Mansfield Glass and Mirror (Rendon Road 1187) is incredible. They repaired my antique mirror that had been in my family over 75 years. They take enormous pride in their work. Friendly workers in the office. I know it probably dont seem to cost effective but having someone on hand in the shop during the day would help some people that need glass cut imediately. Had one cut for my camper and had to wait till next day. Although it was fine even though it rained that evening would have been nice to not have to make the extra trip. Still give 5⭐ because of the office service.

We just finished having our master bathroom shower door replaced with a hingeless satin single pane by Mansfield Glass & Windows. Even though this was a relatively small job, the pricing and responsiveness by the company were great. The installers Remington and Jason, did an outstanding job as well. They were very polite, professional, and efficient during removing the old door and installing the new door, which took them less than an hour. I was impressed with the overall process of working with this company and would trust them with any size job.

They replaced my old chrome framed glass shower doors with new bronze frameless shower doors. Although the measurements used to order the glass weren’t correct & off by a tiny fraction which resulted in the wrong sized doors being shipped, they quickly remedied the situation by ordering new ones with expedited shipment to complete installation just in time for the holidays. The owner along with each of the staff was very apologetic about the unfortunate mishap but remained professional through my frustrations and super courteous of my time and very apologetic for the inconvenience that was caused. Overall, I was pleased with the process. I definitely would recommend as well as enlist their services if needed for future projects!!

Jason and TJ were very professional and personable. We got several bids and they were the best and we wanted to keep business local . They didnt disappoint. We wish all contractors were as good and responsive as they were. They even found a flaw themselves which we didnt notice and came back to promptly replace. Love our windows!!

I contacted Mansfield Glass & Windows to receive a quote to replace my 18-year old shower enclosure with a new tempered, frameless enclosure. They responded immediately.....I mean the same day I called.....a very courteous gentleman came to take measurements and I was furnished a reasonable quote by evening.After accepting the quote, a time and date for installation was arranged. On the date.....and the exact time.....Remington and John arrived to install the new enclosure. Maybe an hour later, the enclosure was installed and looked fantastic! Both Remington and John were prompt, efficient, professional and courteous.I would not hesitate using Mansfield Glass & Windows in the future, as needed, and wholeheartedly recommend them to family, neighbors and friends.

This company provides custom cutting of glass and mirrors. They also have a top notch showroom with energy efficient windows that are custom fit to your needs.Their customer service is A++ .

Estimator/technician came to check and take the measurements for a living room window we needed replaced that was costing us almost $1000. We had to pay and schedule another contractor just to remove and reinstall a pergola obstructing this window. So basically a complicated and timely operation for us.The technician told us that “as soon as” they receive the glass, they will have it installed. First It took 10 working days for the glass to arrive, which was within the tail end of the 5-10 days we were promised.. which we had to live with. Next when we called to inquire about the glass installation, we were told we had to wait another week to get it installed, which was news to us!! We were very unhappy about that part and asked the front desk person to connect us with either with the manager or owner so we could complain and come to a resolution. She said no one was available at their desks.. didn’t offer either to have anyone call us back and sort things out. We then decided to place this 1-star initial review to get the owner or manager’s attention.Almost immediately we got a callback from the manager and apologized... which was nice. We suggested that they simply refrain their technicians from giving out unrealistic timelines and it would solve these problems. And then the owner left a voicemail and emailed us. The tone was very direct not apologetic - offering us a deposit refund (as we had mentioned that in our initial review).We replied back nicely saying it was all about expectations, and we were not complaining to get discounts or free stuff! We are not like that. We simply needed our window fixed in a timely fashion. Had we felt a nicer approach was taken to retain our business, we would have changed or removed our initial review into something positive; it’s all about service.In turn we were told that we were trying to indirectly blackmail them with a bad google review to get in front of the installation line!! Really?! Not sure how that conclusion was made.At that point we were DONE! We decided to take a full refund and not deal with them again. To make things worst we have emails showing how they googled our personal Business ownership information and referenced it in writing - completely irrelevant and inappropriate! Unbelievable. We were also told that they would be ready to fire back a review response as soon as we modified this review.These are the facts. Choose wisely.10/8 - We rest my case: Mansfield Glass is correct - We have nothing better to do in our life than to give other businesses 1-star reviews! We would rather play google reviews games than to get our home fixed on time. We prefer switching vendor and loosing weeks to get a piece of glass replaced!In this rather lengthy response we see no evidence of a simple 5-letter word that could have solved this problem.

Remington and John were the glass installers and they were very personable and friendly. The glass shower process took a few hours but they made the time pass by quickly and explained various things to me. I will definitely request these guys again!

First off I have to say I have been super impressed with Mansfield Windows and Glass! The customer service has been outstanding the entire way... even before I committed to using them as a company. They have really gone out of their way to make sure that they earned our business and that we were happy before and after job was completed. We had every window in our home replaced and even a shower glass installed. Both projects everyone who was on site was polite and knowledgeable about the job at hand. If your not sure who to pick I am telling you... PICK THEM you will not be disappointed. Ask for a list homes to go view with the product you want and they will provide it. Call and bother them 100 times and they dont mind! Truly the best service around!

I highly recommend Mansfield Glass. Samuel and Marcus came out to replace our third story apartment window that had cracked. Mind you were are on the third floor so when there was difficulty releasing the seal on the original window, they could not just walk outside and work on it from the other side. Marcus crawled half way out our window to work on the seal, he made me so nervous, but I must say that is dedication to a job well done.

All around service second to NONE. I called and got several estimates for my shower. Not only did Mansfield glass offer the best rates but the customer service was exceptional as well. This is the only company we use for glass! The girls on the phone are so nice and helpful. They do everything they can to get what you need to you in a timely manner. I needed glass at a location 30 minutes away. I was going to use a company in that town and they were so snooty!!! I would rather drive an hour for glass from Mansfield mirror and glass than have to deal with people who arent nice!! They have great prices too!

They do good work. However, they do not box any glass for transportation at pick up time and they wont help you with loading of purchase on to your vehicle.

Its unfortunate that this company takes SO LONG to complete an order. Because of mistakes on their end and the demand in the glass world, it will be nearly two months before our windows and screens are installed/fixed. Their customer service isnt terrible, but I can tell you, if you dont call them yourself to check the status of your order, youll never hear from them. Definitely not a vendor I would ever use again.

Excellent service! Called with a broken sliding glass door, they came out to measure on Tuesday and placed order, came out to install Wednesday early afternoon. Not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. Would use them again in a heartbeat!
