Great price, portions, good taste. Tried the double double and fries dining in, all still as good as I remembered.Burger bun is soft, patties are juicy, and together with the sauce there’s a lot of flavour on the entire burger.Fries were good too, though it depends on your personal preference for style of fries. Needed to add salt for mine.At the price point it’s hard to complain.

Same experience at any In-N-Out Burger restaurant. Always clean and comfortable. Staff and employees are always welcoming and greeting you. Taking your order is a breeze. And the food is delicious and tasty. Good fries 🍟. That automatic finger sensing drink station was the best and most fun part.

One thing that really makes In-N-Out stand out from other places is the people who work there. They always smile, are always polite, are always willing to go one step further. The food is good & prices reasonable in todays market. Ive never had a bad experience.

Servers were very courteous and the facilities were clean. Despite it being busy, the orders were completed promptly. Everything tasted great and they didnt skimp on fries.

1st time at an In-N-Out...very pleasantly surprised. Presentation was excellent, food taste and quality was outstanding. Highly recommend...we will be back!

I visited it on my way from Yosemite to San Francisco as it was almost the only one on our way. After having dinner, when I was about to leave in my car, a member of staff came out running up to me to give me my Loewe bag that I forgot at my seat! It’s been three years since this happened, I’ll be forever grateful for this gesture of kindness as I was on a road trip from Pasadena to Yosemite to SF to Big Sur and back to Pasadena! VIVA MANTECA!

Every In-N-Out that I go to is consistent with their food, and this location is no exception. The service has been great and quick, these employees work hard and its greatly appreciated! The only problem I have is the parking lot. It can be hard to maneuver into the drive through, and the amount of people that visit through out the day doesnt help. I can say the inside is just as crowded. Not much you can do unless they relocate to a larger lot, however they are making it work!

I like In-N-Out, I dont think its the best fast food restaurant, nor the best burger place. I think its over-rated, but once in a while I do enjoy it. The food is always fresh and hot and tastes amazing for a fast food joint, especially their shakes. The staff is always friendly and I know they work hard with how busy In-N-Out is everyday. Overall a great place, I just dont know why its so overhyped.

They messed up my order and when i went inside to get it corrected, no apologies at all. Thats all i wanted, maybe they expedite my place in line as we jusr waited forever and a half in the drive thru line and all. But nope, not even a smile. They treated me like a criminal even though i paid for their error.

We were in line to order and the two people taking orders totally ignored us, directing their attention to two younger girls. Then again they tried to take some one elses order. When they finally took our order I asked to speak to their manager. Anthony the manager came up to the counter. I explained what happened and he just said, oh wow and then offered something for the bad service. I declined! I told him I wanted better customer service next time I came. Plus our order was wrong, Im sure it was intentional. Anthony and his crew should be demoted to potato peelers!

Quick to get through drive through. Food is consistently good. Still warm when we got home. Milkshakes were creamy & tasty.

In-N-Out is usually pretty consistent. I love that they have a simple menu; they do burgers & fresh cut fries, & they do them well. You know what they say, if it aint broke dont fix it!Our family has ate at I-n-O for nearly half a century & I noticed a slight gradual change over time. I never said anything to anyone about it, but this last time my kids, grandkids & friends we were with said, something has changed, but couldnt really pinpoint what it was. It just isnt the same simple, great meal anymore. Dont get me wrong, everyone ate every morsel right down to the fry tray & cheesy paper. Its still the best burger chain in & out there😉, but theyre not the same. Are we going to stop eating at I-n-O??? Probably not, because they still taste better than the not so golden arches or any other burger slingin chain. The employee who work there are always polite & happy to greet you & genuinely seem grateful for your business. And Im talking about ALL I-n-O restaurants. The iconic white uniform with the red apron attached with a giant safety pin tells us all that were about to eat the best fast food burger & fries that the US has to offer. Also, kudos for you for paying your employees higher than minimum wage, that says a lot about your integrity! By the way, if youre going to go back to the way it was, do it just as subtlety & slowly as the changes were done, that way you wont lose any of your millennial customers.This is not to be read as a bad review, just a bunch of us folks who love In-N-Out, & noticed over time-a few things are not as they used to be. Nothing but love for In-N-Out!!!😊💝

This is one of my favorite In-n-Outs, so whenever Im in Manteca I stop to have lunch. The line is always 10 cars deep, but they plow through the orders very quickly, and the food is always exceptional. Two thumbs up for the staff!

Overrated! Foods isnt all that great. A better version of McDonalds Big Mac! Just my opinion.

Normally I dont eat fast food Burgers like that but our Love In and Out Burger I love the taste and flavoring. Especially the burgers with animal style or even without animal style but have the onions grilled. Almost Heaven LOL

We ordered double-double Animal style but got handed regular style by mistake. We went back, told the front counter, and they immediately got us Animal style replacements.Flavor and quality is as good as any In-n-Out.

I was mortified when i went to pay for my order while in the Drive-Thru only to find that my card was missing and I had no cash. So as I pulled up to the window, profusely apologizing as I tell the cashier that they need to cancel my order. The cashier says, hold on a minute... comes back with a manager who ends up paying for the order! Unbelievably generous, thoughtful, professionalism and plain ol human kindness which in todays world is rare and you guys have my utmost gratitude! By the way shout out toJustin bless you!

Decently quick for an in-n-out but still slow for the small menu just like every in-n-out. Most In-n-outs take longer than this one so I stop by here when the parking lot doesnt look too busy. Burgers are okay, I dont really like anything else here but I will stop for a hamburger once in a while.

What kind of a burger place doesnt have mayonnaise? This is why I can never take In-N-Out burger seriously. And their fries look beautiful getting peeled, chopped, dropped in the fryer, but if you dont eat them in the first five minutes, you might as well put ketchup on some fry-shaped pieces of cardboard. Locking me into that nasty sweet pickle imbedded sauce is no way to sell me a burger. Get some options, and youll own the burger market. Idiots.

Who doesnt love in and out. Hands down best burger from a fast food place and only place I know that still makes their fries from fresh potatoes. I love 3x3 protein style with chili peppers.

Oh was this a bad experience! Two people in the drive through cut in front of myself and about 3-5 other cars behind me from what I could see. They went into a second lane for drive through when only one worker was present, and the worker actually took their orders and let them cut in front of all the other cars!!! I was dumbfounded that customers could behave so carelessly to enter a lane/area that was, clearly not open/did not have anyone there to take their order and just be rewarded for it. I guess there is no protection here from getting cut in line at the drive through? They let this happen for two line cutters in a row.And even worse, they then proceeded to get my and my passengers order wrong. Great job In N Out. You went ahead and rewarded people being rude, inconsiderate, and for cutting in line, and then got the orders wrong of the people who waited in line a long time. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location due to this ridiculous treatment.

I found it very odd that a short time after eating my Double-Double that I started feeling very nauseous and I Love in and out Burger however something wasnt right on that one and we all know what its like to have something that makes you feel ill right away. Hopefully its a fluke.
