We had the best experience getting our old time Thriftys ice-cream.

The pharmacist actually mocked me on the phone for asking for my own prescription record?? All she had to do was say yes or no.

No longer able to phone in refills automatically. The prescription refill option is not available like before. Im so tired of waiting on hold. They never have enough staff it seems. Time to change pharmacies.

They Never answer the phones. Called multiple times throughout the day and nothing. Unprofessionalism at its finest.

Does not know squat about customer service. Much less on customer satisfaction. Guy name Angel that works there refuse to give me an exchange on am item that I bought. Notice I said exchange not Refund as he assumed.Newly remodeled,what a joke. At this rate Closing Soon.

Went today and it was my first time using coupons the worker was very rude. even threw back 4 of my coupons when i stated ill just come back another day. i always go in there and he was horrible..

They have the slowest lines of any store Ive been to. The lines are always very long but they never call for back up. Its a very frustrating place to shop.
