The technician called prior to arrival, then showed up on time and was extremely professional. After diagnosing the problem, parts were ordered and installed. The came today within a short amount of time and short notice due the emergency. Our technician was Stanley. Polite, responsible, well knowledgeable and very honest. The only reason Kevin gets a 5 star rating is because there wasnt a 6 star rating! I had a customer call me wanting a garage door. I spoke with Kevin, he gave me a competitive quote on the phone, had the door ready to install in two days! He was knowledgeable and very friendly. The quality of door he sold me was top notch! The good: Prompt response. Nice folks. The not so good: Wouldnt back their repair with a warranty. Charged $500 more than three hours labor should have cost.

I recently called Mansfield Overhead door to look at a garage door that I rarely use. It hadnt been hooked up in a few years. The technician said that a new door would be about $400 then asked when was the last time I had hooked it up... I told him about 3 years. The technician hooked it up, sprayed some spray on it and it worked! He tweeked it a little with his screwdriver and was so helpful! He charged me a service fee and that was it!As a single mom, I cant tell you how much I appreciated this! He could have easily gotten more money out of me! The honesty of this man and this business goes a long way and is hard to come by these days!He was so helpful and sweet! I will definitely do business in the future with Mansfield Overhead Door!

Called at 10am.... The Tech arrived at 2pm. My garage was fixed by 3pm, at the price quoted over the phone call. Honest & quick service.

Felix was great. He was timely, prompt, and very knowledgeable. Felix fixed my garage door for a fraction of the price that another company quoted me on previously.

Called them and Kevin came to the house that day. Put in a new door and motor. Never knew a garage door could be that quiet.
