruction prior to placing the order and following. He was positive it was placed correctly.Well, donuts got picked up today and theres two issues. Ive got only 5 out a dozen with sprinkles and one of the boxes of special ordered letter shaped donuts was overlapping so that frosting came off on the lid of the box and was also lifting off of the donuts on the bottom box and sticking onto other donuts.I called immediately and spoke to Aeisha who was nice, understanding and accommodating. She offered for me to come back immediately, bit I couldnt so it was arranged that I could get 6 sprinkled donuts the next day at no extra charge. Fair in my opinion!Well, an employee named Marlin called back and this was where things got weird and insulting. Marlin said she took the order and that only some of the donuts were to have sprinkles. She said she was clear with my husband and I could not get 6 free donuts now. Okay, so Ive got 36 donuts costing over $50, 5 with sprinkles (thats much less than some and not the festive birthday touch I was going for) and 6 with messed up frosting with a resolution of coming back and purchasing 6 at a reduced price??? Plus youre calling this miscommunication an error on my husbands part.At the end of the day Marlin gets to hold her head high on her solid ground while OMG donuts loses a customer with a 6 person household who regularly goes there. Plus, Im a real chatty Kathy so this will be a story I retell often as the interaction was just horrible. Bottom line, great donuts if theres not any issues and you dont mind paying triple going donut rates. However, think twice if you have a special order! Oh, and place your order with Aeisha because she was fair, reasonable, and customer oriented.Ive honestly never had anyone call me back to reverse an already arranged agreement. Marlin was very rude, accusatory and insulting in her tone. I will be calling my cc company to dispute part of my charges as I didnt get what we ordered and part of my order was damaged. Definitely will not be back. Hello donut shops everywhere... Big family of donut lovers looking for someone else who wants our business!

Small donut shop. Food was delicious. One pig blanket, one spinach pastry and 6 mini pigs for $13.81. Why i didn’t give 5 stars, they guilt customers into tipping - i was asked to tip 15-20% of the bill. Really? I did refuse but felt obligated by her expression so tipped $1. I shouldn’t feel guilted into adding to my donut bill - for doing their jobs. Their tip jar was half full so it seems a common practice. This raises the price of the shopping and should be disclosed on their website- tipping required.

Would give 5 stars... BUT the last couple visits I unfortunately was waited on by such an unfriendly, rushed, non smiling, cranky looking young lady.. who rushed me to order.. I didnt even get everything we wanted, due to being rushed along a d just wanting to leave the store...

Excellent customer service, always prepared to perfection, average selection. I had an order ring up as $6.66, and it was changed to $6.65. Every time I have been in the staff is very helpful, welcoming, and I can tell they are trying to give you a good experience.

I came in this past Sunday 6.10.2018 the service from the one girl with the glass was poor.. I stood in line, she just completely ignored me and didnt even ask if I needed anything.. then proceeded to help the people BEHIND ME... I have been in customer service for 15 years have never seen something so horrible in my life I will never come to this place and again and will tell people not to go there and buy anything.... The worst part, I waved at her and she still acted like I was not there....So if you think about going her I suggest you Google a different place and go somewhere else... I would give half a star but there is bot a option for it ... Im still mad about it and will contact the BBB
