Very friendly and patient with questions and informative. This is a very busy time of the year and they try their best to help customers on the phone and in person. I bought and ordered parts and then wound up buying a back pack sprayer. I would definitely go here again for parts and Stihl equipment.

You get the sense that hes not in this just to make money, but he genuinely enjoys helping people and dealing with high quality products. Bought a Stihl chainsaw. The guys there are very good about setting it up, demonstrating how it starts and showing the features. Good place. Gotta support these types of places rather than go to the Big Box stores.

Hard to believe but customer service still exists! Whether you need a chainsaw, trimmer, lawnmower etc this is the place to buy it. They ask questions on what kind of job you need your tool for, advised us in which one to purchase for our needs.The guy even brought the equipment to the car! Wow.. And we were in and out of there within 20 mins if that. Much appreciated when you have a busy busy family!!

A nightmare bought new cub cadet zero turn asked if I can get a mulching kit and striper .yes you can wanted three weeks called told mulching kit was in not striper told them I needed it thats why I bought it delivered 35 dollars for three miles wated three months still no striper kit I called m t f / cub no record of them orderering it went back got my money never never never do business with such incompetent I will get a goat 🐐 if they had the last mower in Ohio there in no hurry thanks Sam for nouthing ! Had seals replaced on hydro and complete servicing. Very reasonable price.

Went in to buy a chainsaw sales person was pushy. Said I had to buy it now because he didnt know if it would be sold. Like no kidding.

Didnt have what I needed. Had to pay before in order to get the part. A gas cap is pretty standard. Have to wait till the order comes in. Not really happy with that.

Took my mower in for service. They do all my service work because they are honest Dependable unaffordable Sam and his team do an amazing job
