Great customer service!!!!.. I purchased a Harmon stove from Curly’s 15 years ago. Well finally a part needed to be replaced. After 15 years of 24/7 used in colder months. On Saturday/they close by 1 PM I drove up from Rehoboth to pick up the In stock part (Auger motor). Of course me running late. I pulled over and called to let them know I wouldn’t make it by closing. I offered to pay over the phone with my credit card and ask them to leave the part outside by the door. The person over the phone reassuringly chuckled and told me not to worry someone would be there for me “take your time” Wow!!!Can you say stress and anxiety relief?on my arrival they took the time to talk me through the installation and other possible causes of my problem if not the motor. With no hurry to push me out the door mind you. As one mite expect. We use our pellet stove as primary source of heat in the winter .In this day and age it’s tough to find a business or service when the customer needs actually came first.(they were under no obligation to wait around for me ) . As a consumer and someone was in the service industry this was big!!! Unfortunately it is more common to have a negative experience then a positive one When dealing with a situation like mine.. kudos to Curly’s!!!! Ps. They will politely listen to you ramble as I did quite a bit of that.🤦‍♂️👍👍👍👍

Called multiple time trying to get a quote for a stand alone wood burning stove and got no where with them. Times must be really good for them. At first with an existing stove and they pushed us off onto someone else totally fine with that. When we discovered that we would not be able to use the existing stove we called back about a new stove and instalation. STILL WAITING after emails and phone calls. Time to try the competition maybe they need some business.

We recently purchased a Pellet stove and were very pleased from the purchase to installation! Staff were very professional yet approachable. Installation was done very quickly and efficiently. They were patient when explaining use and care of our new stove. We would recommend Kirley Stove and Masonry to anyone thinking of purchasing a stove!

We had propane logs installed in our existing fireplace and Kirley was very helpful in going through our options, coordinating installation (including propane tank and piping installation) all in a very timely manner. They were very responsive and also competitively priced. Id highly recommend them if youre looking into heating options!

What a wonderful little business. They installed my pellet stove 2 years ago and since then they have taken care of service as well as pellets whenever I needed. They are very approachable and nice to work with. Every person you contact tries to understand your needs and walks you through the process to come. They are Harmon Platinum dealer and it shows in their work. If you are in the market for stove and/or pallets do give these guys a call you will not be disappointed.

We have had the pleasure of buying a Harman wood burning stove from Kirley Stove and masonry over 11years ago... this past Thursday our six year old grandson swung on the door while I was cleaning it to start our winter of wood burning......The door hinges were damaged and the stove could not be used...I immediately called the Kirley company and was able to order a replacement. The next morning I had a replacement door. We were extremely happy with their helpfulness and prompt service......R Brillon

Just spoke to the receptionist and asked if they deliver wood pellets. Oh yes we deliver everywhere. Sure where do you live Dorchester oh no we don’t deliver there. I think because we live in Dorchester that was a little racial bias!! Granite Ave exit 1 mile down the road plenty of parking. Think again before you talk to customers. You never know who your talking to 😊

Joe did a great job cleaning my Harmon P35i Pellet fireplace insert last week.He was on time and very professional. He put down a large canvas to protect my living room from a potentially messy service job. When he was done it was like he wasnt even here.Oh yea except the stove was clean. Real clean like new in fact!Kirley Masonry is a professional business.They sold and installed it 2 years ago.Kirleys service and support makes owning a pellet stove easy and a pleasure to have in my house.Thanks to everyone at kirley

Amazing! Just an awesome experience dealing with them. They fixed my chimney and installed and insert, I would highly recommend.

Horrible experience. One week after their technician cleaned our pellet stove, we had a fire. Kirleys was very dismissive of our complaint (they hung up on my husband when we were trying to get an update with the repair process), tried to blame us for the fire, and tried to charge us $630 to fix the stove. Luckily, their insurance company found them at fault, as they did not clean the stove and pipe properly. This company doesnt deserve the one star I have to give them in order to post this. BUYER BEWARE.

Eric was great to work with, the installation was seamless and the price was better than some of the other stores.
